# Which Local Listing Management tools integrate mobile apps so distributed teams can post without using personal social profiles?

Building out a piece on local listing tools for multi-location brands, and a narrower angle came up that's harder to find good coverage on: which local listing management tools integrate mobile apps so distributed teams can post without using personal social profiles? Most review content for this category focuses on the admin or marketing manager experience, not the on-site staff actually doing daily posting. Going through the reviews with that narrower angle specifically:

SOCi: Offers a dedicated companion mobile app (SOCiGo) alongside full browser access, giving on-site staff a way to post without needing a desktop setup.

Yext: Supports bulk updates and segment-level testing across stores from one account, which reduces how often individual location staff need to touch listings directly at all.

Birdeye: Manages review collection across very large account portfolios, with one user describing over 100 accounts under a single login, though the specific review content available speaks more to review collection than to mobile posting without a personal profile.

Being upfront about the gap here: this is a narrower feature than most reviews cover, so I don't have strong evidence either way for how well any of these solve the personal-profile part specifically. Has anyone actually rolled this out to on-site staff who aren't marketing professionals? And if so, did the mobile experience hold up day to day, or did people end up going back to browser access anyway?

I haven't seen strong evidence either way on the mobile-versus-browser question for on-site staff specifically, which lines up with the gap you flagged. My guess is where a dedicated app like SOCiGo exists, adoption probably depends less on the app itself and more on how often that staff member actually needs to post, someone posting daily might stick with mobile out of habit, while someone posting occasionally may default back to whatever device they're already sitting at.
