Fast setup and long-term fit pull against each other more than vendors admit. The tools you stand up in a week are often the ones you outgrow in a year, and the ones that flex forever take months to configure. Neither is wrong, it depends on urgency. What&#39;s driving the timeline, a real deadline or just impatience? If it&#39;s real, start templated and accept you&#39;ll migrate later. That&#39;s a strategy, not a failure.
