It manages, tracks, rewards, and incentivizes employees. **What do you dislike about Snowfly?** I would like more options to also gamify in a more competitive way, and I would also like more options for the social aspect of the platform between users **What problems is Snowfly solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to have users claim their rewards in a clear fashion, that assists in building the concept of what they did, and how they can repeat the behavior.
