I did not have any needs for integration to other SAAS´s. The platform was fast and remarkable in the experience I had. BUT where it shined beyond any expectations is THE support team. I was searching for a registration solution for a dinner event. RSVPify was overkill, but still very affordable. The solution was great, but the human side of their support team is outstanding. It made me wish that I only have to manage a dinner event every year, and not every week or month. Really awesome support. Many platforms could learn from the team behind RSVPify. Thats it! I did not use any AI or other. A simple booking management need. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** Nothing. But as I mentioned, I think most comparisons between platform A and platform B ultimately boil down to one question: what if you really need human help? My event was a mix of paid and free admission and RSVPify made it very simple to do both. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** While RSVPify is a wonderful platform, I do wish the event page offered separate pages instead of one continuous scroll. For a sizeable event with lots of speakers and details, the page becomes VERY long to navigate. It would also be helpful to be able to email everyone who has registered when there’s an update to the event. I also found it difficult to locate where to add team members when it was time to bring in helpers. I found RSVPify via AI search. We have now used it for two small events and will continue to use it for other events. It was extremely easy to use and brand for our non-profit. It also looks great for our donors and guests who access the event page. We appreciate that we can text, email, etc., all from RSVPify. At the end of each event, we export the guest list and import it into our CRM! Setting up events and secondary events was quick, easy, and straightforward. In planning my event, I used the tool often to track attendees, respond to messages, send reminder emails, and so on. The QR code check-in feature was a huge plus, and helped us accurately track who attended our event. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** There are a few features I would hope to see in the future. For my event specifically, we wished for a way to link RSVPify check-ins to other tools, like a name badge printer. The inability to change the template for the event website after the event has been created is also a very strange and frustrating pain point. I opted to not use that feature at all, rather than delete my event and redo my work thus far. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** A huge problem RSVPify solved this year was accurate tracking of guests and who showed up to our event out of those that RSVPd yes. This will be a huge help when determining the contract size and invite list size for our event next year, as well as who to continue to add to our invite list and who to remove. There are lots of options to customize - additional events, ticket prices and levels, emails. I purchased the level where customer support was only available through chat. I had to use it several time and was quickly responded to. I did hit a perfect storm of vacation days and out off the office for the support team and had to reach out to my sales rep for asssistance, but her very quickly got someone who could help. The help articles numerous and helpful, but chat is a great option for the little nuances. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** I wish there was a way of setting conditions based on answers to customer questions. The only way to do that is to create a secondary event which would give you options, but depending on what you want to ask, that may not work. Due to all the customization options, there are several levels that you need to go down when setting up questions, and that can get confusing and setting can hide a deep levels. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is saving us from contacting 50+ people, asking them 10-15 questions each, collecting payment and making sure you kept all your records straight. ### 29. Customer support was also very helpful any time we needed them while setting up our events. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** The main downside is lack of customization for event emails and landing pages.
