**What do you like best about Netmera?**

I can say that the interface is quite simple. Just a button or a word is enough to describe the operation. In short, I can work intuitively with Netmera. Furthermore, in a Push Notification setup, it can offer me hundreds or even thousands of combination options. I can turn the settings I want on or off.

**What do you dislike about Netmera?**

I think some very basic needs are unfortunately not being met. For example, creating an in-app survey is a complete disaster. Furthermore, when installing widgets within the app, users are given very limited options. For example, I can't even adjust the size of the widget's close button. Or I can't copy and paste from another widget during installation. These are very simple things. I know that in Netmera, the things we design on the front end are actually converted into code in the background. However, this logic is actually valid in the working principle of a phone. Just because it is a corporate company platform, having everything done so manually creates the feeling as if you are coding from scratch.

**What problems is Netmera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can say that it provides many conveniences in terms of automation. It's very easy to see a decrease or increase in simple analyses on the dashboard. By noticing this change, we can understand what we are doing right or wrong, what we need to change or leave the same. For example, we constantly monitor the number of active customers. Also, thanks to the funnels we have created with the screens within the application, we have started to understand very easily at what stage customers are churning.

**What do you like best about Netmera?**

It allows you to build your campaigns and segments freely. Also, whenever you need to build audience and find out what analytics you'd like to check Netmera provides the best UI for it. Since using Netmera our Marketing abilities has been improved. Addition to that their predictive segment builder is a game changer.

Sometimes it feels like doing too much work for building a campaign/journey because of no built-in templates.

All event-based triggerations and predictions helped us improve our  personalization skills and thanks to that we improved our customer's satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Netmera?**

One of Netmera's greatest strengths is its outstanding customer service. Their team responds promptly and always offers clear, helpful support whenever we need assistance. Another benefit is how easily we can access the data we require, which not only saves us time but also streamlines our operations, making them more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Netmera?**

As a data analyst, we need to transfer the data into our own data warehouse (DWH). While doing this, we sometimes experience issues with the FTP connection, which causes errors and breaks our data pipelines. Additionally, I occasionally have difficulty locating certain events and actions in the system, which slows down the analysis process.

**What problems is Netmera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netmera helps us consolidate customer engagement data in one place and makes it easy to access and analyze. With its user-friendly interface and strong customer support, we can quickly retrieve the data we need and gain insights into customer behavior. **What do you like best about Netmera?**

The data Netmera offers fully meets our bank’s requirements. In addition, it has a very user-friendly interface, allowing me to easily access all types of information. In addition, SFTP connection makes everything easier.

**What do you dislike about Netmera?**

There are situations where accessing the required data is difficult, and the data may not always be consistent. This creates confusion and results in inefficiencies and time loss.
For example, we currently collect data via FTP. In the push notification data, we receive the metrics “Sent", "Success” and “Open.” There are cases where Sent = 0 and Success = 0, but Open = 1. We simply cannot understand how a user can open a notification before it was sent.

**What problems is Netmera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netmera is solving our data accessibility and efficiency problem. Netmera provides a user-friendly interface and offers real-time data visibility, allowing us to easily access all information from a single platform. Additionally, SFTP integration simplifies data collection and makes the process more secure.

Integration is straightforward, making it simple to build journeys and track results. The platform also provides useful insights based on the outcomes. As of now, Netmera has to do some enhancements to fully meet the requirements for end-to-end digital engagement in large enterprises. While it effectively handles end-to-end engagement for mobile apps, there is room for improvement in supporting legacy systems. In particular, enhancements are needed for features like external event feeds, data enrichment, and traditional communication channels such as email, SMS, and telesales.

Using netmera has simplified the way of taking in bigdata and refining our Customer Experience. With a simplistic dashboard, and an easy to use interface, I didn't have a hard time navigating through all the different options.

Due to high loads of data, netmera's internal system occasionally slows down and/or shows misleading data. We frequently contact netmera's support team due to this but they are extremely helpful.

Netmera solves lots of problems ranging from arranging push notifications to improving our customer experience. Our way of getting things done is pretty traditional but Netmera slid right into our business environment without any hassle.

If you are very interested in datas and the rates, Netmera is the best. You can see all of the data, time, audiance in a very detailed way and also you can create your audiances with those parameters.

There are so many reports and details that it is very difficult to decide which one to do from where.

**What problems is Netmera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily segment our audiences who do not open push notifications or who look at various campaigns but do not see them and send push from there. It made our job very easy in this regard.

Messages reaches succssfully. The team is helpful. The keep adding new features.

Sometimes the segments break down on their own.

Their support team is very helpfull. Netmera has very good communication with us, weekly status updates keep us on the right track with our expectations.

I would not say that it's a huge downside, but a few of our requests may sometime take time. That's beacuse its a live product that gets feedback from every users so that requieres a plan to execute new ideas.

Netmera helps us understand the details of our user's behaviours. Push notification is the primary reason why we use it, bu its abilities are not limited to that. After sending a specific PN, we can track user's activity which is a key feature in our case.

Most of the Marketing Platforms offer more or less the same level of service. At the end of the day, it is the human touch (ie. service provided by real people), that mostly differentiates the companies. Netmera is very competitive in terms of product but a top-notch in terms of services orıvided to the clients.

We use regularly for mass communication and also for transactions. There are lots of features we use but still many left to be discovered. It wasn't difficult to use.
We use it weekly.
Support is helpful.

In integration with React Native we had a bit struggle at first, but it works fine with minor bugs only. Designs should be more elastic.

I use Netmera for the mobile app's notifications and in-app notifications. Questions and problems are resolved quickly. Product-specific recommendations and user-specific segmentation can be made. The test notification feature is very nice.

Netmera is a highly effective tool that helps us strengthen our customer relationship.  We also liked how the team approached us when we had suggestions to make our experience better. They valued our feedback and always tried to solve our demands.

Their tool can occasionally be complicated, which can make the entire user experience for consultants challenging, this leads long response time in terms of new feature requests or supports.

Thanks to Netmera, we are closer to our customers when we need to connect. It allows us to communicate when we have important updates or changes, or simply when we want to get in touch with our customers.

**What do you like best about Netmera?**

Netmera offers a wide range of services such as push notification, pop-up, in-app, SMS and e-mail. Reaching customers through all possible channels is crucial to improving the customer experience and staying in touch as much as possible. It is very convenient to manage all these channels from one tool. Netmera also provides a variety of reports (dashboard, graphs, funnels, tables etc.)  that supports your business decisions.

The interface is user-friendly, clean, easy to learn and use. It helps you take actions very quickly and run different campaigns without much effort. In case you do not feel comfortable using the tool or have enough confidence yet, Netmera team supports you through every step until you decide you can manage your actions on your own. Also, their support system helps you with any problem or question you have, just explain the situation you need help with and wait for their response for possible solutions.

Another thing I like about Netmera is that they are a fast growing company so our feedbacks are considered crucial for their improvement. Anything we tell about the interface, the services or new features that can be added to the tool is taken seriosuly and many of them are getting developed.

Although many of its features are easy to use, there are a few that are a little confusing and complex. But I appreciate their efforts for getting better everyday and making the tool more convenient.

there is no storage so we can't upload an image for media push or popup. I can't see or export segments from Netmera. Besides, We can't see SMS click rates

Setting up messages and widgets are a little too complicated. Although you can get help anytime you need, I would like it to be a little more easy to use.

**What do you like best about Netmera?**

We were on our way to launch a new service setup business as an add-on to our existing product line business. And that's where we used Netmera's marketing and campaign management platform. This helped us reach thousands of our end users in all forms of set up and made our campaign successful. We were able to push notifications through the web and mobile-based setups. It also helped us to learn and understand our customer base and accordingly market it.

**What do you dislike about Netmera?**

Netmera is a great tool and it can transform the entire journey of go-to-market setup. But sometimes these tools can be overcomplicated and can make the entire user experience for consultants difficult. It takes a huge amount of time to manage and check each node and that makes life complex for technical consultants. Operating on its might be a humongous task, but they have a good support team to help you there.

We were launching our Service set up for an investment product that was already on the market. We had this challenge of whether we will be able to put this across to our customers or not. And that's when we took this challenge with help of Netmera to help us with the OMNI-CHANNEL approach of pushing this. And soon we start getting insights into our customer behaviours. We were getting inputs on each of its features and our customer's likes and dislikes. This helped us re-shape our offerings and accordingly navigate further.

The ways to reach the target audience with such ease and get the analysis makes this tool best. We launched multiple campaigns few for product insights, few for feature responses and all these push notifications to all the user base is seamless.

Having good support team, but the tool itself is a bit too complex and as we start deployed several campaigns and start using several channels and monitoring on multi nodes could be is bit hefty
