I appreciate how Knowa assists in managing the pension scheme with features like meeting packs and file management, making it a good way to manage meetings. The dynamic nature ensures I always have the latest version of the meeting pack, and I find managing documentation easy with it. The AI functionality is extremely good. I like Knowa's ease of use and its cross-device compatibility. It's intuitive and the support is superb, providing very fast responses if I have a query. I can use Knowa both in an office environment and on the go, and it's easy to find answers to my questions using AI. I also found the initial setup very easy. I would love to see the ability to edit documents online, like Word. We use the collaborative documents for reviewing and commenting on documents, such as meeting minutes and this also works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
