**What do you like best about Happay?**

I like that Happay makes managing employee travel expenses for 90 users efficient by allowing all expenses and approvals to be reviewed in one dashboard. As a Finance In-Charge, I find this process very easy and fast. The dashboard helps provide a clear view of the Statutory and Investment Audit, allowing each transaction to be reviewed in depth. Sharing the dashboard access with the auditor is seamless, letting them easily review every transaction. This setup eliminates queries from the auditor regarding travel expenses. Setting up Happay for our team was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Happay?**

For international employees, Happay is quite limited as it's not able to handle transactions in foreign currency, which is a big setback. It would be helpful if Happay could support Forex transactions.

**What problems is Happay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Happay for employee travel, with 90 users, where all expenses and approvals are reviewed in one dashboard. It provides a clear view of transactions for auditors, ensuring no queries on travel expenses.

**What do you like best about Happay?**

I like Happay's expense management system because it really helps us keep track of each expense. I can apply filters easily to distinguish the expense types, making it clear where our expenditures are going. Another feature I appreciate is the approval process, where after applying for a claim, it goes to the assigned person for approval. The initial setup was also very easy.

The settlement process can be improved.

It has a feature of auto-fetching the data from our uploaded invoices using Scan-X. You just need to drag and drop your bills of expense.
Overall very good application for Expense Management and very easy to use.

When signing in using an email ID, the OTP-based authentication sometimes takes longer than expected. The delay in receiving the OTP slow down the login process

**What do you like best about Happay?**

I appreciate that Happay enables us to provide food vouchers to our remote workers, allowing them to save on taxes for daily expenses, much like our in-office employees can. The capability to reload wallets easily and track employee expenses through the mobile app is highly useful. Employees have access to features like checking wallet balances and downloading bills for reimbursement, making the expense management process efficient. This ensures our remote workforce enjoys similar perks without added hassle.

**What do you dislike about Happay?**

I find the mobile app to be very buggy, often requiring me to log in repeatedly, which is cumbersome. Unlike many banking apps that provide the convenience of using a four or six-digit PIN, fingerprint, or face ID, Happay lacks these streamlined login options. Additionally, the onboarding process for employees is challenging due to the KYC requirement. Employees must complete their KYC to avoid limitations on their account, but this process involves repeatedly passing notices and urging them through Slack or emails, which is tedious. The threshold amounts also pose limitations until KYC is complete, inhibiting the ease of adding money each month. It would be beneficial if Happay introduced more workflows or smooth this process out to motivate employees to complete their KYC without constant reminders from the employer.

I use Happay to provide tax-saving food vouchers to remote workers, matching benefits office employees get, and facilitating easy expense tracking and reimbursement.

**What do you like best about Happay?**

1. Hassle-free transactions with a fully automated system in place.
2. The AI-enabled part is very useful and saves our backend team time for example amount and bank details are auto-filled from the PO or copy of the cheque attachment. 
3. Outstanding serviceability, means when we register an issue it gets resolved hourly basis.

**What do you dislike about Happay?**

One thing i dislike is adding new vendors once it has been approved, then only the maker can initiate payment. This is a waste of time if someone has to approve the vendor addition once and authorise the payment again. Well, it is also frustrating for the management to log in again and again because they prefer to do it once a day. Also, it gives rise to a delay in the vendor payment by one day for any new vendors because management may not approve 2 times a day.

Suggestion: - 

You may add a feature, as other banks have an "existing vendor" or "new vendor" selection and allow the maker to select that he can initiate the transaction. And the authorizer can approve both new vendor registration as well as authorise the transaction at once.

1. Happay is solving our working capital requirement problem to pay the local vendors.
2. Due to happay facility we are able to run our sites in india without interruption.
3. Our expense management in terms of the local stuff is benefitted because of the credit facility.
4. Happay expenses prepaid card is also helping a lot to transfer money to our workers and site manager who are working across the country.

Service was a concern. As a HR or the end user manager i never want to rely on a system which is not giving any hope. In the last 5 years i have seen in multiple instance where my employees had many issues. System issues is common in any system but there were many occassions my employees were left alone without a support from Happay. Things are slowly coming on track. But there is Service managers were least bothered even if we escalate and seek for help.

Happay is very user friendly and easy to verify the expenses. Various expenses of users can track any time. Customer support is very supportive at the time of errors and issues occurs in Happay. Daily reports can be easily download from happay.

Everytime we had to enter OTP while login. Sometimes employees cant able to submit their expenses in correct category even though they are eligible for the claim.  Before settling the invoice in happay it showing payment successful at the time we cant easy to find whether the invoices is paid or not.

While comparing Happay with expense forms Happay is more accessable and easy to find out the different categories of expenses. If we are verifying the expenses the settlement can be processed at the same time. Errors can be easily identified and can solve with the help of customer support.

Everything is automated in Happay even with Mobile app, its more fast. It increase productivity and save time.

Our company integrated bank credit card with happay and there is too much pain when it comes to map card with existing employee. Our integration is file based so even Happay team takes 15 to 20 days just to map the card then again we have to asked bank to push all expenses again to happay.This is very time consuming and this issue needs to address promptly.

Previouslly our entire expense claim system is manual, sometimes user lost there bill or sometimes account person does the same. After happay it is smooth.
