"All-in-One MSP focused Cyber Security Platform that has changed how we sell and support our clients"
What do you like best about Guardz?

The consolidation of multiple security layers in a single platform and dashboard, gives our engineers better visibility of threats, how the layers are interlinked and ability to see the pattern of security events.

This is a much more difficult job for them when they are using multiple point security products and different management platforms.

Price point is also a positive factor as we are not paying for multiple products.

Deployment and integration is quick with support for O365 and Google and is easy to use with a very intuitive dashboard that doesn't take long for the engineers to get up to speed.

With clients now expecting more for their Cyber Security expense, round the clock monitoring is a requirement. Using Guardz Ultimate MDR capability means we don't need to pay for expensive out of hours cover but can still offer MDR Services to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Whilst Guardz has some great partnerships with leading technologies like email security and Endpoint Detection & response, you might not get a greater depth of features and functions for each of the security layers, that you might get if you had them as point products.

Its a compromise for a better price point and best value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Dashboard with Seamless Ticket Integration"
What do you like best about Guardz?

I really like how everything is organized in one place, making it easy to view and manage all aspects directly from the dashboard. The way it integrates with other platforms for ticket management is also very effective. Whenever I reach out for help, the support team is consistently helpful and friendly. When I submit a ticket, the automation feature often speeds up the process, and even if automation isn't possible, they always provide clear instructions on how to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Since everything is integrated, there are certain limitations if the client does not use M365 or G-Suite. You cannot enable or disable some features individually. For example, if you want to install antivirus and the client does not use one of the supported business tenants, you are unable to deploy antivirus, dark web monitoring, or any other related features. "Flexible, All-in-One Security Console for MSPs"
What do you like best about Guardz?

It's a single-pane console for managing most basic security needs for an MSP client that I can buy a single license at a time, month-to-month, no minimums, no contract. It includes S1 for endpoint, Avanan for email, ITDR, dark web monitoring, security awareness training, phishing simulation, web browser defense, and cloud data monitoring. Setup is easy and support is excellent. The S1 and Avanan integrations in their Ultimate tier are very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

It's a newer product and not all parts are as well developed as others. The ITDR, for instance, feels very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of Guardz MSP Tool"
What do you like best about Guardz?

The best part of Guardz is the integration with SentinelOne MDR, which offers 24/7 monitoring and rapid response at a very competitive cost. It delivers enterprise-grade protection at a fraction of the price of traditional EDR solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The main limitation is the lack of native support for Linux-based endpoints, which restricts full coverage in mixed environments. Additionally, some advanced configuration options are less customizable compared to enterprise-grade EDR solutions. Expanding platform support and offering deeper policy controls would strengthen the overall product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Solution to Service SMB Customers"
What do you like best about Guardz?

When deploying Guardz, across SMB clients, Guardz nails the SMB sweet spot. Implementation is genuinely quick and simple. The console gives a clean presentation to clients, and I don’t have to spend days tuning before I can show value. For customers who are early in their security journey, it’s easy to explain what’s happening and why.

I also like that Guardz bundles the essential protections into one place, which keeps vendor sprawl and context-switching down as well as keeping costs low enough for an SMB. It gives my team meaningful coverage without adding operational drag, so we can focus on coaching clients and periodic health checks instead of babysitting yet another tool.

Customer Support tends to be a pain point with a lot of tool vendors; I can honestly say that they have gone above and beyond from a customer support perspective. I have been very happy with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Notifications and integrations are the main friction points. Alerts often get bulked into a single email, which makes ticketing less granular than I’d like, and there is no public API or many native ticketing integrations to smooth that out. We work around it with email-to-ticket parsing, but first-class API/webhook support and more integrations would make operations and reporting cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How Guardz transformed my business"
What do you like best about Guardz?

What I like best about Guardz is how it’s built specifically for small businesses—it makes cybersecurity management straightforward and accessible. I appreciate how easy it is to get started, the clear dashboards, and the automatic monitoring features. It really helps me feel more confident about catching risks early without needing a dedicated IT security staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

What I like least about Guardz is that, while the platform is maturing and making strides for small businesses, the training resources could be improved. As Guardz continues to grow, I’d appreciate more in-depth, tailored training materials and onboarding support that address the specific challenges small businesses face. Enhanced guides, tutorials, and real-world examples would make it easier for my team to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities as we scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful MSP tool with tons of potential"
What do you like best about Guardz?

I like that it ties so many different tools together, and adds in SentinelOne. It is by far the easiest tool to implement \ integrate I have ever used! Kudos for an painless onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Support has become slower to respond, I hope this is due to rapid growth and not a trend. Support questions used to be resolved within a day are now taking 3-4 days to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Threat Protection Platform for MSPs and Small IT Teams"
What do you like best about Guardz?

When deploying Guardz across SMB clients, I find that it truly hits the mark for this segment. The implementation process is both quick and straightforward, allowing me to get up and running without hassle. The console offers a clear and professional interface for clients, and I appreciate not having to spend days fine-tuning settings before demonstrating value. For customers who are just beginning their security journey, it’s simple to explain what’s happening and why. I used the AI chatbot for an issue I was having, as I was not sure of how to tackle it - it was absolutely flawless!

Another aspect I appreciate is that Guardz consolidates essential protections in one platform, which helps minimize vendor sprawl and reduces the need for constant context-switching. This also keeps costs manageable for SMBs. My team is able to achieve meaningful security coverage without unnecessary operational overhead, letting us focus on coaching clients and conducting periodic health checks rather than managing yet another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

What I like least about Guardz is that, even though the platform keeps improving and has a lot to offer small businesses, the training resources could be stronger. As Guardz grows, I’d really appreciate more detailed, hands-on training materials and onboarding that speak directly to the challenges small businesses face. Having clearer guides, step-by-step tutorials, and real-world examples would make it easier for my team to get the most out of the platform as we continue to scale. "It may be ok for some, but i wont be keeping my customers on it."
What do you like best about Guardz?

The ease of use to get started in guardz and the amount of features is good. but then you get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

1. Mail is quarantined in this in 2 places, as well as in microsoft defender as a 3rd place.

2. in guardz, mail is sectioned off in Alert emails, and quarantined emails. either way it is 2 sections of the program that end users wont understand the technical difference.

3. a good portion of mail still gets caught by defender in office 365. now the end users have to check a third place to find caught emails.

4. i called this out as the makings of an immature release in appearance to tech support and was told that it is not the sign of an immature release, but just follows microsoft recommendations, sorry for the experience, and your customers have to check for caught email in 2 places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lauri Goldman of Guardz

We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

You're right that managing multiple quarantines used to be confusing, therefore we've recently integrated Microsoft's quarantine directly into Guardz, so everything is now managed in one place.

The different email categories (alerts, quarantine, spam, user-reported) are meant to help MSPs prioritize and manage visibility, while end users ONLY need to deal with two things: email warning banners and the quarantine release flow.

Thanks again for calling this out. We're always learning and improving. If you're open to it, we'd love to connect and see how we can make Guardz work better for you and your customers.

"Effortless Security Management with Clear, Actionable Alerts"
What do you like best about Guardz?

What I like most about Guardz is how straightforward it is. Everything is laid out clearly, so you’re not digging around trying to figure out what’s going on. I really like having all the security stuff in one place, especially the alerts, they’re easy to understand and actually useful, not overwhelming. It feels like the app is doing the heavy lifting in the background while still keeping me in the loop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Some features take a bit of time to figure out, and a few alerts feel repetitive or not very actionable. More customization for notifications would make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
