## Guardz Reviews
 ### 1. Excellent Prospecting Tool for Fast, Clear Security Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelly D. | Cybersecurity Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

The prospecting tool is excellent for running quick external security assessments during sales meetings, so we can show prospects their vulnerabilities on the spot. I also appreciate how clearly it organizes incoming alerts by category, which helps our team quickly tell the difference between minor mailbox flags and critical endpoint detections.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The user training module used to feel a bit sparse and didn’t offer much engaging material for our clients’ employees. Recently, they’ve added new educational videos that help fill that gap, which is a welcome improvement. That said, the course customization options for specific compliance frameworks still feel somewhat limited and could use more depth.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It clears up the administrative mess of bouncing between separate consoles for endpoint monitoring, employee training, and email filtering. By centralizing these controls in a single dashboard and backing it with an outsourced security operations center, we can provide enterprise-grade protection without having to hire dedicated analysts to cover the clock.

 ### 2. Exceptionally Centralized Dashboard for Threat Detection and Incident Response

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio H. | Infrastructure Security Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

The centralized administrative view is exceptionally well executed. Having automated threat detection, live phishing data, and guided incident-response protocols all in one interactive dashboard saves our analysts from constantly switching between fragmented infrastructure applications, especially during active investigations.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The automated response playbooks can feel a bit too rigidly structured when we’re dealing with niche network environments. The default alert priorities also tend to group minor behavioral anomalies alongside critical operational vulnerabilities, which forces us to do manual filtering just to keep our main queue clean.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps mitigate the risk of overlooking compromised user accounts as our cloud deployments continue to expand. By aggregating live inbox activity and system status reports into a single, cohesive interface, our team can spot configuration flaws early and isolate active threats before they have a chance to move laterally across our environments.

 ### 3. All-in-One Platform with Great Pricing and On-Point Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Owner-IT Security Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

All in one platform has made supporting my clients much easier. Pricing is great and support is on point. It is missing a feature I really need but it's in the works and should be live in a couple of weeks. After that feature is implimented, Guardz will be pretty much perfect!

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Just need the email encryption feature which is coming soon. If I had to nitpick and come up with something, navigating the portal could be a little faster but man, that's really nitpicking.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed ITDR and found Guardz. As an added benefit I got Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulations along with better AV than I currently had.

 ### 4. Efficient Threat Resolution but Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel O. | IT Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I really like Guardz for providing a single pane of glass view across all our clients and their security posture. It's great being able to access, configure, and manage different security tools, spot issues, and remediate them all from one place. The setup was easy and straightforward, which was a pleasant surprise. Guardz also solves the problem of fragmented security visibility by giving us a single platform to monitor, detect, and remediate threats across all our client environments instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Support response time needs to be faster when assistance is needed. Onboarding documentation is thin and could do with a comprehensive guide. There's no clean way to distinguish between active user accounts and services accounts in M365 for inactive user alerts. The SAT feature still has a way to go; the gap in quality is noticeable compared to Huntress. We also experience a number of legitimate emails falling under Graymails and getting stuck in quarantine or junk folders.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz solves fragmented security visibility, providing a single platform to monitor, detect, and remediate threats across all client environments.

 ### 5. Guardz: Fast 5-Minute Setup with Instant 365 Tenant Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz is very simple to set up. It only takes about 5 minutes to get a client onboarded with the basic options, and you start getting feedback about your 365 tenant almost instantly. Setting up additional features, like email security or MDR, is also straightforward and is almost a set-and-forget process.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

On the external footprint scan, it always shows items that as the MSP we have little to no control over. It does give us something to bring up at reviews but most of the web developers our clients deal with would not understand the stuff detected. It is not that Guardz is wrong, it is more about the understanding of what it is and what can we really do to fix it.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s allowing us to offer Identity Threat Detection and Response in 365 (which we weren’t doing before) at a price that’s cheaper than trying to do it ourselves. With the "Managed" SentinelOne service, it’s also cutting down on helpdesk tickets, and anything detected is handled by the Guardz SOC in the first instance. The integration of Check Point email protection has made it much easier to handle client requests for managing blocked emails.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> Thank you, Mark. Our team has written about why traditional secure email gateways simply cannot keep pace with the speed of modern phishing and business email compromise. API-based email security integrated directly into Microsoft 365 is the answer and instant tenant insights at onboarding is how that shows up in practice. Pairing that with Identity Threat Detection and Response and Managed SentinelOne is the complete stack MSPs need. On the external footprint scan, your feedback is noted and we are actively working to make those findings more actionable for clients.

 ### 6. Guardz Makes MDR Simple with a Clean, All-in-One Portal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

They make MDR simple. Many other solutions overcomplicate what companies want MDR to be. Guardz is different. They make MDR very easy to understand. Also, the ability to do security awareness training with your users all from one portal is fantastic. The fact that the portal is so clean and everything is in one place is such a great advantage to Guardz. The other feature we utilize often is the identity threat protection where it monitors our office 365 accounts for potentially nefarious login.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

They could allow more configuration options from the portal and that would be great.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MDR, security awareness, training, dark web monitoring, identity threat protection.

 ### 7. Comprehensive Security Platform with Some Support Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I appreciate Guardz for being a single platform with multiple layers of security. It's great for providing visibility of blindspots and serves as a fantastic prospecting tool with its audits and reports. The benefit of having a single vendor is that it saves both money and time. Even though we faced some challenges as early adopters, we were well supported by the Guardz team.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

At times it is overwhelming for the support team, false positives create additional work. The initial setup was difficult as we were early adopters and had some challenges onboarding.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz offers visibility into our security blindspots and serves as a prospecting tool with audits and reports. It provides a single platform with multiple security layers, saving us money and time.

 ### 8. Comprehensive Cybersecurity Tool with Scope for Network Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando F. | CEO / Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I like that Guardz has a well-integrated platform that connects with MS365 or Google Cloud, Windows, Mac, and many other systems. This comprehensive integration gives us a well-rounded platform to help monitor and resolve cybersecurity issues. The clean interface and reporting make it an easy-to-manage platform with a dashboard that's simple to navigate. These integrations are valuable because they allow us to connect our clients' potentially exposed systems to the Guardz platform and effectively gather information about the status and situation within those environments. This enables us to quickly respond to incidents, alerting us of ongoing situations and helping us protect our clients' cybersecurity postures.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Guardz could have better network device and log ingestion integration to help monitor and protect the network itself and not just the endpoints. It currently lacks means of gathering threat data, events, and incident information from routers, switches, WiFi access points, and other network devices. By adding syslog and API injection, along with integrating automation and AI to monitor and mitigate threats at the network edge, it could add much-needed features that we currently need a separate tool to address.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps monitor and mitigate cybersecurity events like malware and phishing, and integrates with MS365 and Google Cloud to manage incidents effectively. Its clean interface aids in managing and navigating security issues with ease.

 ### 9. All-in-One MSP focused Cyber Security Platform that has changed how we sell and support our clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darran C. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

The consolidation of multiple security layers in a single platform and dashboard, gives our engineers better visibility of threats, how the layers are interlinked and ability to see the pattern of security events.
This is a much more difficult job for them when they are using multiple point security products and different management platforms.
Price point is also a positive factor as we are not paying for multiple products.
Deployment and integration is quick with support for O365 and Google and is easy to use with a very intuitive dashboard that doesn't take long for the engineers to get up to speed.
With clients now expecting more for their Cyber Security expense, round the clock monitoring is a requirement. Using Guardz Ultimate MDR capability means we don't need to pay for expensive out of hours cover but can still offer MDR Services to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Whilst Guardz has some great partnerships with leading technologies like email security and Endpoint Detection & response, you might not get a greater depth of features and functions for each of the security layers, that you might get if you had them as point products.
Its a compromise for a better price point and best value.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps us stand out in a very competitive market for Cyber Security.
Small Business are slowly starting to realise the need to invest in Cyber Security protections and the Guardz platform helps us to present and explain the benefits and value customers will get for their money.
Prospect reports helps us open conversations with a security snapshot of the customer, 14 day trial helps us to show them more value and visibility of their own environment and whilst there may always be an argument there is another product cheaper out there, the overall Guardz package and how it helps to build or enhance a position of Cyber Security services into our existing or new clients is hands down a win for us.

 ### 10. All-in-One Dashboard with Seamless Ticket Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cris L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I really like how everything is organized in one place, making it easy to view and manage all aspects directly from the dashboard. The way it integrates with other platforms for ticket management is also very effective. Whenever I reach out for help, the support team is consistently helpful and friendly. When I submit a ticket, the automation feature often speeds up the process, and even if automation isn't possible, they always provide clear instructions on how to resolve the issue.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Since everything is integrated, there are certain limitations if the client does not use M365 or G-Suite. You cannot enable or disable some features individually. For example, if you want to install antivirus and the client does not use one of the supported business tenants, you are unable to deploy antivirus, dark web monitoring, or any other related features.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They address the issue of needing to use several different solutions from various vendors by bringing everything together under one umbrella. This makes deployment and management much simpler.

 ### 11. Guardz Delivers a Unified Security Dashboard and Meaningful Monthly Savings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz has helped give our company a single pane of glass for MDR, email security, and human awareness training. We have been using the product for a few months, and so far it has been a good transition. We were also able to save quite a bit of money each month consolidating these resources under Guardz versus having several independent solutions.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Moving our endpoints from the previous Sentinel One platform to the Guardz S1 platform has become quite a bit more work that we were initially led to believe. We were also told during sales calls pre-signup that Guradz would isolate a device upon detection, but up until this point that feature is not available. Hopefully that is something that will be coming soon as it was a strong selling point for us.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dark Web Monitoring is a new feature for our company to offer to our clients. It's another nice selling point for our stack of products!

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> We are really glad the platform is delivering meaningful monthly savings and a unified view across MDR, email security, and awareness training.

On the SentinelOne migration, we hear you and may reach out to learn about how to improve.

On device isolation, this one's actually live. Our MDR team can act on detections immediately once permissions are in place.

 ### 12. Perfect MSP Solution with Unified Security View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manal I. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I like that Guardz fits the SMB reality and is built the way MSPs work. Deploying it through the Pax8 Marketplace made procurement licensing and rollout straightforward, especially when scaling across multiple SMB tenants. I appreciate that Guardz collapses key security signals into a single operational view, which helps my team correlate incidents without jumping between multiple consoles. This approach makes it easier to see the incident story and decide faster. I also like that it supports standardization from an MSP delivery standpoint, allowing us to establish consistent baselines across clients and adjust where needed. This translates into technician efficiency and clearer incident ownership. Guardz helps solve problems by reducing tool sprawl, shortening the time between signals and decisions, and aiding technicians to move from detection to action with context. It also makes it easier to communicate outcomes to SMB owners in plain language. The initial setup was a piece of cake, and the Guardz team was really easy, helping and adapting through the transition.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The platform's still evolving, especially around real-time visibility and polish in certain views. It's not a deal breaker, but it's noticeable when using the platform daily.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz reduces tool sprawl, shortens signal to decision time, and helps my team move from detection to action with context. It simplifies communication with SMB owners, offering a single operational view and boosts technician efficiency and incident ownership.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> Thank you, Manal. This one means a lot to us as a team. Our research consistently shows that SMBs are targeted nearly four times more often than large enterprises yet most operate without any dedicated security resource. That is the gap Guardz is built to close for MSPs. Knowing that a unified operational view is helping your team correlate incidents faster, establish consistent baselines across clients, and take clearer ownership is exactly what we set out to deliver. We are proud to be part of your stack.

 ### 13. Guardz: Unified Security Hub with Clear Reporting and Helpful Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary D. | Project Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz is a hub for several security tools removing the need to log into separate portals. The Guardz portal provides easy to understand reporting and provides informative email notifications for issues that need to be addressed.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I have not encountered any aspects of Guardz that I dislike, it is a good product.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for an MSP, and Guardz is a core part of our security baseline. It helps us with identity protection, securing data within SharePoint, and endpoint protection through SentinelOne. Having all of these features and the related reporting available in a single portal has made life much easier and keeps everything in one place.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> Reviews like this genuinely make our team's day, Gary. We have done a lot of research into how disproportionately SMBs are targeted compared to large enterprises and it is what drives everything we build. MSPs should not have to choose between identity protection, Microsoft 365 security, and SentinelOne endpoint protection across separate tools. Guardz exists to bring all of that together in one place. Knowing it is working as your security baseline is exactly the outcome we set out to achieve. Thank you.

 ### 14. Streamlined Cloud Security and Risk Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHASHI K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I use Guardz primarily to help protect our cloud environments and digital assets by identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring threats, and improving our overall cybersecurity posture. It supports both operational security and client-facing engagements by giving us better visibility into risks, helping prioritize urgent matters, and ensuring our cloud deployments stay secure and compliant. I like how Guardz makes cybersecurity feel more manageable and structured, even when dealing with multiple environments. I really enjoy how it helps with consistency and coordination, working especially well when multiple teams are involved, providing a common view of what's happening, and giving quick updates without long back-and-forth emails. It feels less complex than many enterprise security tools, which makes adoption easier and speeds up execution. The initial setup was quite smooth and straightforward, and we were able to start getting visibility fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

A few things in Guardz could be improved, especially from my role in cloud & cybersecurity. Some areas feel less customizable, especially when different teams want different reporting. Reporting could be more flexible for leadership and client-ready summaries. Integration depth can be improved - connecting smoothly with all existing security tools isn't always seamless. Occasional alert noise - sometimes it takes effort to filter what's truly urgent versus information.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Guardz to protect our cloud environments by identifying vulnerabilities and monitoring threats. It reduces blind spots, simplifies risk tracking, prioritizes alerts, and automates security tasks, saving time. It also improves readiness for client discussions by clearly explaining security gaps and actions.

 ### 15. Flexible, All-in-One Security Console for MSPs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

It's a single-pane console for managing most basic security needs for an MSP client that I can buy a single license at a time, month-to-month, no minimums, no contract. It includes S1 for endpoint, Avanan for email, ITDR, dark web monitoring, security awareness training, phishing simulation, web browser defense, and cloud data monitoring. Setup is easy and support is excellent. The S1 and Avanan integrations in their Ultimate tier are very good.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

It's a newer product and not all parts are as well developed as others. The ITDR, for instance, feels very basic.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz is an affordable way to buy security for MSP clients with a unified AI-assisted SOC behind it all. This protects my clients when I'm not available, giving both me and my clients peace of mind.

 ### 16. Centralized Security Management Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen K. | HR Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I use Guardz for security purposes, and it is incredibly efficient at displaying all kinds of security alerts, risks, and system statuses in one place, which really saves time by reducing the need to jump between tools. I particularly appreciate the smooth functionality for incident response—when an issue is detected, Guardz provides guided remediation steps that make it easy to act quickly. What I like the most is that it feels efficient and reassuring, delivering strong security coverage while staying easy to operate on a daily basis. Since email is still the most common attack, having real-time phishing detection and clear alerts with Guardz makes a huge difference. The initial setup was quite easy, and overall, this tool saves my work and organization from threats.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

This is hard to say, this tool has been saving us from threat and its a great option any organisation would choose.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Guardz to centralize security alerts, see risks and system statuses in one place, and streamline incident responses with guided remediation steps. It's efficient and reassuring, delivers strong security coverage, and its real-time phishing detection makes a huge difference.

 ### 17. Comprehensive Security, Seamless Deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I find Guardz easy to use for deployment, and I think their prospecting is great. The use of industry-leading software solutions reassures us and adds credibility with our clients. I appreciate the built-in prospecting feature that allows us to benchmark and scan clients. I love the categorization of alerts, especially for email security and EDR with Sentinel One. The onboarding experience was great, and it is scaling well.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The awareness training was an improvement area for us, but they listened and really improved on this, now we have new videos for our end users.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Guardz to manage detection and response, providing email and endpoint protection. It solves operational issues by centralizing everything into a single pane of glass and offering a SOC-backed system. It boosts our credibility with clients and simplifies security management.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> Thank you so much. Our team has explored in depth why MDR has become essential for MSPs rather than optional. The data is clear: 90% of organizations prefer an outsourced or hybrid MDR model because building that capability in-house simply does not scale. Guardz delivers it with SentinelOne-powered EDR, Check Point email protection, ITDR, and security awareness training purpose-built for MSPs, all in one platform. Hearing that the awareness training improvements are genuinely landing for your end users means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with your clients.

 ### 18. Difficult Rollout and Email Quarantine Frustrations Despite Strong Vulnerability Remediation

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz makes it easy to capture and remediate high and critical vulnerabilities that affect our clients. The interface is easy to learn, use and navigate on a day-to-day basis. Integration is straight-forward, and remediations are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

There have certainly been some pain points. Checkpoint/Avanan has proven to be difficult to roll out, and frustrating for clients when important emails are captured. Some platform integration is not quite as smooth as others.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz makes cyber security easy. It isolates threats and clearly defines what constitutes the threat and how to solve it. Other cyber security solutions often felt complicated to use and navigate.

 ### 19. Review of Guardz MSP Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** r V. | DevsecOps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

The best part of Guardz is the integration with SentinelOne MDR, which offers 24/7 monitoring and rapid response at a very competitive cost. It delivers enterprise-grade protection at a fraction of the price of traditional EDR solutions.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The main limitation is the lack of native support for Linux-based endpoints, which restricts full coverage in mixed environments. Additionally, some advanced configuration options are less customizable compared to enterprise-grade EDR solutions. Expanding platform support and offering deeper policy controls would strengthen the overall product.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about Guardz is its all-in-one unified security platform. It combines endpoint protection, email security, dark web monitoring, phishing simulation, and user awareness training into a single dashboard. The integration with SentinelOne MDR also provides strong, real-time threat detection and response without requiring additional tools.

 ### 20. Fantastic Solution to Service SMB Customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua T. | Manager of MSSP Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

When deploying Guardz, across SMB clients, Guardz nails the SMB sweet spot. Implementation is genuinely quick and simple. The console gives a clean presentation to clients, and I don’t have to spend days tuning before I can show value. For customers who are early in their security journey, it’s easy to explain what’s happening and why.

I also like that Guardz bundles the essential protections into one place, which keeps vendor sprawl and context-switching down as well as keeping costs low enough for an SMB. It gives my team meaningful coverage without adding operational drag, so we can focus on coaching clients and periodic health checks instead of babysitting yet another tool.

Customer Support tends to be a pain point with a lot of tool vendors; I can honestly say that they have gone above and beyond from a customer support perspective. I have been very happy with that.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Notifications and integrations are the main friction points. Alerts often get bulked into a single email, which makes ticketing less granular than I’d like, and there is no public API or many native ticketing integrations to smooth that out. We work around it with email-to-ticket parsing, but first-class API/webhook support and more integrations would make operations and reporting cleaner.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz is an ideal entry point for organizations with low security maturity. For SMBs, bridging the gap between standalone EDR and a full enterprise stack is tough. SMBs need coverage across identity, email, endpoints, and cloud, but enterprise tools are often overkill, complex, and costly. Guardz fills that gap with a unified, right-sized platform giving us broad protection without the complexity tax.

 ### 21. How Guardz transformed my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

What I like best about Guardz is how it’s built specifically for small businesses—it makes cybersecurity management straightforward and accessible. I appreciate how easy it is to get started, the clear dashboards, and the automatic monitoring features. It really helps me feel more confident about catching risks early without needing a dedicated IT security staff.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

What I like least about Guardz is that, while the platform is maturing and making strides for small businesses, the training resources could be improved. As Guardz continues to grow, I’d appreciate more in-depth, tailored training materials and onboarding support that address the specific challenges small businesses face. Enhanced guides, tutorials, and real-world examples would make it easier for my team to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities as we scale.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz is solving the problem of how small businesses can effectively manage cybersecurity without deep expertise or large budgets. By providing automated monitoring, easy-to-understand alerts, and organized dashboards, Guardz helps me spot threats early and respond faster. This means I can keep my clients data and accounts safer, with less time spent worrying about complex security tasks or missing something important, which gives me more time to focus on running the business.

 ### 22. Powerful MSP tool with tons of potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I like that it ties so many different tools together, and adds in SentinelOne. It is by far the easiest tool to implement \ integrate I have ever used! Kudos for an painless onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Support has become slower to respond, I hope this is due to rapid growth and not a trend. Support questions used to be resolved within a day are now taking 3-4 days to resolve.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining MDR and Cloud security into one product.

 ### 23. Guardz Delivers the Essential Components for MSSPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick V. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz has the essential components of a cybersecurity platform for MSSP's

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I use NinjaOne. Unfortunately, Guardz does not allow for automated ticket creation from security detections, i.e. automated bi-directional syncing with NinjaOne.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proactive security monitoring.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> Thank you so much, Rick! We are really proud to be delivering the essential cybersecurity components that MSSPs like yours depend on every day.

Regarding bi-directional ticketing, the good news is that it's coming soon, and NinjaOne is on the roadmap.

We really appreciate your input and look forward to making the experience even better for you!

 ### 24. Easy Setup but Poor User Communication

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Service D. | Owner-Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I find the single dashboard in Guardz very helpful, as it allows me to manage all security tools in one place. I also really like the ease of remediation.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I don't like the notifications for updates and changes because they get sent to end users who don't even know what Guardz is.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz provides one dashboard for all security tools, which is helpful and simplifies my management tasks.

**Official Response from Michael Mayer:**

> We're glad you're getting value from the platform as you stated.
Your feedback regarding communication has been shared with the team and will push us to get better. We'll reach out to make sure the conversation continues
Best,
Michael

 ### 25. It may be ok for some, but i wont be keeping my customers on it.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

The ease of use to get started in guardz and the amount of features is good. but then you get what you pay for.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

1. Mail is quarantined in this in 2 places, as well as in microsoft defender as a 3rd place.
2. in guardz, mail is sectioned off in Alert emails, and quarantined emails. either way it is 2 sections of the program that end users wont understand the technical difference.
3. a good portion of mail still gets caught by defender in office 365. now the end users have to check a third place to find caught emails.
4. i called this out as the makings of an immature release in appearance to tech support and was told that it is not the sign of an immature release, but just follows microsoft recommendations, sorry for the experience, and your customers have to check for caught email in 2 places.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

supposedly an all-in-one security tool, but lacks ease-of-use from the end user side

**Official Response from Lauri Goldman:**

> We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

You're right that managing multiple quarantines used to be confusing, therefore we've recently integrated Microsoft's quarantine directly into Guardz, so everything is now managed in one place.

The different email categories (alerts, quarantine, spam, user-reported) are meant to help MSPs prioritize and manage visibility, while end users ONLY need to deal with two things: email warning banners and the quarantine release flow.

Thanks again for calling this out. We're always learning and improving. If you're open to it, we'd love to connect and see how we can make Guardz work better for you and your customers.

 ### 26. Effortless Security Management with Clear, Actionable Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

What I like most about Guardz is how straightforward it is. Everything is laid out clearly, so you’re not digging around trying to figure out what’s going on. I really like having all the security stuff in one place, especially the alerts, they’re easy to understand and actually useful, not overwhelming. It feels like the app is doing the heavy lifting in the background while still keeping me in the loop

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Some features take a bit of time to figure out, and a few alerts feel repetitive or not very actionable. More customization for notifications would make it better.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps solve the problem of managing cybersecurity across multiple tools and platforms. Instead of juggling different systems, everything is in one place, which saves time and makes it easier to spot and respond to issues quickly. That means less manual work, fewer things slipping through the cracks, and more confidence that our security is covered day to day.

 ### 27. Peace of Mind Delivered – Guardz Protects Without the Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago E. | Junior client success specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz combines simplicity with powerful protection in a way that's rare among cybersecurity platforms. The user interface is intuitive, making it incredibly easy to onboard new clients and manage cybersecurity across multiple environments, especially useful if you're an MSP. I especially appreciate how Guardz centralizes email protection, endpoint security, identity monitoring, and risk reporting into one seamless dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The reporting features are solid but could benefit from more visual dashboards and export flexibility, particularly for MSPs needing to share insights with less technical stakeholders. Also, a few deeper integrations with third-party tools (like remote monitoring and management platforms) would help streamline workflows even further.

That said, the Guardz team is highly responsive to feedback, and I’ve already seen improvements roll out quickly, so I’m confident these gaps will be addressed over time.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Guardz, managing cybersecurity across multiple small business clients meant stitching together several disjointed tools for email protection, endpoint monitoring, identity breaches, and compliance reporting. This led to inefficiencies, inconsistent coverage, and a lot of manual work.

 ### 28. Cybersecurity coverage across cloud tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Every day, our hiring team deals with a lot of emails, and Guardz's phishing prevention and email security tools have made it easier for us to spot and thwart possible threats before they get to our inboxes. As a result, there is now less chance of data breaches or illegal access to private candidate information.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Guardz offers cyber awareness training, which has proven especially helpful when integrating new hires. It encourages a culture of digital responsibility among team members and aids in avoiding errors that might reveal private information.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR and talent teams like ours can concentrate on what we do best—creating outstanding teams—without having to worry about data security threats thanks to Guardz's robust, useful cybersecurity coverage. It has genuinely increased our confidence in our ability to securely handle sensitive data.

 ### 29. Reliable and easy-to-integrate cybersecurity solution for SMBs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ADITHYA D. | BI consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz offers an all-in-one cybersecurity platform that is incredibly easy to deploy and manage across multiple endpoints. The dashboard is intuitive and provides real-time visibility into threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance status. Its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace makes it a great fit for small-to-mid-size businesses with remote or hybrid teams.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

While Guardz is excellent for covering core security functions, it currently lacks some advanced analytics features that larger enterprises might need. The reporting interface, although clean, could benefit from deeper customization capabilities—especially for consultants like myself who regularly translate data into business narratives.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps us manage endpoint and email security more efficiently without the need for a large internal cybersecurity team. As a consultant managing multiple client environments, I benefit from its centralized dashboard that alerts us to digital threats, phishing attempts, and cloud app risks in real time. It also ensures continuous compliance and data protection—critical for analytics and reporting work in regulated sectors. The lightweight implementation saves time, and Guardz enables us to stay secure while focusing on delivering data insights.

 ### 30. Easy-to-Use Platform That Unifies the Entire Cybersecurity Stack

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

It’s easy to use and brings together the entire cybersecurity stack a company needs into one tool.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

It doesn’t offer integrations, and there’s no way to export data for reporting.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We unify our customers’ cybersecurity stack in one place, which makes it much easier to manage everything from here.

 ### 31. Guardz helps us stay organized and SELL MORE

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I love the multi-faceted nature of Guardz. In I.T. and cybersecurity, there is so much to keep track of. Guardz helps you stay on top of everything giving you a birds-eye view of our clients' cyber posture, and with the SentinelOne integration, we have the granular control on each device that we need. Onboarding our clients is easy with Guardz, and I also love the prospecting reports for new prospective clients. We've built a whole sales pipeline around the prospecting reports, and because it's so easy to get clients onboarded, it's an easy way to sell, implement, and then start working on getting them secured! It also integrates with our Connectwise PSA, which has been a game-changer as far as staying on top of the issues in Guardz.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The E-mail security could use some work. I notice it seems to flag most e-mails, which gives us more alerts than we'd like. I have noticed that the filtering could be better, as it tends to miss some malicious or phishing e-mails (may not be guardz's fault, as these could have been direct sends to the tenant, which will bypass security gateways).

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps us set a basic baseline of security for our clients. The secure score is a nice way to show the clients where they can improve as far as security posture. The suspicious sign-in alerts are invaluable, and whitelisting IPs helps to reduce the amount of noise and focus only on suspicious sign-ins that need to be looked at.

 ### 32. Intuitive Console, Strong Alerts, and Versatile Phishing Tests

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I like Guardz for its alerts and resolutions, and I also appreciate the intuitive console, along with the variety of phishing tests.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

The native email filtering is so bad that it genuinely had every single client complaining when we turned it on.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ITDR

 ### 33. Greate platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas O. | Manager, Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

I've been really impressed with Guardz. The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and makes cybersecurity management straightforward—even for those without a deep technical background. It does a great job protecting our users, and the training it provides is both effective and interactive, helping everyone stay engaged and informed. Overall, a solid all-in-one solution that just works.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Would love to see integrations with SuperOps, which is the platform we use—would make things even smoother.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz is helping us tackle key cybersecurity challenges by proactively protecting our users against threats like phishing, data leaks, and account takeovers. It simplifies what would otherwise be a complex process by centralizing everything in one easy-to-use platform. This saves us time, reduces risk, and ensures our team stays informed and secure through its engaging training modules.

 ### 36. Unified dashboard and tailored for MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz provides an attractive all-in-one cybersecurity platform for managing numerous clients or business units for someone in charge of IT security projects and operations. Project managers who are managing numerous moving components will greatly benefit from its ability to combine endpoint detection, identity and email protection, cloud monitoring, and awareness training into a single interface.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

More thorough training and onboarding assistance could be provided.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works particularly well in settings where you need to show stakeholders clear dashboards, get value fast, and combine security monitoring, endpoint protection, and awareness training in one location.

 ### 37. Solid all-in-one tool for SMB cybersecurity visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz provides centralized alerts for threats like credential leaks, compromised inboxes, and phishing attempts, without needing complex setup. The dashboard is clean, and the daily monitoring across email, cloud apps, and device endpoints gives a quick pulse of risk exposure. The automated alerts for compromised accounts and sensitive data exposures are highly useful. It also integrates easily with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. For a small IT or cybersecurity team, it saves time and gives visibility you’d otherwise need multiple tools for. Plus, the risk breakdown by user or asset helps prioritize actions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Some alerts don’t provide detailed forensics or click paths, which makes deeper investigation a bit limited. Also, user management features and reporting could be more customizable. Occasionally, it flags false positives, like harmless credential reuse.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz helps us detect and respond to account compromises, leaked credentials, unauthorized inbox access, and external file sharing risks. Before using it, monitoring these threats across Microsoft 365 and connected apps was manual and inconsistent. Now, we get proactive alerts and visibility into threats we would have otherwise missed. It also helps us stay compliant by identifying potential data exposure early and guiding us with suggested remediation steps.

 ### 38. All in one security dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt N. | Senior Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

We can cover all difference facets of security from one piece of software - especially with the SentinelOne integration. IT makes the platform very easy to use, and implement and because security is a major part of my job, it allows me to cover multiple clients quickly with a range of issues.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Some of the individual options don't quite have the customization options of more focused products. For example, the Email protection is great for 90% of clients, but Mimecast is needed for that last 10% right now.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to monitor multiple security avenues at once - rather than having to log into multiple different apps for the same customer.

 ### 39. Affordable, comprehensive, easy to manage.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Simplifies MSP security; clear oversight

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Initial tuning required; minor gaps only

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our MSP clients are managing struggling with vendor sprawl - juggling multiple security tools and trying to correlate alerts and telemetry from disconnected solutions. Guardz addresses this by presenting a unified interface that streamlines the security stack, reducing operational overhead and maximising efficiency; it “connects the dots” across M365/Google Workspace users, emails, devices, data, awareness and more so MSPs can see and act on risks from a single, consolidated UI.

 ### 40. Great single pane of glass to provide wholistic cybersecurity services to my clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz allows me to cover almost all the bases for my clients from one location. It is simple to understand and allows me to talk with my clients about their security posture. I also love the fact that it includes an API-based email security tool—much simpler than messing with DNS records. I love the cloud security tools and the integrated dark web scanning. The new sentinel one management is also great for those clients who need additional endpoint security. But I love that it is option for those clients who do not need that level of protection.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I wish it included a few more tools. Probably the one that would make the most sense would be a built in backup/disaster recovery tool. I would love to enable cloud protection and have it back up M365/Google Workspace data. Right now I have to use another tool. I would also love to see sensitive data identification tools for shared cloud files. It is good to see what is shared, but flagging it based on the data in each file would be huge for larger organizations and data loss prevention.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provide a simple and cost effective way to protect my clients without having multiple dashboard or platforms to log into to.

 ### 41. Protective Monitoring for SMEs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Protective Monitoring has long been too expensive and complex for SMEs. Guardz brings it into their sphere at an affordable price, and being managed removes any complexity. Guardz adds additional functionality to it via its in built awareness training and phishing simulations. The challenge remains convincing SMEs of it’s effectiveness, but it’s one I’m up for.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

There’s not much to dislike except perhaps its pricing structure. There needs to be an intermediate step between a starter pack and a 100 users.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fills a very important gap in the defenses for an SME.

 ### 42. Guards has supercharged my MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd K. | President, Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

My MSP business is now focused on cybersecurity for its clients. The guards platform is incredibly well integrated with both Google and Microsoft cloud platforms. Add in the integration of SentinelOne and Guardz provides a complete cybersecurity platform which covers almost all attack vectors.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I haven’t found anything about the platform I do not like.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guardz has taken the task of monitoring clients email and cloud services off of my daily plate. It automates email security and dark web monitoring along with securing endpoints and managing detection response which frees up time for projects and other tasks.

 ### 43. AI-driven, unified cybersecurity platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen K. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz's all in one platform provides not only end‑point protection but the end user awareness training and simulated Phishing campaigns are built‑in, and you don’t need another vendor.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Looks affordable, but less flexible for very small teams.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its unified, AI-enhanced platform allows you to manage endpoint security, email threat protection, awareness training, and more from a single control panel.

 ### 44. Powerful & Easy-to-Use Cybersecurity for MSPs!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeya W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz is a game-changer for small and medium-sized MSPs looking to enhance security with AI-powered threat detection, dark web monitoring, and automated response. The multi-tenant dashboard makes managing multiple clients seamless, and its cyber insurance-ready reports add extra value. Deployment is quick, and the email security, S1 integration, and endpoint protection in the Ultimate plan are top-notch. Plus, their customer support is responsive and highly knowledgeable, ensuring quick resolutions and guidance when needed. If you're looking for a proactive, all-in-one cybersecurity solution, Guardz is a must-have!

🚀 Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

While Guardz is a strong cybersecurity solution, it has some areas for improvement. The lack of extensive third-party integrations and limited customization options may be a drawback for advanced users. Reporting could be more flexible, and pricing transparency could be improved for better scalability. Since it's relatively new in the market, some features are still evolving. However, with continuous updates, Guardz is on the right path to becoming a top-tier security platform.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The multi-tenant dashboard makes managing multiple clients seamless, while email security and S1 integration enhance protection against phishing and malware. Cyber insurance-ready reports help with compliance, and responsive customer support ensures quick issue resolution. Overall, Guardz simplifies security management, boosts efficiency, and strengthens client protection—making it a must-have for MSPs.

 ### 45. Guardz is a fantastic product with an instustry best UI making it very simple to manage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen G. | Lead Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Guardz may not excel in every cybersecurity category (as no product is perfect), but it consistently delivers strong to excellent performance across the board. My favorite feature is its intuitive user interface, which makes installation, management, and remediation remarkably simple.

I also appreciate the security score feature—it provides peace of mind by highlighting strengths while identifying areas for improvement. One of the standout selling points for our customers is the cyber training courses. These well-designed courses effectively train employees to recognize and prevent cyber threats. They can be scheduled in manageable increments, allowing employees to complete a few courses each month, with Guardz tracking their progress.

Another highlight is the pre-designed marketing materials. We've been able to seamlessly integrate these resources with our own, enabling us to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Overall, the product is excellent, and the additional features are a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend Guardz!

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

I feel like the individual employees accessing their cyber awareness trainings could be a little more seemless. We have recieved calls about confusion of completion or accessing the trainings. I would also like endpoint detection to be a little more robust.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the head product manager of an MSP and Guardz allows us to check a lot of boxes when presenting our cyber security offering to our clients. We are able to identify exisiting security challenges while preventing future threats. Guardz is very geared toward MSP's and makes it super easy to market and demo.

 ### 46. The most USEFUL insight I have ever gotten for a client!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel A. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

There is so much to like. The straight forward interface. Personally, I love being able to tell clients about their passwords that are compromised and publiclly shared links. It really makes our business cutting edge with that type of info!

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

Dislike, well, price for once. But who doesn't have issues with price. The only feature that could use some tweaking is the spam filtering. I know some stuff is in the works to address that but for the time being, the fact that it doesn't function as a full spam filter with quarenties and digest/report filtering and delivery is why I have most our client on other spam filtering solutions.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to provide value to the client. A lot of other services we have provide HUGE amounts of data on devices and online security but only Guardz gives us what the client (and ourselves) consider important data and put's it in a format that is easy to digest and address. While fitering out all the noise that doesn't need to be front end.

 ### 47. My experience as an MSP using Guardz

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil E. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Guardz?**

Easy to use User Interface with all my customers available in one view where I can drill down into the details and carry out actions directly.

The new features that provide SentinelOne integration directly from the product are second to none.

We found implementation very easy indeed, being driven almost exclusivley from 365 and then using our RMM to deploy any endpoint agents.

Customer support is very responsive and reacts to our needs and listens to ideas we have.

We use the product each and every day and the inegration with SuperOps makes our life really easy whilst providing us with a greatly enhanced cyber security stack.

**What do you dislike about Guardz?**

At the moment there a few UI issues relating to how to be able to do certain things - like remediate an issue but only against a single item rather than remediating the whole issue.

**What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to manage the multiple security features of office 365 across multiple tenants is very difficult for an MSP who is trying to be both effective and efficient at the same time. Not only does Guardz provide a window to the security issues that are occurring within our customers environments, the AI technology helps to resolve issues and keeps the noise level to a minimum.

Our customers are already better protected than they have ever been now that we are using Guardz.

**Official Response from Tal Eisner:**

> Hi Neil,
