The straight forward interface. Personally, I love being able to tell clients about their passwords that are compromised and publiclly shared links. The only feature that could use some tweaking is the spam filtering. I know some stuff is in the works to address that but for the time being, the fact that it doesn't function as a full spam filter with quarenties and digest/report filtering and delivery is why I have most our client on other spam filtering solutions. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to provide value to the client. The new features that provide SentinelOne integration directly from the product are second to none. We found implementation very easy indeed, being driven almost exclusivley from 365 and then using our RMM to deploy any endpoint agents. Customer support is very responsive and reacts to our needs and listens to ideas we have. We use the product each and every day and the inegration with SuperOps makes our life really easy whilst providing us with a greatly enhanced cyber security stack. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** At the moment there a few UI issues relating to how to be able to do certain things - like remediate an issue but only against a single item rather than remediating the whole issue. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to manage the multiple security features of office 365 across multiple tenants is very difficult for an MSP who is trying to be both effective and efficient at the same time. The single pane of glass to monitor across our entire client base is huge. A true multi-tennant architecture so our clients can address referred issues when needed without seeing other clients info. An easy to use and understand interface. The ability to use AI to reduce false positives and alert us to serious issues that need investigation and remediation. The team itself is responsive and helpful when we need assistance or alert them to feature requests needed by our clients. Lastly, it is very affordable and provides a solution to our clients security needs. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** It's not really about Guardz. We have an uphill battle to continue to educate our clients and prospects of the need to upgrade their security posture to do as much as possible to prevent attacks and intrusions. I literally have no complaints about the product or the team behind Guardz. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are alot of security solutions out there but very few (if any) affordable options for small businesses that MSPs can leverage. The Guardz platform allows us to establish a much higher security posture for our customers and more importantly to monitor and then investigate and remediate. It's very user friendly and fully customizable in the reports section. I can choose to focus on whatever I need to while ensuring everything else doesn't get forgotten about in the security posture. With Guardz, I'm getting the most for my money while ensuring my customers are getting the best protection. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** I think the software takes at least 24 hours to update the reports section. If you fix something such as a DMARC or SPF record, it doesn't show immediately. Currrently for AV they rest on top of Windows defender and there is no true EDR capability. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a young MSP trying to figure out our tooling and we weren't happy with some of the other MDR / AV products out there. It's very well put together and has great reporting. I love the spidering out of the domains and showing external vulnerabilities like missing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, looking at certificate issues, vulnerabilities within the WordPress sites or plugins, and many other things that external bad actors can also find. This then warns so you can repair these items. Then once you are in, you can add to your M365 and it will give warnings about locations, DLP, MFA posture and many other items to keep the Posture high. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** It doesn't work with all other platforms, but doesn't need to as it's fully functioning. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Showing a holistic Cyber Security Posture along with alerting on external and internal issues, including domains, M365, Google Workspace, and endpoints, PC, Mac and Servers. ### 31. Initiating fixes for most security issues are automatic, but even the manual ones always include easy to follow steps to resolve them which is a fresh take over most companies just expecting you to know everything. Client onboarding is a breeze, and most reports start populating within a few ours. Our clients have all loved it so far. Setting up email security and teaching clients about the changes to their inboxes is usually a 5 minute conversation. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** There are a few quirks as all softwares have. Sometimes you want to use two remediation options instead of one. For instance you want to delete an email and add it to the block list, but you can only do 1. Also they could improve on some automation features, and give MSP's more manual automations. An automation dashboard would be a big improvement. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guards dashboard and how it interacts with out clients was a huge improvement over Bitdefender. We like that our clients understand their interactions with the software better, and it was an easy to train. The dashboard is simple, the training modules are easy, and the phishing simulations are a great additional tool we didn't have before. ### 33. When it comes to an issue we may have, we don't have to wait around for a response, as well as having a good flow of communication between our success managers. The product is great, and I love to see the constant improvements. The ability to navigate between clients and quickly get a glimpse of high priority trouble issues is incredibly helpful when you're pressed on time. With the added ability to see suggested remediation steps for the issues, it's a huge time saver. You don't have to look up the solution, or even how to do it in some cases, because the remediation steps guide you through it. **What do you dislike about Guardz?** The only downside I can see with Guardz currently is that the web interface can be a little sluggish at times, especially if you let your trouble items pile up, or you try to remedy many trouble items at once. Other than that, I have no gripes, and the consistent improvements have left me more than satisfied. **What problems is Guardz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a MDR solution, and the pricing for Guardz was what really drew us in. Being it was packaged with so much more than just MDR, it was a no brainer.
