I struggle to see organization view in a nice way. It is also hard to see the full list of changes for a set number of days like on an organization level. When did someone quit. I can only see the few users on the left hand side view. I might lack some rights to see the full view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love our CSM and the support team. They are always responsive, willing to jump in, and helpful when we have questions. We also recently added the Engagement module, which allows us to keep more of our people data and insights in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Charthop offered a direct integration with UKG Ready. We explored the Finch integration, but it still required some manual work on our end, so we ultimately chose another third party to manage the data sync. We also appreciate having the Engagement module, but the dashboards and filtering capabilities could be more flexible and user-friendly. There are some issues with being able to export information from the platform. I understand they would like people to use the platform, but certain information (task status, etc.) is difficult to send widely. Also, the two tiered pricing system of the platform and AI pro, is a drawback. A lot of what they consider "AI", I think existed before their implementation of ChartHop AI and should be considered a core feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the perfect tool for People Analytics and very customized processes and data fields for whatever you may need. It is pretty easy to use and collab with. I wish it would have stronger integrations with other tools - In my case my ATS - Ashby. It only brings a few fields and it doesn't respect the approval workflow made for Openings in Ashby. Also, it is not bi-directional, so the only way of making it work is from Charthop >> Ashby, instead of Ashby >> and then pre-drafting the new open position in Charthop to keep the org chart udpated. I really like the layout of ChartHop. It's very easy to navigate and easy to digest. The labeling is very clear, and the dashboards are very well organized. I never have to guess about where I need to navigate to find certain information. It's helpful for me not to have to guess on where to find things because everything is clearly labeled and organized, making it a really great user experience. Additionally, it helps me keep track of my profile in my company, important milestones like birthdays and promotions for colleagues, and offers an easy way to understand the organizational structure, especially after a merger. I use ChartHop as an HRIS for internal processes within HR scopes and tasks. It centralizes my data, and it's very customizable and easy to tailor-make processes according to my company's preferences. The UX and UI are very nice and easy to navigate. I also find the support team always ready to help, and the performance of the platform works well, as I've never had major technical issues that couldn't be solved within a few hours. Some integrations don't work as well as expected or are just unidirectional. I also wish there could be more bundles or pre-created templates for HR-related things. Additionally, it would be great if e-signature documents could happen within the platform, allowing onboarding and other processes to fully exist within ChartHop's ecosystem and database. I find ChartHop really easy to use for everyone, as anybody can log in and navigate through its intuitive platform. I appreciate how it employs a drag-and-drop methodology that makes building things like data sheets and dashboards much easier to play around with. Customization in dashboards could be better. Some of the visuals can be very limiting because you can't use as many customizations as you could in an actual BI platform like Tableau or Power BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the org chart feature in ChartHop because it shows where team members sit within the organization in an easy-to-digest way. I also enjoy the profile section where I can learn a bit about my colleagues. It's easy to navigate and to learn about the organization. The setup and maintenance of ChartHop have been pretty easy. Honestly I don't really use a lot of the tabs other than profile and org chart so I think showcasing all the other things it has to offer would be beneficial for the end user. As a sales rep, I genuinely love using ChartHop, especially for 1:1 engagement, because it adds a level of transparency and insight that I don’t get with most HR tools.
