The UI is the best I've seen for any type of HR tool. I love that the data sheet is basically a Google Sheet but in a great customizable format. The dashboards are easy to create and use as well.

I get to know a lot of the organisation , the charts, the departments and about the people working. I also get to know about my company journey in terms of compensation and personal details.
