It is the perfect tool for People Analytics and very customized processes and data fields for whatever you may need. It is pretty easy to use and collab with. The support team has always solved my issues whenever I raised them. I use it basically every day of the week.

I like how much better the planning and scenario tools have gotten. It’s easier to model changes without touching real data, and the visuals are clearer, so it’s actually usable in conversations with leadership instead of just being an ops tool. The product also feels more polished overall org charts load faster, filtering is smoother, and sharing views with the right level of access is less painful than it used to be.
