It's also great to have a team view calendar in the desktop version. **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** The customer service hasn't been great. We have had - and still have- some weird bugs in the platform, particularly as it relates to the channel notifications. I flagged it several times and was told there was no issue, but there remains to be an issue on our end that hasn't been resolved. Edit- the CS team reached out to me and was helpful in solving this problem for us. I appreciate their bias to action once this review was submitted. **What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have a formal HRIS in place, and while we have unlimited PTO, we still want to enable a way for our team to track time off and for managers to approve or deny requests based on their teams' needs. ### 25. The Slack integration means it takes only one quick command to punch in and select a project, then the whole team is notified in our team channel. Because the notification comes from the bot, it's easy to distinguish it from any other discussion that might be taking place in the channel and to spot quickly whether someone is already using the tool you might need. It's a very simple process and it has saved us a lot of time compared to the ad hoc 'are you using X?' messages we used to send to check in with each other before. **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** I'd say the fact that the free product caps out at 5 people is potentially going to become an issue for us in the medium to long term but I do understand why that's the case :) **What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It also us to claim workspaces within the team. ### 29. They always respond quickly to a question and follow through until it is resolved. And the engineering team is very receptive to feedback - even building out some reporting requests for us! We have used and researched several different time-tracking options since being in business in 2015, and AttendanceBot has been our favorite. Normally, when a tool is this easy to use and manage, it comes with a loss of features or configuration options. That is not the case with AttendanceBot. Not only is it extremely easy to manage, our end users are able to use it right away without any additional training. Being able to do almost everything through Slack is a game changer, and receiving updates for channel members' upcoming time off is extremely helpful to our team. **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** I don't think there's anything I dislike about AttendanceBot...
