I tried 8-10 different trackers and configured each of them. AttendanceBot was the last one I tried, and I expected to find it either slightly weird or slightly annoying because it's a Slackbot and not a website. Instead, I loved it within about ten minutes. First, you do the configuration via an actual website (not Slack). The website might be one of the fastest I've ever used. It was noticeable and note-worthy. Second, of the 8-10 apps I set up this past weekend, AttendanceBot was the hands-down easiest and most intuitive. I set up our leave policies within, gosh, 10 minutes? Third, the customer support is amazing. I had a handful of questions that I shot over to support. Even though I hadn't yet paid for the service, the customer support team was all over helping me get set up. Finally, it's just so affordable. $9 a month per employee for the pro plan? That is so much cheaper than the human I currently pay to track PTO. **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** Nothing I dislike so far. I'm fast to point out flaws, and I can't find any with AttendanceBot. I'll update this review if something changes. **What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now I pay a human to poorly track PTO. It's gotten so bad that I considered moving to unlimited PTO just so I can stop paying this human to poorly track PTO. I'm the CEO and I do not have time for this nonsense. At some point we tried to check for other tools and didn't find anything that could satisfy our needs. Also the team had been supporting us very well and even developed several adjustments to the system based on our requests. Most systems try to adjust your numbers into their structure. AttendanceBot adjusts the structure to meet our needs. **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** I wish there was a bit more that could be done in the dashboard for employees/managers. I really like managing things in Slack, but we do have some staff who still prefer a browser-based view and so it can make software adoption a little more of a process. **Recommendations to others considering AttendanceBot:** You can do an initial setup without having to subscribe so you can see if it can handle your needs pretty easily. While other business uses google sheet to monitor time-in and time-out of their employees, AttendanceBot gives you the freedom to have them punch in and punch out through slack with their detailed log-in/out times. It gives any business the assurance of accurately representing the amount of work done by their employees while not letting them feel that they are being micromanaged. What I like about it more is that it gives you a summary of the report of your team attendance for the next following days (who goes on leave , etc) and the extraction of the report at the end of the week is super easy-breezy. Customer support and retention agent, Saurabh, was very helpful in teaching me the basics as well so setting up my AttendanceBot was very easy to begin with. If you are a business looking for a digital platform to monitor the log-in/out of your employees, then AttendanceBot is the solution! **What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?** So far has been working really well! I think if there's one thing that needs to improve its having the feature of assigning an "automatic-logout" for employees in different shifts (currently you can assign an automatic logout time for ALL employees but in my case since I have employees working at different shifts of the day it would be best if we can incorporate that feature as well). **What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past I have been doing manual calculations of the log-in/out times of my employees its super time-consuming.
