An all in one main phone line that also offers text campaigns

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Lack of email campaign option, makes it a bit limited. Also phone app doesn't ring nor notify user so the only way I know I've received a call or text is via an email. Upload of contacts doesn't bring in any tags created in other CRMs. Cost of service doesn't include all the extra charges which is significant.

Replace another vendor VOIP system that was my main business line plus texting campaign system.

I think the best feature and the most convenient feature hands down has to be the fact that yu get to have calls texts and CRM workflows all in the same platform

Sometimes I have very low response rates because, on occasion, my number appears as "Scam Likely" on my clients' phones.

I love that it works seamlessly on both my phone and computer. One of the best features is that you can listen to calls and get an AI-generated summary, which makes it super easy to stay organized and save time. Sometimes Aloware has a knowledge base, but the information is not always clear. In those cases, it’s easier when an agent explains it directly. That would be the only downside.

Aloware helps me stay in touch with customers in one place. I can call, text, and track conversations without switching between different tools. It saves me time and keeps everything organized. The biggest benefit for me is better communication with customers and less confusion for my team.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Aloware's user interface is super intuitive and the design is very easy on the eyes. I use this for a total of about 8 hours daily to make calls and I can confidently say that this is one of the best dialers and communications management tools out there.

There's this issue that I am currently encountering with Aloware wherein I will make the outbound call and it will just go to the background. I cannot interact with it; I cannot send the voicemail recording if it goes to voicemail and I cannot end the call. It really is a hassle for me.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes outbound calls easy and simple, with just a copy and paste of a customer's number you can go straight to calling; unlike the previous dialers that I tried wherein you really need to type in the numbers and/or follow their only accepted formats. With Aloware, it automatically detects the number in any format and it will also read it from any website or application. I also like their option to send out recordings; so, you do not have to repeat yourselfevery time you got sent to the receiver's voicemail.

It is helpful in that it pairs well with Guesty. It correctly records calls. I use it five days a week all day and it is reliable most of the time.

I do not like the mobile app as much. My notifications are off put it still pushes calls through sometimes. Also I find the mobile app to be much more glitchy, for example I cannot change the line I use to make outgoing calls from the app. Audio is the main issue. On some calls, people have a hard time hearing me and upon checking it is not due to my microphone or computer, nor is it the wifi because my coworker does not have the same issue.

We’ve experienced some delays with SMS delivery, especially when timing is critical, like reminders for live coaching calls. For example, if a message is scheduled to go out 15 minutes before a session, it sometimes arrives late or even after the event. This has impacted our members’ experience. The HubSpot integration, while useful, could also be improved to be more seamless.

We have been very happy with the integration with HubSpot. Getting it set up and managing dialing lists along with contact outcomes has been easy and reliable so far. The Power Dialer functionality is great for working through lists of calls. The inbox is great for seeing the context and history for each contact. The ability to register Caller ID for each line is very helpful and has seemed to improve our contact rates a little.

Sharing lists across multiple users doing concurrent dialing is not intuitive. Similarly the difference between HubSpot lists, Aloware lists and Power Dialer lists are difficult to figure out when attempting to work through lists of potential contacts.

Aloware is giving us a solid call center platform for a small team as we figure out processes for our business. From what we have seen in our first couple of months we are very optimistic that it will continue to be a great platform as we grow.

Sending/receiving calls, VMs, etc is very easy to set up and use with the program. I like how easy it is to use with CRMs and the added data it provides. I also appreciate how there are no major indicators that the program is being used/clients assume they are using a regular number and not an Aloware account. Single user interface that is easy to navigate and not a major hassle to set up.

Being on the operations end, I would prefer if text transcriptions of the call were embedded in the CRM notes made when an Aloware call is completed. Even an AI overview of topics discussed would be helpful to better distinguish between call logs if I need to use them to reference previous calls to pull info.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an operations coordinator, Aloware provides data and transcriptions of calls and communications made by the sales reps I assist. I also utilize the service for calls made to the operations departments of our vendors so that I can focus on the conversation at hand and not stress about taking notes in real time, since the call will be available to me for replay anytime. I also like the transcription function to easily and quickly grab a piece of information I need from a past call.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Some of the tools we found the most useful were having a business phone number and app to go to for all work related calls and messages. I liked this because it kept my personal texts and calls away from my work so nothing got missed. Another feature we liked to use was we had set up automated texts and had a whole funnel system for our leads that made our process butter smooth. We used Aloware everyday and still have yet to have an issue with their huge selection of valuable tools!

There isn't a lot that we didn't like about Aloware. all the tools that we used worked to perfection for us!

The issue that Aloware solved for us was we didn't want to spend money and set up a whole plan for work phones to be able to talk to clients or customers without using our personal phones. With Aloware this issue was easily resolved I can use my personal phone for contacting and communication without getting mixed up or into my personal messages or calls. We ended up using Aloware for more than just this but that was the main issue that Aloware fixed for us!

I've been using Aloware at Call Porter for about three weeks now, it's been quite the journey! 

One of my favorite features has to be the organized file system in the inbox that categorizes everything into open, pending, and closed. It makes outreach much easier. Plus, the seamless integration with my team and the ability to connect across devices like my phones and computers makes it really great. The user interface is also a great feature; it's intuitive and visually appealing.

I have run into a small hiccup. I'm finding it a bit tricky to navigate the communications tab. It doesn’t clearly show the types of communication—like distinguishing between SMS, inbound, or outbound calls, and whether items are marked as open or closed. I’m sure there's a way to do this and I'm just missing it.

I like how intuitive it is to use, it almost feels like having a phone on your screen, so you can navigate around it without having to learn a whole new software like other options in the market. It is easy to use every day and has lots of great features like text, call, contact creation, etc.

We've several users (20+) and sometimes it's hard to delineate a difference between who owns what contact or easy it's easy to overtake someone else's contact.

I work onboarding new merchants as part of the merchant success team and I definitely don't want to use my personal phone to schedule these calls nor would I like to have a second phone, so Aloware allows me to have that second number that only stays within working hours but functions like one. Great audio quality, awesome features, and practical integrations with our CRM. None of this even compares to how great their support team is. When we were testing this, their team came out and worked hard to make sure it was customized to our business. It was pretty much plug and play from there, and incredibly easy to use, which is important when you're pushing 100+ dials a day through the platform!

The Desktop app does take up a good amount of resources, so with an older computer you've got to be careful with how much it's taking up. Beyond that, any issues I had previously have been fixed by the Aloware team.

How practical it is to make calls, and that calls are recorded! I work with insurance verification and billing, and whenever I miss something important in a call, I can just go back and listen to it again.

I find a little hard to save the contacts or to dial by typing the contact name, sometimes it doesn’t work.

I work remotely out of the US but I’m still able to use it to make phone calls and contact insurance whenever I need to get plans or payment information; recording my calls really benefits me when I need to recheck on some information that I missed during the call and also the AI summarizing the entire phone call in the notes.

One of the standout features is the ability to customize and integrate seamlessly with existing tools, which makes the whole experience much smoother. 

I also appreciate the visibility it provides into calls; being able to track and monitor interactions is invaluable for our team. Additionally, the option to edit and set specific visibility levels for team members, as well as organizing them into groups, allows for a more tailored and efficient workflow.

I recently had some experiences with the billing process, and I must say it left me feeling a bit confused. The lack of transparency regarding what we're being charged for can be frustrating. It feels like there are so many different ways they can bill for services that it becomes quite overwhelming. I believe there’s definitely room for improvement in making their billing practices clearer and more straightforward. Overall, I hope they work on providing better visibility into the charges to enhance the customer experience.

The Inbox function is very helpful to keep all communication in one place, plus the integration with a CRM like HubSpot makes it useful to use outside of the Aloware portal. There is also an AI customer support which I've used and it does provide detailed answers which are appreciated. I use Aloware every day as part of my work routine. I'm not sure how easy it was to implement as I haven't set it up myself.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

The only part of the Aloware portal I find useful is the Inbox, everything else seems like clutter and has confused many in my team. Also, the integration with HubSpot as it stands currently makes it difficult to stay in one place. From HubSpot, you can only send text messages by opening a pop-up window from the contact, which takes a few seconds to load, or make calls. There's no way to manage your whole Inbox from HubSpot. And from the Aloware portal you can't interact with the contact file, meaning there is no way to leave a note or complete/add a task for later. Therefore there is a constant switching between tabs which gets tiresome very quickly

Telling the unhelpful sales representative to cancel our account and to consider a more ethical place of employment.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Complete waste of time. Horrible platform, unethical sales team, and even worse support. They will say your use case is possible, but you wont be able to actually build your use case in the free trial. They will assure you it's possible, and all you need to do is pay for the subscription to get access to the needed features. Once you have paid you'll spend hours trying to make your dialer work, just to find out that Aloware is not actually built to be a full dialer with call cadence capabilities. I recommend looking at JustCall, or AutoReach. Aloware support will argue and refuse you a refund, they won't review the recorded meetings, they won't read your hours of dialog with support trying to make the platform work, they will refuse all accountability and charge your card regardless of their carelessness. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of worthy dialers to chose from, don't make the mistake I did, and steer clear of Aloware!

Power dialer with CRM popup is great very easy to use I use it for the majority of my calls and can get hundreds of calls quickly and was easy to pick up fast, however I wish that when using the power dialer once you clicked the disposition it would go automatically to the next one instead of clicking next.  If ive clicked the disposition the call is over or you have made your decision and can choose to pause the session before the call is ended.

really dislike how to make a single dial, or make a way through tasks on hubspot because it is so slow picking out a number everytime.  There should be an hour where it assumes that you still want to dial from the local presence, but it is easy to learn because its so standard.  And the worst part is the analytics, although very easy to  understand, it lacks depth in metrics that matter for our jobs.

Having multiple local presence numbers is really useful. Also call quality seems pretty good. Solid dialer for a tool I use every day. The iOS app is solid too. 

I have not used the power dialer so have no thoughts on that.

Onboarding was pretty easy. 

Have not had any interactions with customer support so unsure about that.

Integrates pretty well with Hubspot too.

The UI is not very intuitive. The biggest issue is that more often that not you can't even hear inbound calls ringing. I only know I am getting a call because my cell phone connected to the app rings. Honestly the mobile version is way better than the Chrome or the Windows app version.

Another thing I really don't like is that I have to either manually type in phone numbers to text unless they were recently called and I can find them under my inbox. There should be a way to search by company or a click to text option through Hubspot.

The auto-message whenever one tries to call after 6pm is unnecessary and slows things down.

I like Aloware's commitment to ongoing growth.  The product is great as not only a VOIP application but its keeping Texting at the forefront is great.  It is an all around great product for not only call centers but small business too.

The one dislike I have about Aloware is its non-support of physical phones.  This is a huge issue for small business and companies that do not want to move over to headsets.

I have been in VOIP for a long time and Aloware is consistently on the leading edge of new initiatives.  It started with a great sms product and continues to make it better, cheaper and consistent.

The integration with Hubspot is very convenient and easy to use. I like the updates being rolled out, in example, the mobile app has rolled out better contact management. Calling from the app is easier than before. 
I use Aloware every day to contact leads and the call quality is absolutely excellent.

I currently do not have any features I dislike about Aloware. I was missing ease of navigation on the Android mobile app, but that seems to have been fixed with the latest updates.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

I love that I can create templates for texts that I send often, it makes my communications quick and effective. I also like that it keeps my work calls and communication separate from my personal cell phone number.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

I wish I knew how to use some of the features better. Like the power dialer. It sounds like a helpful tool, but I don't know how to use it properly.

It keeps my work calls separate from my personal calls. And it connects to my CRM making it easy for me to communicate with my customers. It saves me hours each day.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Alloware is easy to use. I love that it links readily to Hubspot and notifications push to email. Dialing and texted are user friendly and the stats are great to see.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

The app is glitchy at times when calls come in, sometimes not ringing through and you end up missing calls. I also have a hard time seeing all my text messages and / or calls in the call log.  It seems to be that if there is a synching issue the phone number does not log and I cannot view it in my app. I also feel like there are too many tabs that are mostly the same. I find that at least once every few days the my app completely goes out on me and I have to reset it.

It's easy to use and convenient.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

It’s easy to set up and use for calling leads. The call quality is really good and the power dialer helps us get through our list faster. I also really appreciate how quick their support team is, they actually respond and help solve things fast

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

The dashboard and overall UI could be more intuitive. It usually takes a bit to get used to where everything is.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us stay on track with lead follow-ups without needing other tools. It’s made it easier to manage outbound calls, track conversations and make sure no lead slips through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

I appreciate that everything has its own section. I believe the order of the UI is good to manage for everyone, even new comers. I usually use it every day at work so I need to have good controls or integrations in the software to not make my work so difficult. This program makes it all easy to implement and manage.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

It needs a dark mode.
Probably will change the size of the UI a little bit to be more comfortable to the eyes and that the space that everything has its better.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

We previously had a great relationship with our previous customer success manager, Matt. I like the reporting, the set up videos and training for new users is great. The support chat for users having issues has been helpful for our team.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Our current support team person has been very difficult to work with. The NumberGuard suggestion has been useless and I'm not sure why we are even continuing to pay for it.
