"Love using Aloware dialer with Hubspot"

What do you like best about Aloware?

I really like how well Aloware works with HubSpot. Having the CTI and dialer connected to our CRM makes it much easier to manage calls without jumping between different tools. I also find the Log Call feature really useful because call activity can be recorded directly in HubSpot, which saves time and keeps everything in one place.

The dynamic lists are another feature I use a lot, especially when working with the power dialer. Being able to build a list of contacts and use it directly for calling makes it much easier to work through larger contact lists. Overall, Aloware fits naturally into my daily workflow and, for me, is a practical dialer for HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aloware?

Honestly, after switching from Kixie to Aloware, our calling workflow has become much more efficient overall. If anything, the main downside is that there was a bit of a learning curve when we first started using some of the features and setting up our workflow. What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Aloware, managing calls and keeping our hubspot updated took more manual work than it should. we had to spend time switching between tools, managing dialer alone, and making sure call activity was properly logged in hubspot.

Aloware has made that process much more efficient. The hubspot integration is native, CTI, and automatic call logging keeps our calling activity connected to the CRM, while the dialer makes it easier to work through larger lists. I also find the dynamic lists especially useful because we can use hubspot data to build and manage calling lists instead of constantly exporting and updating.

What do you like best about Aloware?

What do you dislike about Aloware?

Lack of email campaign option, makes it a bit limited. Also phone app doesn't ring nor notify user so the only way I know I've received a call or text is via an email. "Aloware Review After 10 Months of Use"

What do you like best about Aloware?

Aloware's user interface is super intuitive and the design is very easy on the eyes. I use this for a total of about 8 hours daily to make calls and I can confidently say that this is one of the best dialers and communications management tools out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aloware?

There's this issue that I am currently encountering with Aloware wherein I will make the outbound call and it will just go to the background. I cannot interact with it; I cannot send the voicemail recording if it goes to voicemail and I cannot end the call. It really is a hassle for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes outbound calls easy and simple, with just a copy and paste of a customer's number you can go straight to calling; unlike the previous dialers that I tried wherein you really need to type in the numbers and/or follow their only accepted formats. With Aloware, it automatically detects the number in any format and it will also read it from any website or application.
