2600hz is a cloud-scale phone switch allowing them to be resilient against network and data center failures. Pretty good UX for one-off changes. However, they have recently been suffering from server resource issues, causing large numbers of their clients to have intermittent calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is Extremely cumbersome to set up full systems. Lots of glitches that can require significant re-work. Split-brained management between legacy interface and the New interface, where the legacy one works really well for the stuff you can do in it but some stuff can only be done in the new "SmartPBX" (which looks good but is a horrible wast of time to use). Support has been taking longer and longer to respond or providing more and more useless answers until really backed into a corner. And the Stability has been poor for the last while Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
