This tool helps me carefully review all the paperwork required for my business, covering a variety of areas such as inventory, hours, and reordering, among others.

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

So far, my only experience has been trimming some sentences to make my answers or responses clearer.

**What problems is 24/7 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were a few instances where I forgot to complete some paperwork related to inventory reordering and finance issues, such as checking numbers and entering payroll quantities. Overall, though, the system has been helpful in all aspects.

**What do you like best about 24/7 Software?**

The ability to integrate and communicate between IMS & CMMS is great. There is so much potential 247 has. We just run into issues getting some individuals on our Operations/Engineering side to get on board.

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

It requires a lot to fill out a WO. All the information is extremely helpful, and I see the importance of getting all the info in. But the boots on the ground see it as extra busy work. Not really a 247 thing, more so am employee thing. 
Filters also tend to reset on CMMS Dashboards, it happens on Preventative Maintenance more often than Work Orders. I've brought the issue up multiple times and the issue was never able to duplicate for the techs assisting. Multiple of my Engineers have complained to me about it. We are trying to get everyone on board with PMs, but they are quick to give up with a small inconvenience.

**What problems is 24/7 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping track labor hours and WOs. The update with the Send To from an Incident was a HUGE update for us. The more information that is transferred with the least amount of work, the better. Our dispatcher doesn't need to add more info as they get more calls and our Engineers won't get upset with a WO eith little information.

**What do you like best about 24/7 Software?**

The ease of use for the end user when it comes to inputting an incident, activity, or task. As well the ability for each user to customize their screen to allow for each user to work on a screen that they are comfortable with

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

Biggest issue is the inability to see what is wrong with a users account without having to enter their account and reset their password. Every part of my cyber security practices tells me I should never do that. I would like it where we can do comparison with another user in terms of permissions or copy the users settings/permissions to a test user. This at least allows us not mess with the other users password with least amount of impact.

**What problems is 24/7 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the issue of not able to track incidents of any type in one location as opposed to having each department their own ticketing system.

I like the data reporting and ability to create requests for our guest services teams (I.e. lost and found, ada requests, service recovery opportunities etc).

Theres nothing I dislike but our staff would say there are too many steps to inputting an incident. We are aiming to simplify our processes even more to encourage them to use it more.

It is helping our organization stay in sync and allows us to collaborate and work together on event days. Each department has their hand in 24/7 in some capacity.

**What do you like best about 24/7 Software?**

It has the ability to rearrange the columns and to works for every user. The ability to communicate with other users using different aspects such as incident vs task. Been able to learn the notable items of the system quickly but would like to learn more in depth to utilize the system more.

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

The downside is not having the ability to copy and paste from the conversations text messages reached or drag and drop pictures that are sent in. Not being able to port photos over to a work order automatically. Having the ability to have a sound go off when a new text has been received.

It is helping all our departments involved and having information that helps everyone do their work effectively

Bringing all departments and incident management into one pane of view. Allowing the cross functionality across the board and allowing one system to be the main system of record bring the most value to our organization.

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

24/7 is great at adapting to customer needs. The only downsides I find are after product updates that improve upon systems that are already working.

Communication across departments, and the ability to provide data and analytics to our partners.

Being able to see things in real tiem and being able to send texts back and forth between users because most don't have radios.

I like the customization that was recently added. Was able to create different views for different department needs.

I haven't had any complaints from out Base operations team. The new app is in place in our team and they are using much better now.

Being the central dashboard for our customers. Often times customers are using or looking into other smart systems and do not want to add new dashboards and platforms. 24/7 allows us to sell our product without worrying about adding another user interface.

It is very user friendly and intuitive tool that just about all experience levels can use.

There wasn't really much to dislike. I can't think of anything without being nitpicky.

It helps simplify the lost and found process. No paperforms and streamlines and saves the staff time reporting these things.

**What do you like best about 24/7 Software?**

ISS 24/7 is a company that listens to the needs of our organization and proactively collaborates with their partners on solutions and advancements to their system.  We are very pleased with the working relationship and attention to our specific needs in a timely manner.  ISS has been a great partner for the Buffalo Bills and we look forward to future enhancements to our incident management system.

**What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?**

Our internal IT department and the NFL IT security measures can make things challenging for implementing the CMMS system the way we would like.  Due to NFL IT compliance measures, the Bills IT department and ISS team have not been able to implement the perfect solution for CMMS.  This is an area that we are all working to change in order to take full advantage of what ISS has to offer with the CMMS solution.

**Recommendations to others considering 24/7 Software:**

I would recommend reviewing with your company IT security department and have them work directly with ISS 24/7 from the beginning of the discussions about implementation.

We are tracking and responding to game and event day related incidents in a very efficient and timely manner.  We are able to have all game day partners utilize the same system and have real-time communication - especially for any emergency related situations.

The real time updates make monitoring the event a breeze, and the custom data fields help make ISS fit our needs.

The dashboard layout is a bit dated and not as clean as newer interfaces.
