Sometimes the system can feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to the many features available, so initial training is necessary. What do you like best about 24/7 Software?

The ability to integrate and communicate between IMS & CMMS is great. There is so much potential 247 has. We just run into issues getting some individuals on our Operations/Engineering side to get on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?

It requires a lot to fill out a WO. All the information is extremely helpful, and I see the importance of getting all the info in. But the boots on the ground see it as extra busy work. Not really a 247 thing, more so am employee thing.

Filters also tend to reset on CMMS Dashboards, it happens on Preventative Maintenance more often than Work Orders. I've brought the issue up multiple times and the issue was never able to duplicate for the techs assisting. Multiple of my Engineers have complained to me about it. We are trying to get everyone on board with PMs, but they are quick to give up with a small inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 24/7 Software?

The ease of use for the end user when it comes to inputting an incident, activity, or task. As well the ability for each user to customize their screen to allow for each user to work on a screen that they are comfortable with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?

Biggest issue is the inability to see what is wrong with a users account without having to enter their account and reset their password. Every part of my cyber security practices tells me I should never do that. I would like it where we can do comparison with another user in terms of permissions or copy the users settings/permissions to a test user. This at least allows us not mess with the other users password with least amount of impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 24/7 Software?

I like the data reporting and ability to create requests for our guest services teams (I.e. lost and found, ada requests, service recovery opportunities etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Theres nothing I dislike but our staff would say there are too many steps to inputting an incident. We are aiming to simplify our processes even more to encourage them to use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has the ability to rearrange the columns and to works for every user. The ability to communicate with other users using different aspects such as incident vs task. Been able to learn the notable items of the system quickly but would like to learn more in depth to utilize the system more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is not having the ability to copy and paste from the conversations text messages reached or drag and drop pictures that are sent in. Not being able to port photos over to a work order automatically. Having the ability to have a sound go off when a new text has been received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
