Instant communication helps me catch people at the moment they are genuinely interested, building trust faster and making interactions feel more natural and effective. 11Sight also works well with our CRM and scheduling tools, helping move leads directly into our sales flow so conversations start faster without switching between too many platforms. One thing that could be improved is having more customization options for how the video button looks on the website.
