For more than 20 years, Thrive Technologies has provided supply chain planning systems for the wholesale inventory sector. After years of analyzing the results of ERP and supply chain planning systems (including our own), Thrive realized that ERP and supply chain planning systems&#39; inventory quantities relied heavily on assumptions and parameters that were never measured for performance and rarely adjusted. Thrive discovered the two most problematic areas (what we refer to as &quot;blind spots&quot;) are with slow-moving items as well as sudden changes in demand and supply times. Tiltmeter also detects lead time changes quicker, allowing more up to date lead times assumptions in your ERP for better purchasing.
