## AGR Reviews
  ### 1. User friendly and easy to adopt front end with the ability to layer in much complexity where needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan I. | Supply Chain Technology Principal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

Web front end is good. Users pick it up quickly, navigation is intuitive. Easily customise what you see and how to get the necessary info all on screen.
Integration to our ERP was pretty straightforward even with all the customisations we had made.
We were/are able to continue to add our own developments to the AGR product.
Really like the new bulk update functionality and ability to copy/paste from excel into various filter boxes etc.
Service and support is generally very prompt and overall we have found the system to be reliable.
The AGR system manages all our replenishment to stores every night (fully automated) and also proposes all supply into the business.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

Not a dislike but we found we needed to recruit an internal resource who was experienced working forecasting systems and with a more technical mindset to get the best out of the system and the possible ways of working. AGR could have supported this with consultancy but having that person internally was better for us.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

effectively manages the replenishment of all lines of stock to all stores every night, fully automated
inventory is allocated to stores based on each store requirement whilst taking into account the availability at the DC
enables us to plan peak and promotions and have this included in store replen and into suggested purchasing for the business.

  ### 2. my bible for analysing my portfolio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

AGR gives me a view of the forecast for each item, possible order qunatity and a view to analyse the required date i need which is done an a daily basis , it can be personnaly set up to the view/date you need, but the quality of data is only as good coming out as what you put in, the more accurate you are the better. visibility is easy, report and plans help. It is stil computer generated data and stills allows human intervention for ordering.
It is easy to implement to you port folio. having a dedicated customer service log that you can send.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

when the data doesn't update which is not always an AGR issue. some plans can be amended without knowing it, the data as complex as it is created can sometimes be criptic to how it comes by the figures
AGR resets the platform to default ramdomly which i am not sure is caused by AGR or by our Microsoft program.
if the data is lost on some of the imputs... it all has to be redone manually

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can advise where we will be stock out of an item if we did no ordering at all, the forecast is generated based on our own company results, showing overstock of an item, all inventory based requirement in one tool

  ### 3. Managing inventory with AGR is a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arna G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

AGR easily helps inventory management. The main advantage is having a clear dashboard for all inventories. Being able to analyze our sales and purchases with all the features AGR offers, makes our life so much easier. It´s easy to prioritize vendors and items with their feature, such as Importance status, ABC analyze and other tools. AGR also pushes us to keep updating and improving our ERP system.
•	The system is simple and easy to use.
•	Cuts down time spent on forecasting and producing orders.
•	Reducing overstock and stockout.
•	Power BI Dashboard.
•	Adjustable sales data.
•	The support team is excellent and replies quickly.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

The data from the ERP system is only refreshed once per 24h.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main problems was the manual workload and the time-consuming processes with limited data.
AGR cuts down time spent on forecasting and producing orders and helps us prioritizing vendors and items.

  ### 5. Excellent Inventory Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosa G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

I've been using AGR a lot for a few years now, first with a customized solution, then the Essential, and now we are working with a retail solution with three locations. AGR helps a lot in purchase planning, both from suppliers and between stores, and inventory management at all locations. It helps us both to lower inventory levels but also increasing service level by having the right products at the right time in the right quantity needed. It is very user-friendly and very easy to implement.
Apart from how great the system itself is, the customer service is exceptionally good, they answer all requests fast and very well.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

Nothing that I can think of now. Of cource we have had some questions and issues during time but then I've just contacted the customer service and they have reacted quickly and solved the issue right away.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lowering inventory levels
Increasing service level
Minimizing stockouts
Time saving in making purchase/replenishment orders

  ### 6. AGR exceeds my expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

It is very easy to navigate.
It is user friendly.
The technical support team is amazing and realy go out of their way to assist us in creating the best that AGR can offer.
I use AGR every day and it was so easy to set up my reports and plans.
Every time we as a team think there are things that might not be possible to put into AGR, we get proven wrong.
I can easy spend hours working in AGR and get a WOW moment almost everyday.
Our team and the AGR team made the integration run very smooth.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

I have not found anything to dislike. Everything is amazing.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better OTB spend - to be able to select a period that you want to be in stock, it has reduced our spend and increased our stock turn. AGR has assisted us in making more calculated stock decisions.
Overstocking - In some areas we were overstocked due to incorrected alculations and AGR has corrected this by the detailed forecast it calculated.
In stock on KVI's (Know Value Items) - We couldn't set up Auto Replenishment in the past and AGR has given us the ability to do so and to stay in stock.
Sales Plans - My sales plan use to be in Excel and had to update it manully that sometimes lead to mistakes and AGR had now replaced that report with a sales plan. This has assist me with more productive time to plan better.

  ### 7. AGR saves time and improves stock levels

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

In AGR are very useful :
- promotion management
- orders in progress taken into account
- customisation of parameters to suit our needs
- adaptability of the software, with the possibility of development and customisation to suit our way of working
- availability of AGR teams and our French correspondent
- ergonomics and ease of use for shop teams
- daily use of the system by users
- teams quickly convinced of the reliability and usefulness of the calculation system - overall easy and successful adaptation by teams

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

What we don't like about AGR :
- no Power BI-style dashboard in the customisable AGR version (as available in the standard version)
- no dashboard for the day's tasks: for example, orders to be placed, next orders planned, etc.
- if historical data or sales quantities for an item are low, forecasting is difficult
- hourly rates can sometimes climb very quickly for development work

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AGR has enabled us to considerably reduce our in-store stocks, with better stock rotation.

What's more, the availability rate of items in shop has improved significantly. The number of stock-outs has fallen. They have been divided by 3.5.

Shops are also holding more products from the ranges that correspond to their shop format (small/medium/large). They have increased by 35 points. Before using AGR, shops held an average of 55% of the references corresponding to their product range, compared with 90% after one and a half years of using the tool.

Finally, shops have divided their order processing time by 3 since using AGR (between 15 minutes and 1 hour instead of 1 to 5 hours before, depending on the size of the shop).

  ### 8. AGR is excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sigurdur H. | Procurement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It's like having a reliable assistant who knows exactly what information you need, precisely when you need it.

But what in fact impresses me most about AGR isn't just its features - It's the exceptional support behind it. Whenever I've had questions or needed custom solutions, they've been there with prompt, practical and reliable assistance, setting a standard that other software providers could learn from.

If you're in a fast-packed industry like mine, I can't recommend AGR enough - it's been an invaluable tool for me, both professionally and personally.

**What do you dislike about AGR?**

Nothing comes to mind.
Back in the day there were challenges but today the system workes more or less flawlessly.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the great advantages of AGR is how flexible the staff is to adapt the system to the customer's needs.
This is one of the biggest advantages of the system.
To this day, I have not been in a situation where I get "No, sorry, that's not possible". On the contrary, all challenges have been resolved.

  ### 9. AGR is a valuable asset in our journey towards operational excellence.

While our experience with AGR has been overwhelmingly positive, some minor drawbacks include occasional need for further customisation options to meet specific needs.

AGR has effectively addressed numerous challenges within our supply chain operations, including improving demand forecasting accuracy, optimising inventory management, facilitating better decision-making through data-driven insights, enhancing collaboration among team members, and streamlining overall supply chain processes.

  ### 10. AGR took our inventory management to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about AGR?**

AGR us very user friendly making it very easy for our users to hit the ground running when we started implementing the product. The customer support also is very reliable and the few problems we have encountered were solved right away.

**What problems is AGR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory management and purchasing has in the past been split up between many people causing too little oversight and lack of internal strategy on the matter. Using AGR we have defined inventory and purchasing strategies for each of our items making the process of purchasing more automatic and less time consuming. We have already seen better performance with regards to lower stock levels and fewer stock-outs.

We are also using the solution to approach the supply plan in the future. AGR is a good solution for us

**What do you dislike about AGR?**
