What I like best about Kinaxis is its strong real-time visibility and ability to connect demand, supply, inventory, and capacity in one planning environment. It makes it easier to identify supply constraints, evaluate different scenarios, and respond quickly to changes in demand or supplier availability. The flexibility of the planning workbooks and alerts also helps reduce manual analysis and supports faster, data-driven decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Kinaxis is that it can have a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The system is highly flexible, but this can also make workbooks, configurations, and planning logic complex to understand and maintain. Some processes may require additional manual adjustments or troubleshooting, particularly when dealing with complex master data or integrations with other systems.
