Outperform has been a great solution for our business planning **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sylvia H. | Senior Manager Project Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022 **What do you like best about Outperform?** It is very easy to use, it is intuitive and the overview allows me to have more control of all the most relevant options of the sales and operations of my company, these features make me feel more comfortable and allow me to plan well in advance **What do you dislike about Outperform?** I think it is a great business software project but they should update or innovate more in terms of design and functionalities, maybe make some modifications in the software to make it more intuitive **Recommendations to others considering Outperform:** The most appropriate recommendation is to rely on the support service and tutorials if you have any technical questions, they are very attentive and respond quickly **What problems is Outperform solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main problem was the gathering of data in a single visual aspect to be able to make faster and more accurate decisions, that is to say to achieve a more impeccable analysis with the order of all the administrative aspects of my company in a single place ### 2. There wasn't a lot of downtime learning the platform which is a HUGE DEAL in my book. **What do you dislike about Outperform?** It was a little tricky to figure out how to input multiple projects. **Recommendations to others considering Outperform:** Just like all of the other programs out there- you have to find the program that works best for you. This is a great program but try it if you can and make sure it is the best fit for your team. **What problems is Outperform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been used primarily to manage projects throughout multiple teams which have allowed for a more cohesive and engaging environment where everyone feels more involved. ### 3. The ability to take a 30000-foot overview to see all aspects of sales and operations of the company allows for planning further in advance. **What do you dislike about Outperform?** Information can be a bit noisy. One of the best features in their system is the reduction of inventory costs while at the same time it reduces my stockouts and improves my customer satisfaction. We value and like the features preventing us to overstock the most, as that carries a lot of unnecessary costs that could be avoided. **What do you dislike about Outperform?** When we went for this system we were promised “real-time demand and supply”, which the system doesn’t really show once we use Outperform. I find the advertising of such features rough as we thought that we could access these features. We haven’t tried to contact Outperform yet for this matter, but even if this is somewhere in the user interface, it would say a lot to you as a business how inefficient the user interface is. Some features are really hard to find. **Recommendations to others considering Outperform:** If you want to have a performance boost and reduce your stockouts, while at the same time increasing your customer satisfaction; then give Outperform a try. I recommend to have many S&OPs in the bucket list, because the user interface is kind of painful. Be prepared to have a plan B if you don’t like Outperform after all. **What problems is Outperform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problems of overstocking, reduction of inventory costs and performing a better service level for our customers.
