Notepik
Notepik turns every meeting into notes your team can act on. Paste a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex link, or connect Google Calendar or Outlook, and the Notepik Notetaker joins the call as a visible participant. Prefer no bot? Notepik for Chrome records the call in your browser tab instead. Recordings you already have can be uploaded too. A few minutes after the call ends, Notepik writes up a summary, the decisions made and the action items, each with a suggested owner and due date. Every transcript line carries its speaker and timestamp, and clicking a line plays the recording from that moment. Ask a question in plain language across all your past meetings and get an answer that cites the meeting and the moment. Teams share one searchable library with comments, @mentions and tags. Write-ups can go to Slack, Asana, Trello, ClickUp and HubSpot, or to anything else through the API and signed webhooks (Zapier, Make, n8n). Custom summary templates make a sales call and a standup read differently, and recurring meetings show what the last one left open. Pricing is per workspace rather than per seat, with a free plan that needs no card. Meetings are encrypted in transit and at rest, each workspace is isolated at the database level, and recordings are never used to train AI models. The interface is available in English, French and Arabic.
