Which dashboard do you trust most for spotting repeat issues in customer feedback?

Hey Aishwarya, I’ve been seeing a bunch of comments in relation to this recently, have a look at Revuze. It’s actually really effective and works with some known brands. Especially since you’re trying to understand patterns in customer feedback. Revuze’s AI essentially gathers unstructured reviews across every single market globally, either on a category or SKU level. It then structures those reviews and gives you analytics that doesn’t just tell you what is happening but also what will happen and what you can do in order to achieve the best results in a specific market / avoid crises. They offer different functions so just make sure on their website that you’re going with the right one according to your goals.
