Question on: Bloomerang CRM
I have set up Recurring Donations but when I create a new monthly entry it is showing me the future month and indicating it is past due. The dates in the initial recurring entry are correct, what have I done wrong?
Hi Debi - please reach out to our customer support team the next time you're logged into the database and they should be able to walk you through this.

Question on: Givebutter
What is the inside tip for getting traction, and donations, for a campaign?
Do you have virtual "how to" classes like Classy?
Hey Linda! We could suggest many ideas—and have dozens of blogs about garnering momentum and donations for your campaign—but some strategies I'll share here are:
1.) Peer-to-peer fundraising - Having your most avid supporters fundraise on behalf of your organization during a campaign. Givebutter is a great platform for peer-to-peer and multi-team fundraising!
2.) Give your donors an easy donation experience by accepting all payment methods, like Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in addition to credit cards and ACH (which Givebutter does!)
3.) Communicating with and updating your supporters - Givebutter offers several engagement tools like community updates in our interactive supporter feed, free text blasts, video embeds, and email messaging so you can reach your donors with any updates or ways to get involved.
You can read more at www.Givebutter.com/blog and check out all of our past webinar recordings at www.Givebutter.com/events. Thanks for being in our community of changemakers! 😃

Question on: DonorDock
Does Donor Dock offer Peer to Peer fundraising?
I am looking into getting a CRM for our donors and we want to do a virtual fundraising this fall that will be peer to peer. Can Donor Dock help us with that?
Hi Marianne!
DonorDock offers some basic peer to peer fundraising capability, including unlimited giving pages that can be created for each peer fundraiser.
You can create individual goals for each fundraiser that displays with a progress bar, and giving pages can include images and videos, and be shared on social media.
It does not have some advanced peer to peer features built in, like allowing people to leave public comments on a giving page, or creating a portal that anyone can use to create themselves a giving page without getting a DonorDock login.
But DonorDock is designed to work seamlessly with other peer to peer tools with more advanced features, so you can manage all your gifts, contacts, marketing and more in one place.
If you're interested in taking a closer look to see if it's a good fit for you, I would recommend connecting with a product expert at DonorDock, or emailing our team at sales@donordock.com.
you can set that up that chat at donordock.com . Thanks for your question Marianne!
