For smaller nonprofits, CRM's can feel expensive, but they really are an important element of growth. Specifically, a good CRM will help steward donors, retain donors, and help build long term relationships that lead to major gifts. A great CRM for nonprofits will include the following: - Donor Management and Contact Management - Online Giving Pages - Email Marketing - Reporting and Visualizations ***Recommended Tools*** My advice would be to look for an affordable, well rated tool.
