UpStage CRM

Nonprofit performing arts organizations waste time and revenue managing patron data across disconnected tools. UpStage eliminates that problem by giving development staff, box office managers, and executive directors a unified view of every patron relationship: their ticket history, giving record, and membership status in one place. The result is stronger donor retention, higher box office revenue, and less time spent on administrative workarounds.

Vantage Events

Vantage Events is event management software for solo and small-team organizers. It runs an event from the first invitation to the door: event pages with registration, tickets that pay out to the organizer's own Stripe account, QR check-in from any phone, email campaigns, and an attendance forecast on every plan, including Free. The forecast estimates how many registered guests will come, with a range and the factors behind it: past behavior, weather, drive time, day of week, seasonal patterns, registration velocity, email engagement, paid status and each registrant's no-show history. During the event, Velocity Scan shows arrivals against registrations. When the event closes, a one-page recap shows the show rate. Co-Planner, the built-in AI assistant, takes voice or text. It sets up an event from a description, drafts invitations, reminders and follow-ups, finds venues through Google Maps and answers questions about the organizer's data. Nothing sends until the organizer reviews it and presses Send. Ticketing supports free and paid ticket types on the same event, each with its own price, capacity and sale window, plus promo codes, refunds from the guest list and donation-eligible tickets with IRS Publication 1771 acknowledgments. Registration pages open a waitlist when an event fills. Check-in works from any phone browser with nothing to install, keeps working offline, and supports walk-ins, kiosk self check-in and multi-stop roll-call across rooms, stops and days. Door staff never see a guest's email or phone number. For continuing education, staff tap Scan Out as people leave and Vantage records the minutes. The Free plan costs $0 a month with no card and covers 1 user, 25 events and unlimited guests. Growth, Pro and Business add users, campaign sends, AI credits and tools such as badge printing, CRM integrations, workflow automation, surveys and sending from the organizer's own domain.

VBO Tickets

VBO Tickets is a white-label event ticketing platform with built-in CRM and point-of-sale (POS), purpose-built for performing arts theatres, museums, colleges and universities, festivals, sports, and comedy venues. Since 2012, organizations have processed over $1 billion in ticket sales on VBO Tickets. Unlike redirect-based ticketing tools, VBO Tickets sells directly on your own website under your brand — no third-party checkout, no lost patrons. The all-in-one platform combines online ticketing, reserved and general-admission seating, memberships and subscriptions, donations, merchandise, discounts, and detailed reporting, all powered by a native CRM so every patron interaction lives in one place. The integrated POS and box-office tools let staff sell at the door, scan tickets, and run reports from the same system patrons buy from online — eliminating the disconnect between online and on-site sales. Real-time dashboards track ticket revenue, audience demographics, and operational performance as events happen. VBO Tickets is built for organizations that have outgrown generic event tools but don't want the cost or complexity of legacy enterprise systems like Tessitura. Implementation is fast — many venues go live in under two weeks — and support consistently earns top marks (4.8★ across review sites). Key capabilities: White-label ticketing on your own website Integrated CRM for unified patron data Built-in POS and box-office tools Reserved & general-admission seating maps Memberships, subscriptions & season packages Donations & fundraising Real-time reporting & analytics Mobile ticket scanning VBO Tickets helps venues sell more tickets, deepen patron relationships, and run leaner operations — with white-glove support that treats clients like partners.

Vendorbound

Vendorbound is for people who sell at events: makers and crafters, food trucks and food stands, farmers, artists and resellers. It's built by the family behind Love Mini Donuts, a Humboldt County stand since 2011, who have filled out vendor applications just as long. Vendors find US fairs, markets and festivals on a list and a map. Each shows its booth fee, dates and application deadline when the organizer has published them. Paste your Instagram, Facebook or website, and Vendorbound marks the events that fit. Events that don't take your kind of business say why. You answer the usual application questions once. Google Forms and PDF applications open with those answers filled in, and a Chrome extension fills other web forms. It never submits, signs or pays for you: you check the form and send it. Applications move from Interested to Applying, Sent and Accepted. Every event sits on a season calendar with its own to-do list and notes. Members can also post each show to Facebook and Instagram, keep a website that lists their next markets, and connect Square to see what each event earned. Organizers claim their event pages for free and can take applications on Vendorbound. Some Pro and Business features are set up by hand by our team until they're self-serve.
