Meetapp is a conference and meeting app that works for virtual (directly links to Zoon in the app!)  and in-person events.  As a conference manager, I can personalize the registration preference and have complete control of who is getting into our meeting.  Everything is branded to our specifications. This app manages attendees, keeps attendees informed through maps, chats, and syllabus info. We use it to engage our attendees before the conference and during the conference to keep them updated of changes and exciting events.   It is so easy to manage and it is simple for our attendees to nagivate.  It has allowed us to become a 100% paper free conference and has minimized the number of questions received at the conference desk.
