Vendorbound is for people who sell at events: makers and crafters, food trucks and food stands, farmers, artists and resellers. It's built by the family behind Love Mini Donuts, a Humboldt County stand since 2011, who have filled out vendor applications just as long.
Vendors find US fairs, markets and festivals on a list and a map. Each shows its booth fee, dates and application deadline when the organizer has published them. Paste your Instagram, Facebook or website, and Vendorbound marks the events that fit. Events that don't take your kind of business say why.
You answer the usual application questions once. Google Forms and PDF applications open with those answers filled in, and a Chrome extension fills other web forms. It never submits, signs or pays for you: you check the form and send it.
Applications move from Interested to Applying, Sent and Accepted. Every event sits on a season calendar with its own to-do list and notes. Members can also post each show to Facebook and Instagram, keep a website that lists their next markets, and connect Square to see what each event earned.
Organizers claim their event pages for free and can take applications on Vendorbound.
Some Pro and Business features are set up by hand by our team until they're self-serve.
