  ### 1. Perfect event app for small to mid-size meetings!

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

Ventla is user-friendly, both from the side of the admin (me) to the user (our attendees), making it a great onsite experience and tool. It has saved us from printing and reprinting so many documents onsite because our attendees have all of the key information they need, right at their fingertips and no longer have to fumble around with folders/paperwork. As a planner, this app allows us to make updates to the agenda and room locations and notify attendees in real-time, as well as easily send out polling questions to enhance participation and ensure that the audience is consuming the information. For Pharma, it is a great tool to document their level of understanding in the subject matter. My favorite feature, in onsite meeting use, is the push notifications, reminding attendees that a meeting is going to start, the break is almost over, ground transportation is departing - the possibilities are endless!

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

For us, one of the biggest downfalls to Ventla is the Q&A interface, when you are trying to moderate a session, but we have spoken to the team about this and hoping this feature is going to be upgraded in the near future.

Be transparent about the team with what your goals are with the App, so they can help you problem solve.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an onsite planner, Ventla solves the problem of taking away valuable time in front of attendees to go print/re-print materials that may have changed, as well as simplifying the check-in process by using a QR code that the attendees scan from inside of the meeting room. This also has enhanced our experience doing live meetings post COVID-19, minimizing touchpoints.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

We just used the app for the first time this past weekend and it worked out great!  We were able to easily communicate with our attendees and keep them informed with the most up-to-date information.

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

It's a like and a dislike - we have to manually delete each item after they've occurred.  The plus side is that they don't disappear if we're running behind schedule.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our rep, Kevin, has been quick to respond, great to work with and explains how to do things easily.  I am not a tech-savvy person and he's making the process painless!

Access to photo sharing is a bit clunky for participants using it for the first time.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

The prompt, friendly, patient service we've experienced with MeetApp has made our company a major fan! We're very pleased with the ease and intuition their product affords us while building apps for our client programs. Sal and Kevin are fantastic to work with, very patient when fielding our questions, and incredibly responsive! I highly recommend MeetApp for meeting profs and their clients - you won't be disappointed!

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

Nothing, with regard to their product or service. We're waiting on them to set up a different payment portal so we can switch over to their registration platforms as well as using their mobile app!

**Recommendations to others considering Ventla:**

I can't recommend using MeetApp highly enough - you won't be disappointed with the app and the service provided.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have any problems with Meet App's product, nor the service provided. We've shared with them that we'd like to have a payment portal as part of their event registration platform, as we'd switch in a heartbeat from our current provider if we had that option.

MeetApp is a more cost-effective tool for us to offer our clients a robust mobile app for their conferences. I highly recommend them!

For us, it's been excellent. MeetApp is constantly rolling out new features that meet our needs before we even know we need them.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've found that it gives a richer virtual experience when we aren't able to be in person, and when we are, the ability for our attendees to share photos, type status updates, and have all of their conference documents in one place has been really handy. It's like their own private social network, which makes it both fun and functional!

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

From an administrative point the support was very helpful and it is very easy to develop. 
Most of all our attendees LOVED IT.  They had all used other apps at other conferences, and EVERYONE said it was the best one ever used - easy, simple, allowed for them to personalize their schedule, clean, easy to read - all very good responses from our attendees!  We will use the product again and we recommend it to all!

Really, I cannot think of anything!  It's a great product.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make it so easy to get information out to our members during the conference in real time.  If we had a change in session rooms, change in schedules, etc. we just sent it out on MeetApp - worked great.   
Communication in real time with our attendees was one of the best benefits.  The other was not having to rely on a paper conference program - everyone had the program at their fingertips on their phone - it was great.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

The platform is very easy to set up for the event and use.  Above all, the service is impeccable.  The team, our liaison, Kevin, were amazing and went above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

There wasn't anything to dislike.  A few of our members had a tough time with a few features, but that had nothing to do with the app; it was more not following instructions.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to take our conferences for our association from in-person to an online platform, and with the app it made the process seamless for us.  Now we may offer the hybrid platform when we are able to go back to in-person, as it may be preferred still for some.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

I have been using MeetApp for a few years now.  Kevin and Sal are amazing and will work with you to make your idea a reality. The platform is solid.  We have never had downtime or problems while we are at our events. The conference users find it simple to use and we have more user adoption with this app than we have with any other app!  We have been able to consolidate three different event solutions into one.   It is very easy to brand, add documents, create breakout information,  have a landing page for general information, send information to attendees while at the meeting.  Overall worth every penny.

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

I wish they had a way to load MP3 files.  We are old school and have MP3 and not MP4 files.  That said, they have worked with me and we have a working solution that will benefit my attendees.

**Recommendations to others considering Ventla:**

It is worth a call to the team to discuss the app.  They will be completely honest about what it does and what it does not do.  I am so happy we made the switch.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have gone 100% paperless.  Our training documents are over 500 pages per person.  Not to mention all of the disclaimers, agendas, etc.  Also, we can actually connect with attendees without being disruptive to the conference.

You can only make changes from your desktop instead of directly in the app.

It's great to use for meetings to see the schedule and get updates directly to their phone.

We no longer need to print programs and handouts for the event because it is all held within the app.

Our event planner hooked us up with Meet App for our annual event.  The team was top notch to work with.  The team was there to review my ideas and upload information to the app properly.

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

I can't think of any dislikes, this app was easy to implement for a first timer!

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit was HUGE for not having to scramble to print documents. This app saved so much time and money for our event.  It also gave us the extra recognition to our sponsors.

I love that our participants now have the option to use this software not only through the mobile app but also through their desktop!

We had some issues previously using breakout rooms with the Zoom integration.

This is a fantastic way to have all of our participant information in a central place for them to access. It's also great to be able to integrate polls and surveys pre, during and post event!

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

MeetApp worked very well for our virtual conference. It was intuitive for the users and fairly straightforward to set up our event. Kevin was very helpful with our event. The ability to use Zoom was a plus.

There were some challenges with users signing on. Some of the features were not available in the desktop application.

MeetApp allowed us to host our virtual conference successfully and streamlined the setup effort.

MeetApp has helped us move from old school event booklets to modern technology with everything at our attendees' fingertips!  The team is great and so helpful with the many questions I always have as we are learning something new.

Still some bugs to work out but the team has been great in trying to come to a resolution quickly.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

I've worked with quite a few products in the event app space, but MeetApp was by far the best experience I've ever had. The admin panel was easy to use, and the app was even easier to use and understand. This made it very simple for me on the day of the event so I wasn't answering a lot of attendee questions. Distributing my agenda and event collateral through MeetApp instead of printing books saved me a considerable amount of money and headaches. And I absolutely loved the way MeetApp lets me schedule and send push notifications to my attendees or specific groups of attendees. Lastly, my product specialist worked with me to make sure I understood how to best create my in-app event content and educated me on best practices so that I can field more questions from my audience during our panel discussions. All-in-all, MeetApp really helped me create a better experience for my attendees and a more pleasant experience for my team.

I can't think of anything that I disliked

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better information distribution to my attendees, better group coordination of attendees, better feedback and audience interaction, better attendee networking, reduced printing costs, more collaboration and networking among attendees.

**What do you like best about Ventla?**

The individual who sold us the product, Sal, was readily available to help us with any of our needs or issues on a constant basis. This made our job in setting up the app for use at our conference tremendously easier than it otherwise would have been. 

**What do you dislike about Ventla?**

When individuals sign up for the app, they have to go to their email address to find an access code. To maximize the amount of users, the signing-up process should be minimal work. This might have led to lower uptake of the app than would have otherwise been possible. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ventla:**

If you're considering using a conference or training app, look no further than MeetApp. They offer a wide variety of functions at a fraction of the price of competitors (from what I observed). Most importantly, their customer service was second to none, which is crucial when you are planning an event and running on a tight schedule.

**What problems is Ventla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to interact with our conference audience like never before. Our past conferences were not nearly as engaging, so using MeetApp brought lots of appeal from the younger portion of our attendees. We received outstanding feedback from younger attendees on our conference and the app. Ideally this will lead to our organization's content better reaching younger individuals in the future.
