How it works

Takedown

Takedown is done-for-you brand protection for consumer brands that sell on Shopify and Amazon. We find everyone copying a brand online and get them removed: cloned storefronts, lookalike domains, counterfeit listings, unauthorized resellers, impersonating ads and accounts, and conflicting trademark filings. We monitor Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu, TikTok Shop, DHgate and Chrono24; Google search and Meta, TikTok and Google ads; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Threads; and new USPTO filings in the brand's classes. Takedown is built for independent brands in supplements, skincare, fashion and activewear, where copies sell the brand's own products at 65–70% off to customers who never receive them. Copycats have industrialized. One store kit and one host can clone dozens of brands in a week, and the clones buy ads against the brand's own name. Takedown runs the whole loop, from detection to removal. Scans run on the brand's schedule, and a person verifies every match, so the brand never wades through false positives. The brand approves each case in one click, and nothing is filed without that approval. Our specialists then file through each platform's own process (Amazon Report Infringement and Brand Registry, eBay VeRO, TikTok Shop IPPC, DMCA notices, and complaints to registrars, hosts and payment processors), and re-check for relistings. Every case is tracked live, with a thread the brand can comment on. Each brand also gets a trust page that lists its official channels, lets shoppers check any link, and sends their scam reports straight to the brand. Incumbents sell annual, quote-only contracts to legal teams. Takedown is hands-on and transparent: from $500 a month, month to month, no lock-in, and a founder in Slack. Start with a free 360° threat report, or try our free tools: Fake Store Checker, Lookalike Domain Finder, and DMCA and cease-and-desist generators. Takedown is operated by Factory App Inc. and is not affiliated with Takedown.co.

Teciga ERP & Accounts

Teciga ERP & Accounts is a cloud ERP and point-of-sale (POS) system for small and medium businesses: retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, wholesalers, distributors and trading companies. Every sale entered on the POS updates stock, the customer's ledger and the accounts at the same moment, so owners always know their real stock, dues and profit across every branch. It includes a fast POS with barcode scanning, split and credit payments, discounts, returns and cash register control; inventory per location with stock transfers, stock adjustments, stock audits, and low-stock and expiry alerts; purchases and supplier payments; customer and supplier ledgers with advance payments; expenses, cash and bank accounts; and reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and tax reports. Restaurants get tables, bookings, modifiers, a kitchen screen, waiter orders and token printing. Retailers get product variations (size, colour), price groups and barcode labels. Users, roles and permissions keep each staff member to their own branch and tasks. For Pakistan, it integrates with FBR POS, FBR Digital Invoicing, PRA, KPRA, SRB and AJK. A Windows desktop POS app and a standalone offline application are available for counters without reliable internet. TecigaERP supports 34 business types, offers a 10-day free trial with sample data, and plans start from PKR 2,500 per month.

TellMyShop

TellMyShop is a module for PrestaShop and a plugin for WooCommerce that lets store owners run their store by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT, free accounts included. You write what you need in plain words, for example "shorten the meta descriptions in the Shoes category" or "why is this product not in Google?". The chat reads the store, prepares the change and shows a before/after preview. Nothing is saved until you approve it. 70+ tools cover store checks and SEO audits, 404 errors, product visibility, product and category descriptions, SEO fields, translations, CMS pages, catalogue, prices and promotions, stock, sales reports without customer data, and drafts of replies to customer messages. Change history and undo for most changes, a daily database backup, and permanent blocks on passwords, payments, taxes and order statuses. Customer data access is off by default. Who it is for: owners and small teams of PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores who want to handle SEO, content, catalogue and prices without calling an agency or a developer for every change. Free edition: reads the store and gives ready reports. Pro: one-time licence per store.
