KRAG

KRAG: Automate Excel Reporting from Tableau Dashboards The Missing Layer in Tableau Reporting Automation Modern organizations rely on Tableau dashboards for powerful analytics and real-time insights. But when it comes to business reporting, most workflows still break at the final step—Excel. Executives, finance teams, operations leaders, and clients still demand structured, formatted, and shareable Excel reports. This creates a costly gap between insight and delivery. KRAG fills this gap. KRAG is a last-mile reporting automation platform that automatically generates print-ready, business-friendly Excel reports directly from Tableau dashboards—without manual exports, copy-paste, or formatting work. Why Tableau to Excel Reporting Is Still Broken Tableau excels at visualization and exploration, but native exports were never designed for enterprise-grade Excel reporting at scale. Most teams still follow this manual process: Export data from multiple Tableau worksheets Copy and paste into Excel templates Fix formatting, layouts, and formulas Re-check numbers to avoid errors Repeat daily, weekly, or monthly This manual workflow leads to: ❌ Lost analyst productivity ❌ High risk of copy-paste errors ❌ Delayed decision-making ❌ Inconsistent report formatting ❌ Poor scalability as reporting grows This is known as the last-mile reporting problem—and it’s where true automation stops. What Is KRAG? KRAG is a Tableau reporting automation tool that converts live Tableau dashboards into structured, on-brand Excel reports in seconds. It acts as a bridge between Tableau insights and Excel consumption, ensuring data flows seamlessly from analysis to delivery. KRAG is built by Kriverra to solve a problem every enterprise analytics team faces—but few tools address. How KRAG Works (High-Level) KRAG operates as a native Tableau Extension, making it secure, fast, and easy to adopt. 1. Retrieve KRAG securely pulls live, filtered data from one or more Tableau worksheets using APIs—no exports required. 2. Structure Using its smart template engine, KRAG aligns data based on predefined business rules, layouts, and reporting standards. 3. Generate KRAG instantly creates a fully formatted Excel report—ready for sharing, printing, or submission. All of this happens inside Tableau with a single click. Key Features of KRAG Automated Excel report generation from Tableau Merge multiple Tableau worksheets into one Excel file Predefined, reusable Excel templates Consistent branding and formatting Support for recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Secure, role-based template governance Zero manual copy-paste Business Benefits of Using KRAG 🚀 Massive Time Savings What once took hours now takes seconds—freeing analysts to focus on insights, not formatting. ✅ 100% Accuracy By eliminating manual steps, KRAG removes human error and ensures data integrity. 📊 Executive-Ready Output Reports are structured, readable, and CXO-friendly—not raw data dumps. 📈 Effortless Scalability Generate hundreds of reports without increasing headcount or effort. 🔐 Enterprise-Grade Governance Respects Tableau permissions and protects report templates with controlled access.

How it works

LegalWord365

LegalWord365 is a specialized document automation solution developed by Documentaal, tailored specifically for the legal sector. Operating seamlessly within Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365, it enables legal professionals to automate the creation of court documents, contracts, and legal correspondence efficiently and accurately. One of the standout features of LegalWord365 is its direct integration with case management systems such as LegalSense, TimeWriter, and Kluwer. This integration allows for the automatic retrieval of client and case data, ensuring that documents are populated with accurate information without the need for manual data entry. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of errors that can occur when transferring information manually. Compliance is a critical concern in the legal industry, and LegalWord365 addresses this by ensuring that all generated documents adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA). The software automatically includes necessary disclaimers and required mentions, helping law firms maintain compliance and uphold their professional standards. The automation capabilities of LegalWord365 extend to various types of legal documents. For instance, when drafting summonses, the software can automatically set the appropriate court, retrieve party data from the case management system, calculate required deadlines, and add compliance disclaimers. This process can save legal teams an average of 45 minutes per summons. In contract management, LegalWord365 offers a clause library that integrates seamlessly into the document creation process. This feature allows for the inclusion of variable provisions tailored to specific contract types, ensures automatic version control, and generates signature blocks as needed. On average, this functionality can save approximately 30 minutes per contract. For statements of defense, the software ensures that numbering is compliant with court guidelines, production references are added automatically, party data remains consistent throughout the document, and formatting aligns with court requirements. This can result in an average time saving of 60 minutes per statement. LegalWord365 also emphasizes the importance of centralized template management. By maintaining a single source of truth for pleadings, court documents, and contract templates, the software prevents the proliferation of outdated or inconsistent templates. This centralization ensures that all legal professionals within a firm are using the most current and compliant documents. Integration possibilities with LegalWord365 are extensive. The software works in conjunction with Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook and SharePoint Online, as well as other systems such as iManage, Dynamics 365, and Oracle. This wide range of integrations ensures that LegalWord365 can fit seamlessly into existing workflows and IT infrastructures. Support is a key component of the LegalWord365 offering. Documentaal provides an extensive knowledge center with clear guides, instructional videos, and over a hundred knowledge articles to assist users. Additionally, personal consultants and 24/7 support are available to address any questions or issues that may arise. In summary, LegalWord365 is designed to bring order and efficiency to the process of legal document creation. By automating repetitive tasks, ensuring compliance, and integrating with existing systems, it allows legal professionals to focus more on substantive legal work and less on administrative tasks, ultimately enhancing the quality and consistency of legal documents produced by law firms.

legivel

legivel typesets PDFs from Markdown with its own engine, not a browser. Use the web editor, the API or your AI agent over MCP. Every plan has three ways in, with the same account and limits. The web editor shows the PDF next to the Markdown. The API takes Markdown in one HTTP request and returns the PDF. The MCP server lets an AI agent make the document, and one command connects Claude Code or Codex. Paragraphs break the way a book breaks them, table headers repeat, and Mermaid diagrams and LaTeX math are drawn as vectors. A [TOC] marker becomes a contents list with real page numbers. You set page size, margins, headers, footers and page numbers in the front matter or in the request. Fonts are embedded, headings become bookmarks, internal links jump, and PDFs can be tagged for screen readers. legivel also draws barcodes and QR codes. Paid plans can seal a PDF, which means signing it digitally with your own certificate. legivel does not print web pages or run JavaScript, and it does not load your own fonts or stylesheet files; CSS inside an HTML block styles only that block. Self-hosting is in preparation for enterprise customers. We generate the PDF in memory from your Markdown and don't store any of the content. We only keep metadata like size, page count and timing to count documents. You can use the editor without an account, but those downloads are watermarked. A free account gives you 100 documents a month, with no card and no watermark. Paid plans start at $19 a month for 1,000 documents.
