**What do you like best about Matik?**

Using Matik really has been invaluable because it saves our Customer Success Managers so much time and manual labor.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

It has been a challenge to get our contact center data tied into Matik, but that is something we are working through together. Some of our other needs could be addressed by Matik Mail and that is something we are going to review in the near future.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer success managers maintain a large book of business and need to ensure they continue to provide value to their customers through monthly reviews and business reviews. The amount of time it takes to put together the most up to date presentation used to take hours if not days. With Matik in place, our Customer Success Managers are able to produce presentations in minutes. Allowing them to provide value to more customers in multiple ways.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Customer support is unmatched, our account team is a true business partner, listening to needs and helping us find solutions wherever possible. We invested in Matik for a very specific use case but we find new things to create with Matik almost monthly to help streamline our business processes. Other departments in our company have become interested in the solutions we've built and are finding other ways to utilize Matik as well.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

I truly can not think of anything right now.  Anything we have come across has been address in a release shortly after finding a use case that couldn't be solved for at the time.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Matik for  Status Report Generation and Gantt Chart exporting. We use Matik Mail for automatic email alert management.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

MATIK takes a significant burden off of CSMs when it comes to curating long quarterly partnership reviews that involves a lot of data. Before MATIK, a CSM would spend their time harvesting data. Now, I can spend my time focused on analyzing the data, making data-driven recommendations, up-selling slides, launched enhancements and roadmap compilations and aligning with executive sponsors and subject matter experts who I may be partnering with on the presentation itself. All of these things go into the deck and more. If it all had to start with manual data harvesting, the other more strategic aspects here would be sacrificed to some degree, for sure. Time just simply wouldn't be on my side.  Thank you, MATIK!

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Matik saves so much time and is easy to use! I have a roommate who has to do presentations for his job all the time and I see him spend so much time making presentations for clients, meanwhile, I make a few clicks and am all done. It leaves me so much time to do other key components of my role. Our point of contact is very helpful whenever there are issues and I love how the engineering team has seriously considered some of our feedback to be rolled out. They are always working to improve the product and it is fun to see how they are growing for the better. The integration with Google Slides as an add-on is a GAME CHANGER! Once I learned how to use it, it just makes adding fields so much faster and easier. I cannot imagine our team going back to "the old way", Matik has us spoiled with making our jobs so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

It was initally hard to learn how to code but again, I am very grateful for the team at Matik for helping us whenever we are stuck. They are true product experts and if I cannot figure out what is going on, they are great at figuring it out for me. The software can also be a little glitchy at times and I know there are still a lot of changes to come. I don't like how easy it is to accidentally recreate some fields for coding. I had an issue not too long ago where I was miscoding some fields and it can be as simple as todays_date vs Todays_Date. One was correct and the other wasn't, and I know a lot is on us to go through and clean those duplicates but it can be a little frustrating to try and remember what you named something or if you are searching for it and accidentally forget to capitalize. If the search tool can be a little more intuitive, that would really help a lot.

It is saving a lot of time in generating slide decks. This very helpful because we have a lot of components to our role and the luxury of time is priceless.

As an administrator, Matik easily integrates with our data and presentation platforms. We can easily create presentations and add customizable statistics, charts, and tables. Our end users can log in and create customer-specific business reviews and sales decks within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

Maitk works well for what your teams use it for and we are able to collaborate with reps at Matik by submitting feedback and product requests. Matik reps are very responsive and new product features are introduced frequently.

Matik allows us to create templates that can be applied to each client to show them custom, relevant data. We work with hundreds of clients, and Matik helps us reduce the time and effort of presenting their data by keeping it automated and in one place.

Matik is a fairly simple tool for our front-line users, and once the inputs are in place, it's a fairly simple tool for Admins to support. I love the clean interface and the presentations come out looking just like we need them to.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

We have help from the Matik team and different members of our own org, who own templates and data sources that complicate usage when they term or move to a different role. I would like to have more control over these shared resources so I as admin can quickly apply fixes and updates.

It allows us to save time that our CSMs & IMs would spend building decks, and it ensures consistent standards for all of those client meetings.

Matik is very intuitive and easy to use. Matik has enabled me to create dynamic and personalized templates for our broader organization to have more meaningful client conversations.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

Pretty much a non-issue, but some of the analytics/filtering features for the Matik website/dashboard sometimes don't work as intended.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Matik solves the problem of manually having those within the Sales org create a personalized template for each client. This has saved our Sales org thousands of hours every month from making minute detail changes and can empower them to allocate this time in other ways to improve client relationships.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Matik is an absolute game-changer for repeatable, data driven presentations. Though the set up takes some time, Matik streamlines the presentation creation process giving analysts back countless hours previously spent on repetitive data pulling and formatting tasks. The efficiency gained allows us to tackle more complex analytical challenges and deliver higher-quality insights to stakeholders. And as an end user, all you have to do is fill in a few fields, wait 10 seconds or less for the deck to generate, and you're good to go! 

Overall, it is a great tool that optimizes productivity for all its users.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

While Matik offers impressive time-saving features, there are a few drawbacks that need attention. The admin interface can sometimes be buggy and isn't always user friendly. 

Additionally, implementing significant database changes throughout dynamic content is not straightforward, as there is no easy way to execute cotent modifications, like a "find and replace" functionality. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the software's usability, ensuring a smoother experience and improved synchronization between database updates and dynamic content.

Matik is helping our sales and analytics teams by creating data driven content that can be easily generated. This benefits our sales teams as they can leverage these data points in customer conversations to increase usage. It benefits analysts but giving us back a lot of time normally spent generating/regenerating these presentations manually.

We often create the same report for multiple clients. Using Matik has allowed us to scale our reporting capabilities for our clients, as well as enabling new reporting avenues and opportunities in a scalable and efficient manner.

We have some very unique use cases that are currently not enabled or within Matik's roadmap. However, we have had some great discussions with the Matik team to discuss potentially having additional features in the future!

My team has built some awesome templates inside of Matik. The time it takes to create a Business Review or Benchmark report has been cut down from hours to just minutes. I use it every day. Support is also quick to respond to any issues. Overall, great product and I highly recommend it.

There are some limitations, like how many groups you could include in a template, and I sometimes have to double-check my data in Looker or inside our platform.

Matik provides an opportunity to identify gaps for improvement and celebrations for recognition for those that have earned it. Most importantly, it provides larger groups such as leadership insight into how things are going at an organizational level.

Having more control over the datapoints/attributes included could be nice, but it's already great as is!

Many tools lack reporting until they're able to get to a more sophisticated level as a product. Matik helps bridge this gap and allows you to provide digestible, user-friendly, and impactful data with a click of a button. Clients and myself are big fans of the demographic data points in place.

Malik took the manual labor of QBRs and health checks and made it automated. It integrated with our system and we were able to make full slide decks from a click of a button

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

Nothing really. It solved all my issues of manual slide decks and application usage. There were a few times it did not run, so manual reports were needed to be created. This happened a few times and I had to hurry and create a slide deck.

Automated slide decks. Something that used to take 30-45 mins can be done in 5-10 mins. It also helped with Health Checks on the client as it reported usage in a easy to read slide

It's a simple to use platform that my team has gotten tremendous value out of.  For the data geek in me, it's helped me look deeper into the data and patterns for all customers.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

There are some quirks in the UI that I haven't cared for, most have been addressed quickly once the feedback is provided.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Matik for our Customer Success Motions.  Being able to push the data and narratives to the field and not be tied up in corporate committees has been good for our team and our customers.  We are now producing consistent value added content across all our geographies, we are no longer re-creating from the start, each deck for each user doing their own cowboy thing.  We have a standard deck that each CSM can now easily take artistic liberty with and tweak for their customer.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

I love Matik - it's been an amazingly intuitive and powerful tool for our team. I really love how thoughtful the admin and builder experience is - our team has been able to ramp up extremely fast, and all of the visibility and discovery features to find content and understand all of the dependencies and templates they touch is massive. I almost always find that the next question I have in Matik is already answered somewhere in the UI. Matik also has been extremely supportive - our account team is proactive and helps us not only with our broader Matik strategy but also helps with user training and understanding the intricacies of the product.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

Nothing that isn't commonplace for an early and fast-growing product. In the future, I'd love to see how the end-user experience can evolve when it comes to browsing/managing templates. Overall Matik's roadmap has evolved in an exciting way and I'm sure there will be more amazing things to come.

Your can do a lot with Matik, there is a lot of templatization and customization. We have some pretty wild use cases that we were able to configure for the product. It has it's limitations but the team is constantly working to increase functionality

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

A decent amount of start up work from an admins perspective to get a template in place, but once that happens it is pretty much smooth sailing.

It will be worth it.

Easy creation and quick updates from the Matik team! Integrations with our Analytics platform allow for quick creation of decks in 2 - 3 mins that used to take 30-40.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

The calendar entry dates require users to physically select the date and do not allow for typed date entry (no instructions for this in the platform).

**Recommendations to others considering Matik:**

A little bit of prep work in setting up the templates by a single person or a couple of people saves hours and hours of work by others in other systems

We no longer need to manually create the same client review decks and manually enter the data points over and over again. The time savings is incredible.

The ease of use is incredible! The content is extremely valuable and allows for meaningful conversations with customers. The data is extremely easy and efficient to run while saving lots of time.

There are limitations to how the data can be reviewed (ie by group breakdown) but our team is constantly working to expand what is possible and available in Matik.

Matik has a great UI, which allows me to easily create presentations to pitch to my customers. The reporting is accurate, the decks are easy to comprehend, and customers can't get enough. Matik has helped me gain trust with my customers quickly, giving them the insights they need to report the value of our platform internally, which has resulted in expansion deals.

The customer support and training Matik provides are amazing and very helpful! Whether it is weekly meetings or a common Slack channel - help is always there when needed!

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

The tool itself is sometimes a little "sensitive" when it comes to changes in the input but those issues can be sorted quickly, so I wouldn't say it is something I really "dislike".

We want to automate as many customer insights as we can. Thanks to Matik, we can now generate insights in bulk with little time or effort.

I like the graphics and data I'm able to get out of Matik. My customers love it as well! So easy to use and always SUPER INSIGHTFUL! The data helps me have great conversations with my customers.

None! I like this product a lot. Nothing is missing.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Matik delivers on the promise of making it easier to get personalized data in front of prospects and customers. The tool itself is very intuitive, and once you build out the data elements you want to be able to incorporate into various presentations, it's very easy for less-technical org leaders to generate content. The Matik team is highly invested in ensuring their customers' success on the tool -- super responsive throughout the (fast) onboarding process and weekly touchpoints since we've been live. We rolled out for our customer success organization and have quickly seen the value it can deliver to other teams as well (sales & onboarding)

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

I don't see any downsides at this point. If you can dedicate the time & resources to set it up properly, it will deliver value to your organization in spades.

Automated customer reporting (e.g. quarterly business reviews). Communication of our value to customers at scale.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Matik allows our organization to easily produce content that demonstrates value to our customers. Before using Matik, all data was bottlenecked through the analyst (myself), making it extremely time consuming to create data-driven content for our customers. As a result, it was difficult to show our entire customer base valuable data on a consistent cadence. With Matik, we can easily produce data-driven content for our customers within seconds instead of hours, which means we can reach many more customers with critical metrics that show the value of our organization.

There is not much about Matik I dislike.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated above, we previously had the problem of data and content bottlenecked in the hands of a few people. Matik has allowed us to put the data and content, like QBRs, in the hands of users in Matik, which means they can quickly generate presentations and send to more of our customers instead of taking hours of time to create one QBR.

The ability to build templates within Google Slides enables any user to build and create the basic Matik template. It allows end users to specify exactly what they want to see, and then have an admin implement it. The vision of what Nik and his team are creating is so strong. I see a world in which companies can use Matik both internally and externally to share data and insights in a scalable fashion. The team at Matik is strong and wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

As the product develops, the team is still improving the speed with which you can operate within the platform. As you can imagine, bringing so many disparate data sources into one place creates confusion about what data is what and how to manage the data in a way that any accessing admin can understand. In addition, they're building out bulk actions  (uploads, and potentially soon activities) which will decrease the amount of time one spends navigating around the platform to get the final result that you want.

**Recommendations to others considering Matik:**

I recommend your team use Matik with absolutely no hesitations. The product will ease the workload on admins and end users alike.

We're using Matik to save time in generating detailed customer data specific slides for EBRs that previous took over an hour to create.  We can easily build re-usable templates for the whole team that are integrated to pull data from our backend systems - and take our EBRs to another level. The ability to pull rich, relevant and specific customer data with ease enables deeper conversations while also saving me time to focus on my customers, rather than building slides.

I love how fast Matik is able to populate a deck. It is extremely user friendly and I have yet to run into an error. I have pulled decks from Matik numerous times and it has saved me countless hours and frustration!

I would really love being able to pull certain slides from different templates to customize my own deck. Right now we are only able to pull one template and if we want to have other slides from other templates, we would have to pull those separately.

I am saving so much time using Matik. I am able to easily get a deck in 6 minutes when before I was waiting 5-7 business days. If I have a last min meeting thrown on the calendar, I don't stress as much because pulling a deck from Matik is extremely fast and easy.

**What do you like best about Matik?**

Matik is very easy to use both for admins (people who create content templates) and end users (Sales/CS who downloads the templates) and saves us all a lot of time. The platform provides the option to connect to a variety of data sources, so we had flexibility with set-up. 
We had overwhelmingly positive response when piloting with our CS team - everyone was shocked at how quickly and easily they could pull a custom deck, saving them hours of time from having to build themselves. It was not difficult to prove value to our leadership team, as Matik met all of their requirements better than other slide automation solutions we had piloted.
The Matik team is quickly adding lots of features that will make the platform even better for our team so that they will be able to customize their decks and give feedback on the decks to the admin team. They also have excellent customer service, helping us set up our first templates and quickly responding whenever we needed additional support. They have potential to add a lot of new integrations to support better tracking with a CRM that will make the tool even more helpful.

Matik is still fairly new, so not all of the kinks are worked out yet, but the support team is always quick to help.

From the admin perspective, Matik helps us scale our storylines so that we can ensure consistent reporting to all of our clients and unlocks new ways to get data into the hands of our reps.

With Matik, we can easily customize content for different stages of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding decks to QBRs to account reviews. We are able to provide actionable insights and meaningfully engage more customers because we can create presentations in minutes instead of hours. Our team continues to find different ways to use Matik that make our lives easier!

The Matik team is also very responsive whenever we need help or have questions.

There's not much I dislike about the platform. It'd be nice to create my own versions of templates directly in Matik to reorder, add, or remove slides rather than doing that after the presentation is generated. It'd also be great to support multiple date ranges within one template, so you could show quarter over quarter (or year over year) change for the data points you are pulling in.

As an admin, it is easy to connect to data sources, upload templates, and start building dynamic content. The features and functionality allow for a streamlined experience without unnecessary extra steps. While the initial development can take some time, it sets you up to easily and flexibly create decks on the fly once you have a solid foundation of dynamic content.

As an end user, it's simple and intuitive. Pick your report, fill out your inputs, and get a deck. This saves a ton of time, and that time savings cannot be understated.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

While I know that Matik is evolving by the week, there are still a bunch of features that would help me do my job even more effectively. First, it would be great to provide end users with the ability to select individual slides. Second, I'd love the ability to connect to platforms like Salesforce in order to show which accounts/opportunities have gotten templates from Matik. And third, I'd like more automated guidance on what dynamic content and queries need optimization. This would help to inform areas for performance improvement, which helps the end users get their custom decks even more quickly.

If you want to save your organization time and money that is typically wasted on reporting then Matik is a great solution. It allows admins to easily create custom templates and end users to easily download them. There is a lot of work that need to happen in order to make the templates fully dynamic, but that time investment is quickly realized.

**What problems is Matik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Matik is helping to solve many problems:
1) Narrative adoption -- since our current process takes days, our Customer Success teams don't always have that much time to wait for a deck. As a result, they'll often produce it themselves, which is a very manual and time-consuming process.
2) Scaling service -- with Matik, you are able to produce reports quickly, which allows our Customer Success teams to provide high-touch support to the majority of their clients instead of a subset of
3) Minimizing reporting time -- Decks and reports are automated and on-demand, which saves our teams the manual work of producing decks themselves.

From an admin/producer perspective, Matik is giving us the flexibility and agility we need in order to make changes on the fly. It also will allow us to understand template adoption to see what's getting used, which will help us understand user-level and template-level adoption.

There were some small errors here and there when trying the new tool but Nik was always so quick to solve and answer all my questions. Other than the small errors, I really don't have any complaints.

TIME is #1!! I would spend too much time creating a business review for my customers -- I would have have to create + update all the charts, look at and compare all this data. Now Matik does it all for me! Now I get to present and schedules business reviews so much more because I'm no longer stressed out about creating the decks.

Matik makes it easy for us to create EBR decks at a scale that normally would have taken much longer to do and required much more tedium. It's easy to use and works basically as expected/hoped with few frills.

**What do you dislike about Matik?**

While I understand why it was done this way, it's pretty frustrating to have to replicate potentially massive queries only to change one or two characters. For instance, to get a limit 10 instead of limit 5, or order by ascending/descending. Moreover, tables aren't abstracted out like other stuff like params, so source table updates have to be replicated frequently. These two factors do make maintainability a bit more annoying.

Making EBR decks fast. We can send more out and spend less time making the decks and more time selling with them

Matik has saved me ample time when building out monthly reports & presentations for our customers. Previously, these decks would take 2 hours to build where now it takes 10 minutes. It's great that it automatically pulls in data and you can insert additional slides/edits if needed. It's easy to use and works quick which is what we need to get back to our customers.

Matik empowers teams to collaborate on one of the most impactful components of successful sales motions, which is presenting data driven narratives to customers. It is a forcing function for many cross functional teams (marketing, sales, sales operations, design, and product marketing) to work together and standardize messaging for go to market teams.

There's definitely a learning curve to the administrative components of Matik. Any savvy individual some SQL experience will have no problem, but for non technical  administrators, more resources are required.

Start with individual slides and pieces of content rather than large complex presentations.
