Will BIM 360 docs be able to share files outside the platform to user who aren't taking a license?

i mean about the use of the tool for evaluating drawings changes

Right now I use the Correspondence or the bidding - and create a new bid package, is this the best way to do this? I would like to get some feedback on others that do not have financials.

it takes more time sometimes to open the hosted revit model , which is big in file size.

Action items, project files, and email are helpful to access via the Cloud, will it extend to eventually replace Info Exchange?

I would like to have drawing upload automatically order new drawings to match the file order without having to rename each drawing separately which can be very tedious.

do they use from their private network. are they able to transfer file freely across.
