What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

RedTeam offers a streamlined platform for all project management needs. As a smaller company, it keeps everything in good order. There is a Support Team available via email / chat feature that can be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex?

The learning curve can be a little tricky. I miss the chat feature from Support Team - now sometimes getting a response can take 20+ minutes and the staff hasn't been as helpful since before Flex was rolled out. I did notice that the Help articles are a lot more detailed and helpful however and many times can find the answer myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great organizing tool"

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

I like that we are able to use the invoicing through redteam and connect it to our quickbooks. It has made paying invoices to contractors a lot easier. Integrating all the invoicing makes my job a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex?

There is nothing I necessarily dislike about redteam. One thing that's kind of weird is that if an invoice is committed through redteam, when it transfers over to quickbooks it puts the due date a year later, still not sure why that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

I like that for the most part RedTeam is a user friendly system. There aren't a ton of extras that are unecessary fluff. It is straight forward and does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex?

There are simple features that appear to be missing. The inability to delete certain things. The permissions sometimes don't seem to make sense. There are a few things that I find very frustrating about the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RedTeam Flex:

My favorite thing about RedTeam is probably the instant chat feature. Having someone immediately available to help is an irreplaceable feature. I haven't had this experience with any other software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RedTeam Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

The system is very user friendly. It's also easy to navigate the site when it comes to having multiple projects. If there is an issue Red Team is quick to ensure that it gets fixed for its users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the app it self had some for features for guys out on a site. Ways to search through plans, ways to do better daily reports. Need a way to be able to go back and update a daily if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

The package allows you to keep jobs very organized. It is very customizable. User interface (colors and layout) for the most part are very user friendly. We were using buildertrend prior to this and RT is an improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex?

Servers are terribly slow. Response time is so bad that sometimes you feel like maybe you forgot to click. Change orders need to use the import capability that estimates use. I would also like to see the ability to have multiple estimates for the same job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

RedTeam is a comprehensive, user-friendly construction software platform that provides all of the necessary tools that general contractors need to successfully manage their business, such as workflow management, collaboration features, financial management, reporting and analytics solutions. Developed and battle-tested by a commercial general contractor, the platform is contract concentric with a seamless implementation process to get customers up and running quickly. The customer service quick chat feature is a key value-add to highlight on the platform, as this allows customers to receive timely answers to their questions and find solutions efficiently. There is not much to dislike about RedTeam, certainly there are small improvements that can be made to the interface to improve overall usability and also additional features such as a to-do-list to assign and monitor tasks for employees and following up on daily progress. What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

I find RedTeam very user-friendly once you start using it. Anytime I seem to have a problem, it is easy to open a chat and get help from a RedTeam expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedTeam Flex?

The availability to chat with someone when a problem comes up. Redteam responds to issues right away and is able to get problems resolved quickly even in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Flex?

Accounting processes that need to be corrected. For example, when putting in invoices and we need to back track it, its a harder process when and issue comes up to reset the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
