I am receiving a lot of emails from Monday.com

What's the most efficient way or perhaps a sample of workflow that will help support PM's manage their projects with Coordinators by linking it to an existing backend or I supposed how other interior design companies use this

For example, is there a space to use Monday to suggest areas of improvement for other people in your organization?

I am trying to implement a database system within Monday. I'm using boards as tables in a DB. However, I still have some difficulties with the connections between the frames.

When using the content calendar they offer us newer colors for the channels and I want to be able to use those on the calendar view, something to consider!

We use Shopify as our retail system, and it would be great to have these 2 working alongside, also, getting the data from monday.com to a BI system as powerful as PowerBI would make our lives easier.

Sometimes is hard to be accurate with the registration of working hours.

I have multiple databases, but would love to be able to use them to their fullest. What are all the functionalities that I can use?

I know I can see the work on each board in 3 ways. The calendar view is handy, but the timeline view is what I think would benefit my team the most when it comes to showing the higher-ups the huge volume of work my small team is doing. Is there currently a good way in Monday to do that?

Debating how we could best use Monday as a CRM, and struggling to envision how we could take "board" environment and turn it into a CRM based tool :)

About the tasks

I'm looking for someone who can go beyond generic troubleshooting advice and learn the many use cases we're trying to use the platform for and then suggest solutions based on the current features.

I need to link boards / share board to a client but need a way that doesn't require sign up. Of course I can export as an excel but this wouldn't have live updates. Is this possible?

This morning I was on a client meeting when there was downtime and this was really awkward.

I know you can build custom apps on Monday, but the documentation is still small. Maybe there are better resources out there, but the idea sounds very promising.
