# When offering both an in-person and virtual experience, how do you forecast in-person attendance with reasonable accuracy?

35% or our in-person ticket holders opted not to attend in person and chose to watch the sessions online instead.  That resulted in overbuying of food, drinks and table linens.

In person is idéal, but when there is some problem to attend, virtual becomes very helpful.
