# What do I do when I want to deal with clients whom I work with within the same workspace?

I am struggling with multiple free versions of project management tools. The different parts of our team were all working with various tools, and ClickUp has been great at meeting everyone's needs, providing different ways to view projects and tasks, and making sure everyone is in the loop. We can use a lot of things on Clickup, but it might be overwhelming at times. The hardest part was to get the tool customized to my workflow. There are so many options and great features that can be used that I wanted to use them all. However, as is the case with many things, less is more and to keep it as simple as possible worked for me. This item could be better by connecting with more applications. Having the option to "send" an errand from my WhatsApp or messages to ClickUp, would be fabulous! There are occasional server slowdowns and bugs are everywhere.

Separate the clients in spaces. Them share just the spaces or the lists with them.
