The emails from my campaign pass the "spam filer" test but go unopened by many of my clients. Speaking with them, they check their spam folders and find the emails. I believe it is what it is, but does anyone have a proposed solution?

It would be really useful if there was a guide on how to make the most out of tagging and how to set conditions for each group based on pixel tracking and engagement level.

We have a Twilio account, and I recently learned that you could set up AC with Twilio to do SMS automation. I am curious to see how hard or straight forward this setup would be. Also, if anyone has any case studies, that too would be great to learn how others have untilitze.
