# How are you handling integrations in Netcore Customer Engagement Platform without heavy dev work?

Netcore Customer Engagement Platform has helped us centralize customer engagement, especially for customer segmentation and adding shoppable emails. The biggest challenge is integrations: the API docs make a lot possible, but building custom connections adds development cost, and more out-of-the-box integrations would help. How are others approaching integrations, and which prebuilt connectors do you wish were available?
