## About YFret
YFret is a voice commerce platform with built in &quot;real time&quot; personalization. The unique value proposition is that it profiles the user within 1/5th of a second and responds with the right products on a voice assistant (in-store kiosk or voice app on the phone) . The same personalization APIs are also available for the website or app, and for re-targeting the customer on multiple channels.

**What do you like best about YFret?**

YFret focuses on making conversations more human-like and enhancing their voice commerce feature. Some people have privacy concerns, but I personally have no issues with YFret. YFret is a platform that benefits businesses.

**What do you dislike about YFret?**

The size of their support team, which occasionally leads to delays in resolving issues. If they address areas for improvement before utilization.

**What problems is YFret solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With their AI-powered personalization tools, we have seen growth in sales and an increase in cart value. Thanks to Yfrets' contributions, our business is thriving.

**What do you like best about YFret?**

YFret is a voice compatible platform that brings the following benefits to the table:

1. It enables a rich voice interactive experience for the user. 
2. It provides good support to the websites/e-commerce platforms to drive up their sales. This is achieved owing to its unique features which make the website a user-friendly one.
3.  It has support for both mobiles via it's app and for desktops via a desktop application. It also has support for Windows if anyone wants to download their software. 
4. Every e-commerce platform wants to engage with its customers and drive up its sales. YFret allows them to achieve this as it maps the incoming user to their domain of products that they are more likely to purchase. 
5. The above advantage and unique feature allows the website owners to customize and tailor the products to a user's likeable domain. This in turns boosts up the website's activities and to some extent increases the revenue.

**What do you dislike about YFret?**

The following are some of the points that I feel can be improved - 

1. It has no support for MAC operating system. I believe they are in the development phase for this and we can see the same being launched shortly. 
2. There is no free trial for this. They can attract more visitors/buyers if they launch a free trial with a money-back guarantee if the user does not want to retain the membership.
3. Their support team is limited. They don't have LIVE support I guess. In today's era, a live chatbot is a must for any business that goes online. They can definitely improve on this front.

**Recommendations to others considering YFret:**

Please go for it. You can discuss the packages, charges and pick up the plan most suitable for you. Their support team though limited is good at it. They will always be available for your support.
You can follow lots of available reviews on online channels to get an answer to your queries. I feel and believe that you won't regret using this voice personalization tool. It would definitely add much-needed support to your business.

**What problems is YFret solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have recommended YFret to my friend who has gone online with his business. I feel he will be able to drive up his sales. 
Also, being a tech guy, I realize the importance of APIs that are available. YFret scores on that front. 
Online business has gone very competitive nowadays; Everyone wants to score over others. There are many ways to achieve this - Rolling out sale offers, using cutting-edge technologies to make the website more user-friendly and rich interactive experience. YFRET scores on the last point.

**What do you like best about YFret?**

Any customer-facing business will have to connect with the customer and profile them for something that the customer wants, even before the customer knows that he/she wants it. I think that would be wise to say that's where YFret comes in and it allows and assists the businesses for marketing the products to the customers, profile them for the type of products and type of customer that they are, it allows the integration on the website, voice search, kiosk and gets in further touch with the customers. So all in all, it lists all customers and potential customers for the businesses.

**What do you dislike about YFret?**

The limitations of the application can be well thought of as a limitation which we can have with interactive and voice commerce platforms which are: Need the conversations to be more human, Lot of work to do on the recommendations to businesses and customers, people not trusting the application and its findings, there are privacy concerns relating to what the business and applications store and how they use that data and finally there will be some specified language it works well in.

YFret assists the customer-facing business to follow up with existing customers and it a great deal for those on the lookout for a tool that works on the website, voice search, kiosk and profiles them and get in touch with the customers. It is a great tool for marketing and has got a trial period beyond which it is paid business.

**What problems is YFret solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YFret allows the business to get back to the customers with what they want or could potentially want and it assists businesses with marketing and there are options such as voice, website, app, and others to have this conversation and assistance in. Thus the potential and repeated customers are a boon and if you know the customer requirements you can have them fulfilled.

**What do you like best about YFret?**

YFret is a great Approach where we can interact with the System Available in the shopping complex with the introduction of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to enhance the shopping experince. For example, If a person is shopping and he wanted to find out the other matching stuff for himself  then he can interact through voice with the system and system will show the best option available for him.

**What do you dislike about YFret?**

As Yfret works on electronic gadgets so in case of powerfailure there can be a little problem.

**What problems is YFret solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will Simplify the user experience of shopping and it is a contactless service. It Will reduced Manpower.

The voice commerce feature for customer is not very interactive and still needs fixing.

It is a great product but I would say companies should wait for some time to use this product as I can see improvement scope which they are also implementing

As it is cloud-based ecommerce personalization solution, it can help for managing product recommendation on online ecommerce platform. Primarily it can be used for targeting customers woth personalized digital experience.

I dont find anything which i dislike about YFret. But they can try to provide more options or channels to contact them

The e-commerce platform includes all necessary functionalities such as a catalog, inventory, and order management, meeting market standards. Customizations were completed in a short timeframe. Ultimately, the site launched with excellent features to compete with other platforms.

the data segregation and accordingly the notification going to different sets of people. This increases the probability of people buying from my website.They are always ready to take up new projects after discussion with us and find a solution to it

not any thing in specific as they are always ready to lend cooperation and advise once we discuss a project with them

Visibility of my brand PAN India, as Tiekart is an online store. Reaching to people in different segments basis their history , which ensure better impact on the customer

**What do you like best about YFret?**

The auto triggered abandon-cart emails and SMSes have helped reduce the abandoned carts by 30% and the web widgets on are doing a great job on cross selling or suggesting alternatives. SMSes with deep linking help with better analysis on conversion via SMS

**What do you dislike about YFret?**

The number of clicks required to do a particular activity or campaign needs to be reduced.

**Recommendations to others considering YFret:**

Yfret is a bouquet of marketing automation services with a very dedicated team working on enhancing the  utility and usability of the solution on regular roll-outs. The team is very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is YFret solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Engagement via regular catalogue updates and whats trending at the store and Increasing Cart Value by suggesting what other bought with the product or suggesting alternatives when an item is out of stock.
