After implementing Avanan, we still see messages delivered to Junk Email by Microsoft EOP. We want to disable or bypass EOP and rely on the Avanan filters alone.

We receive several thousands of emails per day.
The quarantine folders are quite big. We are looking a way to improve the filtering but despite the many rules we have configured, there are still lots of quarantined emails, and false positives too.
I would love a kind of AI in proofpoint :)

Currently users get a spam digest when they get an email in quarantined and as admin I have to release to them, we are exploring how best to allow the users safely release the email to their inbox themselves to ensure they receive the emails in a timely manner.
