I understand it as being on a subscription basis. For my industry it looks like there is fewer than 2000 leads so I was wondering if you can just build and buy a specific list.
I can't put a screenshot of it in this box, but directly under the welcome back Wayne Hook at the search box can barely be seen because of being hidden behind the banner. I have tried everything I know of to reduce the size of the banner to no avail.

Right now I don't have a way to set up the phone number structure to match my salesforce. This could be updated with the "advanced" filter in the admin mapping section.
