# How do I find someone who does not immediately come up in the suggested search options?

Some profiles don't immediately populate under the search bar because they are at smaller companies

If you know the contact you may ask the DiscoverOrg team to research the individual and they may or may not find the contact information. Also, there are two types of research available Research Verified and Technology Generated. sometimes you find direct contact in the Technology Generated section sometimes you don't

First start by searching the company to make sure they are in the database.  Then work through the Org chart.  Companies are always moving employees in and out.  The Org chart will get you to the contact that you are looking for.  If that specific person is not in the Org chart depending on your subscription, you can submit a form for Discoverorg to find that persons information.  I also recommend the Discoverorg Chrome extension.  While you are in Linkedin it will populate customer contact information if it is in your Discoverorg purchased data.

Best way that I've found is to supplement DiscoverOrg with LinkedIn.

If you're looking for a specific person and they don't pop up in DiscoverOrg, you can search LinkedIn, find where they work, then search the company in DiscoverOrg and do a ctrl+f on the org charts to see if they pop up.

There is no search results page that I've found.
