- Large organizations may get different answers when calling support for the same issue. This is due to Lightspeed being so flexible as there are many ways to accomplish the same task. This can prove to be difficult for retailers with more than a handful of locations and staff as accounting data or inventory tracking can be done differently causing issues. It is best to streamline all company requests to Lightspeed through a single staff member to make sure proper processes are followed so data is treated consistently, and unfortunately Lightspeed has no way to offer specific process support regarding your company needs individually.
