## Google Classroom Reviews
  ### 1. A More Efficient Classroom with Google Classroom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie R. | Resource Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

What I like best about Google Classroom is that it's simple and easy to use. It works smoothly with other Google apps like Docs, and it runs reliably during daily classroom use. This helps me organize assignments and support different learning needs. I particularly like the extra features for streamlining grading and communication. I don't know about the pricing as it's used across our school campuses, but it's easy for both teachers and students to learn, and has helpful support and onboarding resources. Google Classroom helps me be a more effective and efficient teacher.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One challenge I’ve experienced with Google Classroom is that “shared” documents are not always sent to students through email notifications. This can create confusion because the system’s communication features are not always consistent. As a result, some students miss assignments or do not realize materials have been posted, which affects their ability to stay on track. While the platform integrates well with Google Docs, clearer guidance about notifications would help reduce these issues. Improving notification reliability would make Google Classroom more effective for both teachers and students.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Google Classroom, we struggled with students losing directions or missing due dates, and a lot of time spent re-explaining or re-sharing materials. After implementation, we can post all assignments and resources in one central place that students can access anytime. I also spend less time (about 20–30 minutes per class period) reissuing directions or answering repeated questions, and feedback is now quicker and more consistent through digital submission and commenting tools. Overall, this has improved student accountability and allowed more instructional time for support and differentiation.

  ### 2. Easy, Organized Way to Run and Share Online Training in Google Classroom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

As a salesforce developer and trainer I use Google classroom to manage and delivedr online salesforce training session for my students What i like most is how easy it to share study material assignment, meeting links , and announcement in one place/. The interface is simple for both trainer and students which makes managing classes and communication much more organized and convenient

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One thing i dislike about google classroom is that some advance customization and reporting feature is limited as compared to dedicated learning management system. Managing large number of assignment can also feel repeatitive at times

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me manage online salesforce training session more efficiently by keeping assignment, notes, class updates and student communication organized in one platform. This benefit me by saving time and improving co ordination with my students and making the learning process smoother and more structured

  ### 3. Google Classroom: Pros, Cons, Student View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pratyush K. | Student, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

It is easy to use with a beautiful UI. My college professors have been using it for years to share study materials and assignments and it is very helpful to them also. For the pricing part it is mostly free to use. The help and support feature is also very active and solves my queries in a very short time. The overall performance is quite fast and smooth whether it be project submission or notifications for deadlines. The integration with other tools is also quite good and provides a smooth transition.
Use of AI has also improved the efficieny in the past few years

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It offers limited customization options.
Once joined the classroom i cant find the classroom code to share that is only available to the teacher. It is mostly tied up with google so non google users might face difficulty. It lacks features line live quizzes, progress tracking. Live interaction is weak due to not build in chat option.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom solves issues like scattered assignments, poor communication, lost homework, and grading overload by centralizing materials, enabling quick announcements/comments, tracking submissions in real-time, and streamlining feedback via Google tools.
It fills the gap between teachers and students.

Before using Google Classroom teachers struggled with sharing notes and pyq with each student but now he can share it in one place for all students.

  ### 4. Connects Students and Teachers Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diwakar k. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I really like Google Classroom's feature of connecting directly with teachers. It's convenient to receive notices or assignments without having to rely on groups like WhatsApp. I appreciate how teachers can give us assignments, presentations, and report writing tasks through it. I also find the feature of submitting work and receiving notifications about due dates very useful. The initial setup was very easy since we just had to log in through the college mail ID and join the classroom by the links given by teachers.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It should add a feature that lets us connect with our classroom friends as well.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teachers can create a digital classroom for our class where we can submit our assignments from home without having to visit the college. They can also grade us based on what we submit.

  ### 5. Efficient Content Sharing and Coordination Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

What I like most about Google Classroom is how it simplifies communication and content sharing in a structured way. From my professional perspective, where I’m used to handling technical documentation and coordinating tasks, the platform feels very intuitive for organising information and keeping everything in one place.
It makes it easy to distribute materials, share updates, and track progress without confusion. The integration with Google Drive is especially helpful, as it allows quick access to documents and ensures that everyone is working on the latest version. This is quite similar to how we manage design documents and revisions in engineering workflows.
Another aspect I appreciate is its simplicity there’s no steep learning curve, and it works reliably even for users who are not very technical. While it may not have advanced workflow or customisation features, for structured communication and content management, it does the job efficiently and keeps things organised.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One limitation I’ve noticed with Google Classroom is that it works well for basic organization and communication, but it lacks depth when it comes to handling more structured or complex workflows. From a professional standpoint, where tracking revisions, managing multiple dependencies, and maintaining detailed documentation are important, the platform feels a bit limited.

For example, there is minimal support for advanced tracking or version control compared to tools used in engineering or project environments. Managing large volumes of content over time can also become slightly difficult, as navigation and categorization options are not very flexible.

While it performs reliably for its intended purpose, it doesn’t fully support more detailed process management or customisation needs that are often required in professional or technical workflows.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom mainly solves the problem of scattered communication and unorganized content sharing. In many cases, information gets distributed across emails, chats, and different storage platforms, which makes it difficult to track updates or find the right document at the right time. Google Classroom brings everything into a single structured space where materials, assignments, and updates are organised clearly.
From my perspective, this is quite beneficial because it creates a workflow similar to how we manage design documentation and updates in engineering environments. Having all files linked with Google Drive ensures that the latest version is always accessible, reducing confusion and avoiding duplication. It also makes tracking progress straightforward, as tasks and submissions are visible in one place.
Another key benefit is improved coordination. Whether it’s sharing guidelines, reviewing work, or providing feedback, everything happens within the same platform, which reduces dependency on multiple tools. This saves time and keeps communication clear and consistent.

  ### 6. Seamless Google Workspace Integration That Keeps Classes Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ASHISH K. | Student, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Google Classroom best feature is its seamless integration with the Google Workplace ecosystem. It transform chaotic file sharing into an organized digital hub. I especially appreciate the automated folder structure in Drive which keeps assignments tidy and the real time feedback loop. It simplifies the bridige between teaching and learning making collaboration feel intutive rather than a chore

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Google Classroom biggest drawback is its limited customization for advance grading and complex course structure. It lacks the robust analytics and reporting tools in full scale LMS platforms like Canvas. Additionally the notification system can feel overwhelming and the interface while clean occasionally feels too simplistic for managing high level professional or university grade administrative workflows.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom solves the chaos of paper b ased logistics by digitizing the entire assignment lifecycle. It eliminates physcial submission hurdels and lost documnets through its centralized cloud stroage. For me these means a streamlined workflow where coursework, lab reports, and projects stay organized in one place, allowing you to focus on coding and learning rather than adminisatrative clutter.

  ### 7. Google Classroom Keeping things sorted

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Basically i use google classroom to support the teachers in managing online classes , assignments and students management mostly in the institute. like many a times the teachers are not tech savy, so i also help them out.
onboarding is easy.
the best thing is that all the classroom's announcement , notes sharing or taking student assignments/project is all under one shed.
Like in normal chat groups , the issue is their of finding all important messages is not there in google classroom the students can find easily .

Also submission and grading is super easy.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It is often difficult to track file changes and view the deletion history for files, assignments, etc. uploaded by students. The biggest issue is classroom data management: it creates a folder in Drive, and when multiple students submit multiple assignments or PPTs, it quickly becomes messy. Since I’m on the implementation team, this ends up increasing unnecessary workload.

Apart from that, there is no direct link to host classes, it has to be done using other apps..

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google classroom has helped our institute manage the learning ecosystem very easily and efficiently. Students and teachers can find all the related subject wise or even standard wise data effortlessly.
all announcement and student submission are easily able to manage.

  ### 8. All-in-One Assignments and Materials with Seamless Google Drive Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Most useful is its ability to access assignments, study materials and announcements features that can be grouped up in one place. Easily access to student. Teachers can share resources instantly and students can submut work without any hassle. Accessing and integration with google drive and docs is seamless and saves a lot of time. Resources, notes etc can be grouped up in one place and is easily accessible to students and it is free. Performance vise it is efficient for college students a lot i have personally used the app.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Sometimes the integration can be quite basic sometimes. the theme of the app is basic too could be little fun. It lacks advanced features like built-in video calling/ meet features, interactive quizzes. Notifications are sometimes delayed too and the mobile app can be slow sometimes. Most importantly it lacks offline access, which makes it difficult to use without the internet.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since i am a student so it helps me to manage my assignments and study material easily and in one place. Earlier teachers used to share material via whastapp / email/offline mode which was disorganized sometimes. With google classroom everything is structured, deadlines are cleared nd i sometimes get a notification too and i can add it in google calendar for reminder and i dont miss my deadlines anymore. It has supported me by saving my time.

  ### 9. Organized, Stress-Free Assignments with Clear Submissions and Drive Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trijita G. | Data partner , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

What I appreciated most was how organized everything felt during such a chaotic time. During lockdown, when so much was uncertain, having a single place where all assignments, deadlines, and announcements were posted really helped reduce my stress. I especially remember internal exams: the instructions were shared clearly in Classroom, and submissions were timestamped, so there was no confusion like, “I submitted, but it didn’t reach.” That kind of transparency prevented a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth and helped avoid disputes. The Drive integration was also a lifesaver. All the subject materials were automatically stored in folders, so when semester exams came around, I didn’t have to dig through WhatsApp groups to find notes.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One downside is that it can feel a bit basic. Customization options are limited, and when several professors post assignments around the same time, the dashboard can start to look a little cluttered. Notifications can also get overwhelming if you’re enrolled in a lot of courses. At times, I’d receive multiple email alerts back-to-back, which made it harder to sort out what was actually urgent.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I appreciated most was how organized everything felt during such a chaotic time. During lockdown, when so much was uncertain, having a single place where all assignments, deadlines, and announcements were posted really helped reduce my stress. I especially remember internal exams: the instructions were shared clearly in Classroom, and submissions were timestamped, so there was no room for the usual “I submitted but it didn’t reach” confusion. That kind of transparency prevented a lot of unnecessary disputes. The Drive integration was also a lifesaver. All the subject materials were automatically stored in folders, so when semester exams came around, I didn’t have to dig through WhatsApp groups trying to find notes.

  ### 10. Easy-to-Use Classroom Tool with Great UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ananya A. | SIO, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

We can use it effectively, especially in today’s digital world where students don’t want to attend offline classes. It has a good UI and can be used very easily by anyone. It performs well every day, and we can send notes and assignments to anyone without any hassle. I used the free version, and I don’t feel there’s any need to purchase a monthly or yearly plan. Their support is awesome as well, because they respond very quickly. Once I had an issue with some bugs, and they helped solve it immediately. I don’t think they have integrated AI yet, because I haven’t seen it so far, but I think they will integrate it in the future.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Sometimes bugs can cause big trouble, and sometimes it doesn’t load properly. Once, students wanted to submit an assignment, but it didn’t allow them to submit on time. The deadline passed, and they lost marks because of Classroom, which is definitely not good.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the problem of creating groups to send an assignment or anything, as it send resources effectively to everyone who has joined the classroom . It has made a real classroom digital and it is extremely good

  ### 11. Good platform for organization, lacks some advanced features overall

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matias E. | R.P.A developer (junior), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

What I like most about Google Classroom is how simple it is to navigate, even with limited use. The interface is clean and well organized, making it easy to access shared materials and assignments. It keeps everything structured in one place, which helps reduce confusion when reviewing content.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

What I like least is that customization options feel somewhat limited. From my experience, organizing content beyond the basic structure can be restrictive. It works well for simple use cases, but users needing more flexibility may find it somewhat constrained.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing shared materials and instructions required multiple tools, which made things harder to follow. Google Classroom helps centralize content and communication in one place. Even with occasional use, this makes it easier to stay organized and reduces the time spent searching for information.

  ### 12. Everything Organized in One Place for Staying on Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SOHAIB I. | Python Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

As a student, I liked how everything was organized in one place with assignments, announcements, and deadlines, making it easy to stay on track and never miss any work.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

I disliked how the interface could feel cluttered when multiple classes posted frequently, making it harder to track important updates. It also lacked flexibility in organizing tasks, and real time interaction with teachers or classmates was limited compared to other platforms.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom solved the problem of scattered communication and disorganized coursework by bringing assignments, instructions, and announcements into one centralized platform. This benefited me by reducing confusion, saving time, and helping me manage deadlines more effectively since everything I needed for each class was accessible in one place.

  ### 13. Easy Differentiation and Seamless Integrations for Student Assignments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky H. | School Librarian/Computer Lab Teacher, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I love that there is the option to post to individual students, so you can easily differentiate the different assignments. I also love how you can allow students to view slideshows or get a copy of their own. I love how it integrates with various other websites. Finally, I love that students can easily view their assignments.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

I wish it would allow the teacher to remain professional, as in let it say "Ms. Harrill posted" instead of "Becky Harrill posted".

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of me having to make a copy of the assignment for each student and email them all individually when the assignment is ready. I also don't have to post the slideshow on the board for everyone to see it; I can post it as view only in Google Classroom.

  ### 14. Easy-to-Use Hub for Organized Online Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitesh K. | User, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

Google Classroom is very easy to use and helps keep all assignments, notes, and class updates in one place. I like its simple interface, quick file sharing, and smooth integration with Google Drive and Meet, which makes online learning more organized and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Google Classroom is easy to use, but sometimes notifications are delayed and the interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing multiple assignments and classes.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with managing assignments and communication across different apps, which caused confusion and missed deadlines. After using Google Classroom, everything became organized in one place. Now assignments, notes, and updates are easy to access, saving time and improving productivity by around 30%.

  ### 15. Seamless Classroom Management, Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas B. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I like how Google Classroom integrates and can gather all the students together in the class, making announcements easy because everyone just gets it. When students submit assignments, I know it's from them, which is helpful. I also enjoy how Google Classroom has different cooperation with other websites or applications, like code.org and TypingClub, which is really super helpful. The setup is very easy and user-friendly, requiring only to put in email addresses and ask students to check their email. It's very useful, especially for submitting assignments.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Yes. So, basically, when I'm connect in Google Classroom to code.org, and then when I click send to Google Classroom, it wasn't sent well. So, basically, I don't know where does it go. I'm also not sure how can it be such as, like, is it because I'm used like, Microsoft browser, or is it have to be integrated with Google Cloud? Chrome or something? Oh, it's not really connected well. So I'm not really sure, but the only thing is the help.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom for giving and collecting assignments, sharing designs, and making announcements. It integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Forms, Excel, and Canva, making it easy for students to submit documents or join classes.

  ### 16. Efficient, User-Friendly, and Integrated Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha A. | Student, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I really like Google Classroom because it's very simple to use. Its efficient execution interface minimizes cognitive load, allowing me to focus on my coursework rather than learning how to use the tools. It also gives me reminders of approaching deadlines, manages my due dates, submission status, and files. I can directly receive my teacher's feedback. Compared to other platforms I've used, it's much better. The initial setup was very easy, requiring minimum onboarding with zero technical learning cost. I use it with Google Docs, which helps me integrate and create assignments, collaborate on documents, submit work, attend classes, and receive feedback all in one connected workflow.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

While Google Classroom is efficient, I find it has some structural and UX limitations. The advanced organization control could be better, like the tagging system, which I feel could be limited or removed. Also, having more filtering options for assignments and other items would be a helpful improvement.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom as a central hub for accessing materials, submitting assignments, and tracking deadlines. It eliminates the need for multiple tools by consolidating everything into one tab, reducing my dependency on emails and other platforms.

  ### 17. Seamless Teaching Experience with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis D. | Education Consultant, Digital Services and AI Integration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I find Google Classroom to be an extremely intuitive program that's easy to use for most users, including teachers, administrators, and students, even if they aren't technology savvy. It works well and is part of the Google Suite, which helps because most people are familiar with Google services. When there is a problem, Google typically fixes it within one to two hours, which is reassuring. Setting it up is extremely easy, even for first-time users, and I would rate the difficulty of the setup quite low. I also love its features and how it continues to grow, allowing new ideas and potentially more extensions to explore. It's a well-known brand and I think it works quite well.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

The most challenging part about using Google Classroom is that there is not a separate login for parents to look at it as well as students. So in order for a parent or guardian to look at a student's Google Classroom, they pretty much need to have the student log in for them. I realized there is some sort of way for guardians to sort of observe what's going on in there, but it's not been very effective the last couple of years. So that needs to be enhanced or completely changed.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom to distribute materials simultaneously, create groups, track assignments, and post resources. It simplifies grading and peer reviews, eliminating the need for students to search online.

  ### 18. An App which is the ultimate need for any Student!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jai P. | Member - InfoSec Wing, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

it is one of the most good-quality app in the market. the most loved feature is its smoothness, easy availability of features, its engaging UI, its integrations with Google AI, and most importantly its customer support refined with google.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One thing i don’t like about Google Classroom is that it can feel a bit confusing and cluttered at times.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

whenever i need to explain something(or to share a resource) to my clients/students, i do make a classroom (flexible and easy to make), this app really helps me doing so. it literally takes no time and helps me by using its conference and meeting features aswell

  ### 19. Efficient School Tool, But Needs Smoother Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** prince r. | Student / learner, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I like that Google Classroom keeps everything in one place, making it easy to find things. Submitting homework is quick, so there's no need to worry about losing papers. The simple design isn't hard to use, so it's understandable. The virtual classroom stream arranges announcements, topics, and due dates, making it easy to track everything. The turn-in option with Google Docs or Drive saves time and solves paper problems. It's easy for teachers and students to communicate, and the initial setup was not too difficult. With just a Google account and classroom code, it's quite simple to join classes in a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Sometimes, Google Classroom shows open and lags, especially on the phone, and notifications could come late, so I missed some deadlines. Also, it needs a better search option—it's hard to find all old work sometimes. Can be difficult.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom keeps all homework and notes in one place, saving me from using paper and reducing confusion about deadlines. It allows easy communication with teachers and quick homework submissions, helping me stay organized.

  ### 20. Easy to Start, Clean Interface, and Great Google Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Getting started is very easy, you just need a class code or link to join the classroom. The interface is very simple and clean. Everything is clearly organized which helps in keeping track of things easily. The integration with other tools is the best thing as it is connected with google docs, google meet, google drive and Gmail. It's pretty reliable in terms of performance too. Since it is free to use, I don't have to worry about paying for subscription.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It is great for basic tasks, there is no detailed analytics or tracking of student performance in the software. Sometimes, the notifications stop appearing. You also need to have the complete google ecosystem to work seamlessly.
The AI features are also very limited in it.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google classroom became handy during lockdown and came like a life savior in everyone's life. There's no mess of any study material, Everything is clearly organized in it.
It gets very difficult to track updates but classroom arranges assignments, announcements or any update in a single tab. The integration with the apps of the ecosystem also works very smoothly

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I love how Google Classroom simplifies and organizes the teaching process. It makes managing assignments, sharing study material, and keeping communication between students and teachers organized. I appreciate how it eliminates scattered communication and improves the clarity of instructions. The integration of Stream + Classwork is particularly useful, as is the ability to reuse and schedule tasks. It's fantastic that it's paperless and eco-friendly, and the real-time communication features are spot on. Reducing manual effort and making teaching smoother is a real plus for me. The initial setup was very easy, and I needed minimal training for students and teachers.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Notification inconsistency can make us miss important events. Want deeper analytical analysis for student performance. Offline access for assessments and assignments is needed. There should be better parent visibility on student performance. Customizable dashboards would make it more flexible.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 22. Facilitates Class Discussions but Needs Better Layout

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Husnain A. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I like using Google Classroom for my course at the University of Sarajevo because it provides a platform to easily get notified by our professor about class timings and new course materials like slides, handouts, or notes. I really appreciate the ability for chat-based collective discussion on course-related problems or questions using the class comment box where all students can discuss and solve problems together. Additionally, I find the to-do list feature useful for easily viewing my pending assignments.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

I think the layout of the app could be improved a lot and made so that the app has sections for every week. The layout should have multiple configuration options like tile based viewing, week based, and class based where contents of each class are separately displayed.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom for sharing course materials like slides and notes, getting notifications from the professor, and facilitating discussions through class comments.

  ### 23. Streamlined by Design: Drive just Works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Rather than digging through folders or recreating materials, I can pull files straight from Drive into an assignment in just seconds. That small detail by itself saves me hours every week, especially when I’m juggling multiple classes at once.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

The Classwork page only supports topics and a single, linear stream of posts. There isn’t any way to create subfolders, color-code units, or visually group related materials.

As a course grows over the year, older units quickly get buried. I end up spending too much time scrolling through the list or constantly reordering posts just to keep everything easy to find.

It would help a lot to add collapsible folders, color labels, and a “pin to top” option for key resources.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom brings assignments, communication, and grading together in one place, which reduces the chaos of juggling multiple tools. By automating routine tasks like distributing materials and tracking submissions, it saves time and mental energy, letting me focus more on teaching and less on administrative work

  ### 24. Simplifies Student Engagement, Needs Better Announcement Management

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom helps me reach students easily, notify them, and share resources. It's easier to use, making it simple to add resources and write announcements.

  ### 25. Simple Integration with Google Workspace, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil B. | ISO Implementation and Process Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I appreciate that Google Classroom is fairly simple to use and integrates well into Google Workspace, which we are based on. It's beneficial that we can add 'students' to our Workspace, and they are automatically allowed access, making communication easy.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Sometimes the integration with other services, like Wordwall, is not too simple. Pulling results can be a bit tricky and inconsistent, requiring refreshes. There's a consistent need to sign in again, which is an issue. Importing a Google group for students didn't work, which was tricky during setup.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom to ensure only our workspace accounts can submit, making it easy to control access and communicate. It's simple to use, integrates with Google Workspace, and allows automatic student access. However, integration with other services and result retrieval can be tricky.

This allows me to upload my curriculum and categorize and organize it well before I need it. It is set up for students who use computers or tablets but also allows for paper and pencil by simply printing the necessary forms.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Google works with most, but not all the applications that I use for teaching. Changing an assignment from assigned to a draft is very difficult and laborious. Since I use many of my tasks for different classes I have to do this often.

**Recommendations to others considering Google Classroom:**

it is worth it

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

It’s a free product that helps me save money for other things my daughter needs for school.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

No options to customize the look and feel of your Classroom.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been struggling to find a good place to document my child’s schoolwork for homeschooling, and it’s been a real challenge for me. I’ve tried to get organized, but without a reliable spot to keep everything in one place, it’s been harder than it should be.
