I find Google Classroom to be an extremely intuitive program that's easy to use for most users, including teachers, administrators, and students, even if they aren't technology savvy. It works well and is part of the Google Suite, which helps because most people are familiar with Google services. When there is a problem, Google typically fixes it within one to two hours, which is reassuring. Setting it up is extremely easy, even for first-time users, and I would rate the difficulty of the setup quite low. I also love its features and how it continues to grow, allowing new ideas and potentially more extensions to explore. It's a well-known brand and I think it works quite well. The most challenging part about using Google Classroom is that there is not a separate login for parents to look at it as well as students. So in order for a parent or guardian to look at a student's Google Classroom, they pretty much need to have the student log in for them. I realized there is some sort of way for guardians to sort of observe what's going on in there, but it's not been very effective the last couple of years. So that needs to be enhanced or completely changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
