“Agentforce 360 Platform: Integrated ecosystem that drives automation and productivity”
What do you like best about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

What I like most about the Agentforce 360 Platform is that everything is very interconnected in one place. Data, automations, and now AI agents work together in a well-integrated way, which makes day-to-day work much easier. I also find it interesting how the platform allows you to automate more complex processes, not just simple tasks. This ultimately leads to real productivity gains. Another strong point is that it leverages the entire Salesforce ecosystem, so you don't need to rebuild everything from scratch to evolve with AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

What I don't like about the Agentforce 360 Platform are some of the lighter day-to-day aspects.

First, at times the configuration can be a bit confusing, especially for those who are not very familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem. Second, depending on the volume of automations and customizations, management and organization can become a bit complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Agentforce 360 Platform has greatly helped to solve the need to develop and automate processes more quickly, without relying so heavily on traditional development. Previously, many demands took longer to implement and required greater technical effort. With the platform, we were able to create applications and automations more quickly, using low-code resources, which significantly accelerated deliveries. Furthermore, integration with data and other Salesforce products greatly facilitates the construction of more complete solutions. This has brought more productivity to the team, reduced the implementation time of new demands, and provided more flexibility to evolve processes as needed by the business. “Serverless, Cost-Effective Performance Testing with AWS Lambda”
What do you like best about AWS Lambda?

It’s serverless, so we don’t have to worry about managing servers—AWS handles that for us. We use AWS Lamda for running our performance tests, we don't have to keep server running, whenever we need we can spin up and run the tests for API's, good for short running tasks. Easy to maintain and integrate it from command line. Price wise also we don't spend much since it's costing us for what we run. Later to trouble shoot issues, we cna go to UI and check the aws cloudwatch logs, AI can help as well if we want are trougble shooting something specific, and onboarding same process for other env is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Lambda?

I wish it could support more than 15 minutes; if they could extend it to 30 minutes, that would be great. Also, it takes a while to bootstrap and start running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Lambda solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use AWS Lambda to run our performance tests, which is very important because our app has been live for 5 years and customers use it every day. Every quarter, we run performance tests to make sure our APIs meet our SLA metrics. AWS Lambda is very helpful for getting these stats and covering this scenario for us. “The Best WordPress Hosting We’ve Worked With — By Far”
What do you like best about Kinsta?

At Nikgu Solutions (nikgu.com), operating across Costa Rica and the United States, we’ve worked with multiple hosting providers over the years — and Kinsta stands out as the best WordPress hosting solution we’ve used.

Performance is consistently strong — fast load times, high stability, and an infrastructure built to handle real business demands. It’s clearly designed for scalability, which is critical when managing client projects that cannot afford downtime or performance issues.

What truly sets Kinsta apart is their support. Their team is fast, highly technical, and actually solves problems. There’s no back-and-forth or generic responses — they understand the issue and take action. That alone saves significant operational time.

In a market where many providers overpromise and underdeliver, Kinsta delivers. For any serious WordPress business, this is not just a hosting choice — it’s a strategic advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kinsta?

The only downside is pricing. Kinsta is more expensive compared to many other hosting providers. However, considering the performance, reliability, and level of support, the cost is justified for serious projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kinsta solves the core problems of performance, reliability, and technical uncertainty in WordPress hosting. It removes the constant worry about site speed, downtime, and server issues.

For us, this translates into confidence — both internally and for our clients. We know that every website is running in a secure, stable, and efficient environment, which allows us to focus on growth, optimization, and delivering results instead of dealing with infrastructure problems. “An amazing Developer Experience!”
What do you like best about Koyeb?

The Developer Experience on Koyeb is just amazing! I love using it, everything just works! 🙌

It's really a nice platform to use and as a developer it's my go to! Instead of having to struggle with AWS for example, I can just use Koyeb and deploy my AI apps in different parts of the world.

Also, the CLI is really nice and actually useful! It's so easy to read the logs for example when you make a mistake in your app!

Did I also talk about how pretty it is?! I love the design! 💙

The team is also very responsive if you are wondering how to do something with Koyeb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Vercel makes shipping modern web apps ridiculously smooth”
What do you like best about Vercel?

What I like most about Vercel is how simple it makes the entire deployment workflow. You push code, get a live deployment quickly, and can validate changes in preview environments without a lot of extra setup. It feels especially polished for frontend-heavy projects and for teams that want to move fast.

I also appreciate that performance and visibility are built into the platform. Having analytics, speed insights, logs, and deployment details all in one place makes it much easier to spot issues early and keep improving the product without having to juggle a bunch of separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vercel?

What I don’t like is that as a project grows, pricing and usage can start to feel a bit less predictable. Also, if you need very custom control over your infrastructure, Vercel can feel more opinionated than a fully self managed setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vercel addresses slow deployment workflows, complex infrastructure setup, and limited visibility into frontend performance. It gives me a quicker, simpler way to deploy projects, share preview links for testing, and monitor performance and reliability without having to stitch together multiple tools. The biggest benefit for me is being able to move faster with less operational overhead, which is especially helpful when I’m building and iterating quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fast, Intuitive Dashboard for Managing Multiple Servers Efficiently”
What do you like best about Cloudways?

Cloudways has been helping me run my blog related to automobile industry since January 2026. It’s fast, easy to use dashboard, renders the images optimally within milliseconds.

I have been using Digital Ocean basic server, but surely upgrade to a more powerful server in the future, as the size of the blog grows over time. It’s really amazing to see all the prominent web servers in one dashboard - AWS, Google Cloud, Vultr, Linode, along with Digital Ocean.

The dashboard is so intuitive that the users literally don’t have to make the unnecessary switches to manage multiple websites and servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

When I first heard about Cloudways, I thought of purchasing the domain name along with hosting, but then I found out that Cloudways doesn’t provide domain services. Later, I was in need for the root access of the server, and during talking with the support executive, they told me due to their policies, they cannot share the root access. Rest, it’s been a great experience with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s been solving the challenge of efficiently managing my automobile blog along with its staging server. I constantly work on changing little design every time, so staging manager helps me see those live changes without hurting the UI/UX of the original site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Railway?

Railway provides an extremely simple and intuitive platform for deploying applications and services. The setup process is very fast, and developers can deploy projects directly from Git repositories with minimal configuration. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it straightforward to manage deployments, services, and environment variables. What I like most is that it does all the heavy lifting—spinning up machines, adding them to the network, checking out the code, deploying it, installing dependencies, and more. Overall, it’s just amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Custom plugin installation aids well in utilizing credentials while interacting with external system”
What do you like best about Morpheus Data?

We utilize Morpheus Data as our go-to CMP to manage our instances deployed in the Amazon Web Services platform. It provides plenty of functionalities which makes it all too easy to cope with the servers behind Elastic Load Balancers & Network Load Balancers. We can also work with server templates which offer great flexibility & convenience for our production movement activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Morpheus Data?

While operating with a large chunk of server deployments, we face a few issues. Mostly they are simple to resolve from our end and in case it its a high priority issue, then we connect with Morpheus Customer Support Team who resolve our production issue at minimal time. Recently we had a problem with cloud sync and its support team updated the database schema which effectively resolved the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Morpheus Data solving and how is that benefiting you?

While working with backup integrations in AWS, Morpheus Data provides usage of stored procedures & credentials in its platform. This reduces the complexity involved with accessing the AWS resources as all the IAM roles and policies are defined in their utility. We can also provide specifications on runtime for our external systems without interrupting our tasks which is helpful. This eliminates the need to rebuild the plugin every time we do modifications to the user credentials and this feature saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Deployment and Automation with Netlify”
What do you like best about Netlify?

I like that I'm able to deploy my web applications on Netlify easily using a live link. This feature is useful for publishing both front-end and back-end applications like those built with React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, and Django. The platform allows me to connect to real applications and deploy for various purposes such as ecommerce stores or client projects. I appreciate using artificial intelligence to help detect errors during deployment and enhance productivity. The command line interface, continuous integration, and continuous development features are great for ensuring my applications are always deployable and up to date, which helps prevent vulnerabilities and software rejections. Netlify automates the deployment process, checking for exposed .env variables and outdated software, which is crucial for maintaining security and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netlify?

Netlify has where it requires you use a certain amount of credits. They have their own command line interface, which I can easily use within the terminal rather than using the web application. Or the web version and being able to manually deploy it. It also gives me error messages when it hasn't been successfully deployed to the platform and posted to the web. There's also some ways of detecting any vulnerabilities and how I can improve and protect the web application from vulnerabilities. Just like Cloudflare or Vercel, Vercel has a detection where it can tell if you're vulnerable and which platform is vulnerable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Gold-Standard UI, Solid Performance, and Fair Per-Second Billing”
What do you like best about DigitalOcean?

I’m still a fan of the DO ecosystem. The UI continues to feel like the gold standard for cloud consoles: clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Onboarding is also a strong point, especially for teams. It’s straightforward to invite a new developer and get them productive quickly, without a big learning curve.

On the technical side, performance has been consistently solid, and the NVMe storage on the higher tiers really moves. Pricing feels fair overall, and the 2026 shift to per-second billing was a huge win for my batch-processing jobs. I do wish there were a few more native integrations for some of the more niche security tools, but the API is robust enough that I can usually script around the gaps. Support can be a bit slow on the free tier when it isn’t an emergency, but the platform is reliable enough that I rarely need to open a ticket in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalOcean?

I’m not a fan of how Managed Databases are priced—the jump in cost when you need more storage or a standby node feels pretty steep. And while the UI is great overall, their App Platform can still be a bit of a “black box” when builds fail. The logs aren’t always helpful, and sometimes you end up stuck in a “deployment pending” loop with no clear way to debug it other than nuking the service and starting over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem DigitalOcean solves for me is operational friction. I'm a developer, not a full-time SysAdmin, and DO lets me treat infrastructure as a utility rather than a chore.

It benefits me by providing a predictable cost model—especially with the new per-second billing—which is a breath of fresh air compared to the 'bill-by-shrug' method of bigger providers. Most importantly, it solves the AI barrier; I can spin up GPU Droplets for model inference without a corporate sales call. It essentially allows a team of one to have the power of a team of ten. “Hostman appears to be an accessible and potentially valuable cloud solution.”
What do you like best about Hostman?

Hostman can be viewed as a cost-effective option compared to AWS and DigitalOcean. The platform offers a user-friendly deployment process that doesn't demand advanced DevOps expertise—even when working with Docker containers. Thanks to its integration with GitHub or Bitbucket, setup is simple and efficient. Hostman is also notable for its affordability and scalable features, making it a practical choice for many projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostman?

Certain advanced functionalities for large enterprise clients—such as more granular access management—are still missing, but this isn’t a significant drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hostman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hostman addresses a key pain point: the complexity of setting up and managing infrastructure for small and mid-sized projects. As a result, products reach the market faster and infrastructure expenses are minimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aiven for Redis?

I like having choice of Cloud providers.

You can choose based on your preference or based on cost.

Many services have free trial and some services like Caching and MySQL has Free tier, which is perfect to get started or even for staying with free tier for long term for small project.

Setting up new product is super easy and almost instant, all done from the browser.

You also get generated code in your preferred language to get started and connect to your new service.

Even when service is not free you can still fine a very reasonably priced offering from one of the 5 cloud providers.

I also like the option to easily migrate data from existing on-premises database to the new hosted DB instances.

You have access to logs and statistics like CPU and memory utilization so you can monitor your database performance.

If you looking for a hosted Kafka solution Aiven has good options that priced very reasonably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“We moved from managing AWS manually to Kuberns agentic AI deployments”
What do you like best about Kuberns?

We were managing deployments directly on AWS earlier. While AWS gives flexibility, it came with a lot of operational overhead. Managing services, scaling, deployments, and infrastructure configurations was taking more engineering time than expected.

Kuberns simplified that entire workflow for us.

What stood out immediately was the agentic AI deployment system. Instead of manually handling infrastructure operations, we now connect our repository and the platform intelligently manages deployment, scaling, environments, and runtime configuration automatically.

The experience feels much lighter compared to managing AWS directly, while still giving us the reliability and performance we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kuberns?

The biggest adjustment initially was moving away from the traditional “manual infrastructure control” mindset we had while managing AWS ourselves.

Since Kuberns automates most deployment operations through agentic AI, our team had to get comfortable trusting the system instead of manually verifying every infrastructure step. After using it for some time, though, that actually became one of the strongest benefits because deployments became much faster and far less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kuberns solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our earlier AWS setup required constant monitoring and manual involvement from the engineering team. Deployments, scaling decisions, and infrastructure management were slowing down release cycles.

Kuberns removed that complexity completely. With the agentic AI deployment workflow, we can now move from code to production without spending time managing cloud infrastructure manually. This reduced operational workload significantly and helped our team ship updates faster while staying focused on improving the product instead of handling DevOps tasks. Highly recommend for any organization looking to accelerate their SaaS development with reliable, expert support.

The Omnistrate team has been incredibly responsive and hands-on throughout our setup process. They proactively addressed every question and challenge we encountered with direct, expert assistance.

We launched our POC quickly with minimal engineering effort on our end. The entire experience feels like having an extended SaaS platform team working alongside us - they're genuinely invested in our success and make the partnership seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnistrate?

Nothing significant to dislike. As a growing startup, Omnistrate occasionally has features that are still in development, but their team is incredibly agile - whenever we've identified something missing, they quickly prioritize and ship it. Their responsiveness to feedback and rapid development cycle actually turns potential gaps into collaborative opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnistrate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omnistrate made it easy to launch our SaaS product. Their platform took care of the complexities of scaling and managing different environments, allowing us to focus on our core product rather than infrastructure concerns. The biggest benefit has been eliminating the engineering overhead typically required for SaaS infrastructure - things like multi-tenancy, billing integration, environment provisioning, and scaling management. “Render Makes Deployments Effortless for Small Teams”
What do you like best about Render?

What I like most about Render is how effectively it removes infrastructure friction for a small team. We run web services, static sites, background workers, cron jobs, PostgreSQL databases, and Docker containers—all from a single platform—and the consistency across these service types makes day-to-day operations genuinely simple without needing a dedicated DevOps engineer.

UI/UX is where Render really earns its reputation. The dashboard is clean and well organized: deploying a new service from a GitHub repo takes minutes, environment variables are straightforward to manage, and log streaming is available directly from the service view without bouncing between tools. After 2+ years, it still feels intuitive rather than something you have to fight.

Integrations are strong for a startup stack. Native GitHub and GitLab integration means every push to main triggers a deploy automatically, which has tightened our release cycles considerably. Docker support is also first-class—we bring our own images, and Render handles the rest without any cluster configuration overhead.

Performance has been reliable across the board. Our API services stay responsive, static sites load quickly via the built-in CDN, and our PostgreSQL instances have been stable with no unexpected downtime in our experience. Auto-scaling on web services has handled traffic spikes without manual intervention.

AI/Intelligence features like automated deploy previews with unique URLs per pull request have been an unexpected workflow win. Being able to review frontend and API changes in a live environment before merging has helped us catch bugs that otherwise would have reached production.

Support and onboarding have been genuinely good for a platform at this price point. The documentation is thorough, the community forum is active, and support response times have been reasonable. Getting our first service live took under 30 minutes on day one.

Pricing and ROI are where Render makes its strongest case for startups. The free tier covers enough to prototype and test, and the paid tiers are predictable and affordable compared to an equivalent AWS or GCP setup that would require significantly more configuration and expertise to maintain. For a small team, the time saved on infrastructure easily justifies the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Render?

The biggest pain point for me is cold starts on the free and lower-tier services. When a service hasn’t received traffic for a while, it spins down, and the wake-up latency is noticeable enough to hurt the user experience in demo or staging environments. In production, this effectively means committing to a paid tier just to avoid spin-down, which feels more like a forced upgrade than a natural one.

Render’s managed PostgreSQL offering is convenient, but its limitations become clearer as data needs grow. Point-in-time recovery, advanced replication options, and fine-grained database configuration aren’t as flexible as with dedicated database providers like RDS or Supabase. For an early-stage product this is acceptable, but it pushes the migration conversation sooner than expected as you scale.

The UI/UX is generally good, but the observability layer feels thin. Log streaming works, yet there’s no built-in log retention, search, or alerting unless you route logs to an external provider. For a small team without a dedicated monitoring stack, that means setting up additional tooling earlier than ideal.

Performance on the lower paid tiers can also be inconsistent, especially around cold starts and high-memory workloads. Scaling up is straightforward, but the jump between instance sizes isn’t granular enough, so you often end up over-provisioning just to get the performance headroom you need.

Pricing becomes less competitive as workloads grow. What starts as an affordable, startup-friendly platform can accumulate costs quickly once you’re running multiple services, workers, and databases at the production tier. At that point, AWS or GCP with proper tooling can start to make more financial sense, which creates an awkward migration decision for growing teams.

Background worker and cron job visibility is limited as well. Debugging a failed cron job or tracing a worker issue takes more log digging than it should, and the lack of a dedicated job monitoring view is a gap that adds friction for async-heavy workloads.Sonnet 4.6Claude is AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Render solving and how is that benefiting you?

Render addresses the core problem of infrastructure complexity for a small team that needs to move quickly without a dedicated DevOps function. Before Render, deploying and managing the full range of services we run—APIs, static sites, background workers, cron jobs, and databases—on AWS or GCP would have meant substantial configuration overhead, IAM management, and ongoing maintenance that we simply didn’t have the bandwidth to take on.

The most immediate benefit has been deployment speed. Connecting a GitHub repo and getting a production-ready service running, with automatic deploys on every push, took minutes instead of days of infrastructure setup. Over two years, that time savings has compounded in a meaningful way: every new service or worker we spin up follows the same straightforward pattern, keeping cognitive overhead low even as our architecture expands.

Having all these service types on a single platform has also reduced fragmentation. Being able to manage web services, databases, and background workers in one dashboard—with consistent environment variable management, logging, and deployment controls—means less context switching and fewer tools to maintain. For a small team, that kind of operational simplicity has real value.

Render’s managed PostgreSQL offering covered our early database hosting needs without requiring database administration expertise. Backups, connections, and credentials are handled out of the box, which let us stay focused on the application layer rather than database infrastructure.

Docker support has added flexibility without introducing extra complexity. We containerize services for consistency across environments, and Render runs them without forcing us to manage orchestration infrastructure. As our stack has matured, that has been a genuine productivity boost.

Overall, the cumulative effect is that two engineers have been able to manage and scale a reasonably complex, multi-service architecture without infrastructure becoming a bottleneck—something that wouldn’t have been realistic on lower-level cloud providers without a much larger investment in tooling and expertise.
