We utilize Morpheus Data as our go-to CMP to manage our instances deployed in the Amazon Web Services platform. It provides plenty of functionalities which makes it all too easy to cope with the servers behind Elastic Load Balancers & Network Load Balancers. While operating with a large chunk of server deployments, we face a few issues. Mostly they are simple to resolve from our end and in case it its a high priority issue, then we connect with Morpheus Customer Support Team who resolve our production issue at minimal time. I like the Morpheus system because by this we can get solutions for planning and it also prevents us from the wastage of time and also gives us the best solutions related to our company. This software's features are very helpful for managing the company data easily from any perspective. The most thing which I like in this software is that the way of software by which this advises us on the based on data analysis according to the data which we give it is perfect and helpful for us. Morpheus cloud management system is best for data management and analysis, but it needs high bandwidth connection and also its interface is very bad. A man that hasn’t any basic knowledge related to this software cannot use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration of the platforms was an arduous process since we have various platforms and there are many related processes that are carried out from digital platforms, Morpheus has allowed us to optimize response times to requests and reduce costs by considerably reducing intermediaries and the redundant procedures, the benefits we have obtained have been clearly noticeable, in addition to improving the experience of our users, the number of daily requests has been increased, as well as the automation of many processes. Morpheus is a very complete platform, but it is highly complex, so an adaptation process is necessary, so the learning curve can be a bit long if you do not have the basic knowledge for its operation, the creation of an infrastructure turns out to be a complex process and takes its time, so it would be ideal to simplify it and make it more fluid. I like that the product has delivered way more than I thought it would. I used another tool built by the same people (Happy Apps) so I thought it would just be a good enterprise solution for monitoring and logging my apps and clouds. I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only that it had a slick UI, it did way more. We can provision pretty much instantly, managing access and user rights is super simple and apparently, it solves cloud lock problems we're having. We haven't gotten into that too much yet though. The ability to launch an app on any cloud. All of the tools I need in a single platform makes it easy to back-up and monitor all my systems. It streamlines operations for enterprise DevOps team and reduces cost.

The seamless integration with Salesforce and access to information based on roles are two great aspects that come from Morpheus' open framework.

I like that Morpheus was super easy to set up and use. I think it might be the fastest CMP installation I’ve seen. I love that Morpheus is made for Directors of IT. It’s like they actually use their product, instead of just making something to sell. I love how Morpheus does much more than just cloud management. Morpheus is not only the best cloud management platform that we've tried, it also does app lifecycle management, cloud migration and self-service right out of the box. Their team was incredibly friendly and the entire deployment process took less than a day.

When we had some feature requests, they immediately started adding new features to the platform and they were available with the very next release. I can't say enough about Morpheus. And they don't try and nickel and dime you with other add-ons. Because Morpheus is truly agnostic and not a massive software company with other products, they don't try and push us to use more than we need.
