System is really responsive with great integrations that allows you to manage multiple tools (think backups, anti-virus, and M365) to be managed through a single platform. We haven't had the need to reach out to support as Syncro just works and any issues that came up, we were able to address internally. You are 100% making your worth of money with Syncro.
