Onboarding more client machines doesn't raise our bill, so the ROI was there almost right away. Having RMM and PSA in one place is the biggest win day to day. The interface is simple enough that I can go from a device alert to a ticket to an invoice without switching tools. Integrations were easy too. Deploying Bitdefender GravityZone from the App Center took minutes, and connecting our Microsoft 365 support mailbox for email ticketing was painless. Setup went faster than I expected. I built one policy for workstations and one for servers, and new machines pick them up automatically. As a Canadian shop, I also liked that I could keep GST and PST as separate tax lines. The agent is lightweight, and remote access connects quickly. I'm also glad Syncro now has an MCP server. I can connect it to whichever AI tool I prefer instead of being locked into one built-in assistant, which gives me a lot more flexibility in how we use AI in our workflow.

I really like Syncro's steady and useful software improvements. The pace in which they come out is very manageable. The integration with Microsoft 365 is great because it gives our company more insight into our tenants' secure scores and allows us to notice and adjust changes in conditional access policies right from the dashboard. I also appreciate the Claude MCP server integration, which has been invaluable for looking at the financial aspects of the business. Finally, I love how Syncro helps automate ticket management and remediation of small problems, letting our technicians focus on bigger projects. I also love the way they handle billing by integrating with certain vendors like Microsoft, Proofpoint and others so we spend less time reconciling monthly charges if user counts change.

I particularly find the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) functionality extremely useful. The scripting feature in the RMM capability is particularly valuable as it enables me to push out all settings and programs with just one click. This includes tasks like installing Huntress or enabling programs to run in safe mode, which significantly streamlines my workflow. Furthermore, I benefit from Syncro's ability to pull all important information from a computer, and its seamless integration with BitDefender is another asset - automating the deployment into its account saves me effort. The continued updates ensure that Syncro remains a reliable part of my toolkit, and my positive experience is such that I would rate it a perfect 10, making it highly likely that I would recommend it to others.
